Solved technical challenge is to develop ways to clean up underground reservoirs of water and soil with the least time and cost.

This technical result achieved is to ensure maximum performance of the extraction product contamination.

The technical result is achieved in that in the zone of the deposition are drilling at least one borehole, create and maintain therein a negative pressure, at the same time produce an extract product contamination of the wells, and the fact that product contamination is extracted by pumping with a submersible pump, as well as the fact that as a product of pollution pumped oil, and that the pumping of oil produced in fixed or variable mode, as well as the fact that the denier, the second pressure is maintained within the range of from - 2 kgf/cm2up to 0.8 kgf/cm2and the fact that a negative pressure create and maintain with the help of vacuum pump and gravity separator.

Thus, the claimed technical solution meets the eligibility criterion of "novelty".

The method of purification of water and soil is carried out as follows.

The method provides for selection of a structure of the oil slime with a water share from 0.01 up to 99.9 %.
