SUBSTANCE: method involves determining tightening of teat cup liner before it is inserted into teat cup; acting upon teat cup liner by suspending weight for determining tightening of teat cup liner; providing expansion by introducing internal gauge into teat cup liner which is positioned within teat cup casing. Method allows extent of teat cup liner tightening to be visually detected at any time of machine milking process. Tightening of teat cup liner manufactured integral with milk pipe as well as separately therefrom is determined during operation of milking units.

Known ways to determine the tension of the liner on the devices manufactured in series, when the suspension of cargo weighing 6 kg

The disadvantages of these methods include the following:

1. The possibility of determining the tension of liners just before setting in the teat Cup.

2. The tension of the liner is determined by the results of measurements of the values of its tension.

3. Not determines the tension of the liner, made jointly with the milk tube.

4. Not determines the tension of the liner during operation of the milking apparatus.

The aim of the invention is the determination of the tension of the liner, made in conjunction with breast tube, and separately, after installing it in the teat Cup and during operation of milking machines.

The method of determining the tension of liners milking machines, made in conjunction with breast tube or separately, is that the inside of the leader in the form of a rod with a movable sleeve, the pivoting arm and the fixed insert installed inside the liner, check its tension on the gauge.

Implementation of the proposed method is as follows.

Caliper with measuring range up to 25 mm after certain structural changes are used to determine the tension of liners (see the drawing), which consists of a dial indicator 1 set the bar 3 with fixing screw 2. On the rod 3 mounted movable sleeve 4, the rotary lever 5, the fixed insert 6. The device is inserted inside the liner and the readings of the indicator 1 is determined by the magnitude of the tension of the liner 1.

An example of implementation of the proposed method are the results of measurements of tension newly established sets of liners milking machine HELL-1 and after a certain period of operation are summarized in table.

Tabular data show that, with the increase of the life of liners milking machine HELL-1 from 0 to 4 months decreases tension with 56-60 N up to 43-45 N. The maximum speed of lactation decreases with 2-2,1 l/min to 1.3-1.4 l/min, and the average speed from 1.7-1.8 l/min to 0.9-1 l/min

The reduction of these indicators leads to incomplete extraction of milk from the udder up to 20% and increase the duration of milking cows - up to 50%.

The method of determining the tension of liners milking machines, made in conjunction with breast tube or separately, characterized in that the caliper in the form of a rod with a movable sleeve, a rotary lever and a fixed insert, installed inside the liner, check its tension on the gauge.

FIELD: fur industry, in particular, method for evaluating pickling quality of leather web in tanning of fur and sheepskin raw material.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining quantitative pickling characteristic of leather web of semi-finished product by using time of solving thereof in alkaline solutions, said time depending on number and kind of intermolecular bindings destructed during pickling. Solving of collagen in alkaline solutions depends upon nature of preliminary acidic preparing procedure. Solving is provided in aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide having concentration of 150 g/l and temperature of 18-20 C. Derma solving time is found after preliminary thermal processing at temperature of 60-65 C during 1.5 hours. Method may be employed both in production of fur and sheepskin products and in fur processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic drives of automatic machines for mechanization and automatic of production processes. Proposed pump consists of pressure and vacuum pups, both secured on support plate by means of two posts. Upper wall connects both pumps from top. Pressure and vacuum pumps are provided with lower walls from bottom. Said walls of pumps arranged over perimeter are made of corrugated elastic material. Check valve is installed in upper wall at vacuum pump to discharge air from pump space. Vacuum pump branch pipe is secured near. Pressure gauge is installed on upper wall in its middle part to measure pressure and vacuum. Upper wall of pressure pump terminates in pedal. For mechanical milking by pump, mounting place for solenoid motor is provided.
