FIELD: adhesives.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions based of synthetic high-molecular weight compounds and, in particular, to composition comprising polyurethane-based preparation DESMOCOLL, perchlorovinyl resin, epoxide resin, aliphatic-series polyamine, and polar organic solvent.

EFFECT: enabled retention of high elasticity of glue joint and considerably increased gluing strength for siloxane-coated materials, kapron fabrics, and glass cloth.

Introduction

The invention relates to the chemical industry, namely, to obtain adhesive compositions based on synthetic high-molecular compounds.

The LEVEL of TECHNOLOGY

Adhesive compositions based on synthetic high-molecular compounds are divided into three main groups: thermosetting, thermoplastic and glues based elastomers.

Thermosetting adhesives resin irreversibly cured when heated or in the presence of the special hardeners. These adhesives form durable, but hard and brittle glue joints.

Thermoplastic adhesive compositions although give a smaller rigidity than that of thermosetting adhesives, but the strength of the weld is not large.

Adhesive compositions based elastomers represent solutions of elastomers in organic solvents. The use of such adhesive compositions allows to obtain elastic adhesive joints (concise encyclopedia of chemical. M., 1967, Vol.2, s).

The closest technical solution is an adhesive composition (Kardashov D.A. Synthetic adhesives. M.: Chemistry, 1976, pp.182), consisting of a preparation DESMOCOLL dissolved in a mixture of polar organic solvent is ethyl acetate and acetone, with the addition of hardener. As the hardener used Desmodur RF representing triphenyltetrazolium (Kardashov A Synthetic adhesives. M.: Chemistry, 1976, s).

DESMOCOLL manufactured by a company "BAYER" and is a polyurethane containing as end groups of 4.8-5.3% of the hydroxyl groups (Kardashov D.A. Structural adhesives. M.: Chemistry, 1980, s.138).

The disadvantages of this composition is a low strength adhesive for bonding materials with a siloxane coating, nylon fabrics and fabrics.

Thus, it is not known adhesive composition based elastomer, provides both high strength and elasticity of the adhesive joint for bonding materials with a siloxane coating, nylon fabrics and fabrics.

The INVENTION

Inventive task was to search the adhesive composition comprising the drug DESMOCOLL based polyurethane curing agent and a polar organic solvent, which would provide both high strength adhesive for bonding materials of different chemical nature, in particular materials with a siloxane coating, nylon fabrics and fabrics, and the elasticity of the adhesive joint.

The problem is solved adhesive composition comprising the drug DESMOCOLL based polyurethane curing agent and a polar organic solvent, which further comprises perchlorovinyl and epoxy resin. And as a hardener is a polyamine al the number of lymph in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Distinctive features of the invention are further used in adhesive compositions perchlorovinyl and epoxy resins and used as a hardener polyamine aliphatic series.

The invention provides the following advantages:

1. The high strength of the adhesive joint, the superior strength of the bonding material.

2. Glue the seam simultaneously characterized by high strength and high elasticity.

As the adhesive drug use DESMOCOL in the form of granules, manufactured by Farbenfabriken AG.

As perchlorovinyl resin can be used perchlorovinyl resin of any grade (GOST 10004-85).

As the epoxy resin can be any epoxy resin (GOST 10587-84), i.e., ED-16, ED-20, ED-22, and ED-5 ED-6.

As a hardener can be used polyamine aliphatic series, for example, polyethylenepolyamine, Triethylenetetramine. (THE 2413-357-00203447-99) and other polyamine.

As the polar organic solvent can be used any polar organic solvent with a boiling point below 90°S - esters, ketones and others.

The claimed composition is prepared, for example, by mixing the components (DESMOCOL in the form of granules, perchlorovinyl resin in solid form, liquid epoxy resin and the solvent in mixer before the formation of a homogeneous mass, which then enter the curing agent and the composition is stirred for 5-10 minutes. Bonding is produced in the usual way. Cures the adhesive composition 1-1 .5 hours at room temperature. The maximum strength of the adhesive joint is achieved through the night. The strength of the adhesive joint was determined by the method of evaluating the strength of welded Sutanovac materials 17.0302485-1-90 (Ivanovo, 1990). The width of the glue line when the test is 20 mm, the Size of the market test sample - 50×200 mm was Tested in a tensile testing machine according to GOST 7555-84. To determine the strength of the glue line shear the sample was secured in the grips of the bursting machine so that its longitudinal axis coincides with the axis of the grips, and the distance between the grips of the bursting machine was 100±1 mm and the seam was located at equal distances from both grips. Test recorded the maximum load at fracture of the sample.

The elasticity of the adhesive joint was determined by its resistance to repeated bending according to GOST 8978-75.

The results of tests for strength and resistance to repeated bending of various materials, glued declared adhesive composition at different quantitative content of components shown in the table.

These results show that when using the claimed adhesive compositions gap glued material in all cases is not glue the seam, and the material, whereas when using the prototype of the destruction of samples occurs in the adhesive seam.

These results clearly prove that the use of the claimed compositions provided along with the high strength of the adhesive joint at the same time and the preservation of its high elasticity.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of rocketry, in particular, to development of a composition of binding substance for manufacture of the brush type products. The composition contains, in mass %: hydroxyl-containing polybutadiene rubber - 31.0-33.0; zinc oxide or carbon technical - 7.4-8.0; 1.4- butyleneglycol - 0.7-0.8; trimethylolpropane - 0.08-0.1; transformer oil - 5.2-5.6; stannous dibutyldilaurate - 0.013-0.036; a hardener - oligodiene urethane prepolymer in a combination with 20 % solution of triphenylmethanetriisocyanate in dichlorethane or 27 % solution of triphenylmethanetriisocyanate in ethylacetate with the contents of isocyanate groups of 3.5-4.5% and 53.0-55.5%. The technical result of the invention - manufacture of the composition of binding substance with the high mechanical, binding and operational characteristics and with provision of serviceability of the finished products in the range of temperatures from plus 50°C to minus 50°C at action of high loadings.

The composition comprises the following components, mas. p. p.: epoxydiane resin, 100; modifying agent, 30-60; organosilicon amine hardening agent, 10-20; scaly filling agent, 40-80; aerosil and/or microtalc, 10-20 as a finely divided filling agent.
