The invention relates to medicine, namely to phytotherapeutic medication diffuse and focal forms of mastitis.

The urgency of the problem caused by the wide spread of mastitis and the insufficient efficacy of currently available treatments for this disease.

Known use of broth tsetrarii Icelandic for the treatment of mastitis (see patent No. 1797488 A3, IPC a 61 K 35/78, 1989). But tsetrariya Icelandic, like all lichens, has the ability to concentrate in the body of a radioactive substance that falls to earth with precipitation that current environmental problem is a negative property of the plant. And, in addition, it should be noted lack of effectiveness of this method of treatment: positive clinical effect was not achieved in a localized form of mastitis in 44% and cystic in 62% of cases.

Also known herbal treatment for mastitis, including horsetail (grass), nettle (herb), Salvia officinalis (leaf), Cladonia Alpine (thallus), meadowsweet (root), Angelica (root), cyanosis blue (root) in combination with the appointment of tincture of Rhodiola fourfold (see Alferov AS Breast, herbal treatment. St. Petersburg, 2003. - P.95).

The disadvantage of this collection is the use of it is part of Cladonia Alpine, related to lichens, with their ability to accumulate radioactive substances. And, furthermore, the assignment of the specified herbal limited to a specific cause of mastitis: insufficient pumping milk and other etiological factors requires the appointment of other herbs.

The present invention is an expansion of the means used to treat mastitis, by creating herbal, high performance at any etiology and environmentally safe.

The technical result is high efficiency treatment of diffuse and focal forms of mastitis, the use of herbal without reducing the efficiency regardless of the etiology of mastitis, as well as environmentally safe.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that herbal containing horsetail (grass) and nettle (herb), added plantain (leaf), shepherd's-purse common (grass), lungwort (grass), greater celandine (grass), as well as plants of the family Compositae, Rosaceae, buckwheat and Labiatae in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Horsetail (herb)5-10
Stinging nettle (herb)5-10
Plantain (leaf)5-10
Shepherd's purse common (grass)5-10
The lungwort (grass)5-10
Greater celandine (grass)5-10
Family Asteraceae10-15
Family Rosaceae10-15
Family Polygonaceae10-15
The family Labiatae10-15

As Compositae use yarrow (herb), camomile (flowers), common chicory (grass), calendula officinalis (flowers).

As rosaceous use meadowsweet (herb), shepherd's purse (grass).

As buckwheat used Highlander pepper (herb), knotweed (grass) or a combination of both.

As Labiatae use Salvia officinalis (herb), creeping thyme (herb).

Clinically herbal has analgesic and resolving the effect.

Herbal prepared as follows: the crushed particles of 2-3 mm components are mixed in a specified weight parts.

At one time use the infusion of 1 tbsp. of herbal 200 ml of boiling water. The reception frequency is 2 times per day 200 ml before meals. Course - 6 weeks.

The wedge is ical testing of herbal was conducted on the basis of the NCU GU "SOMC MOH" Novosibirsk.

Experimental group consisted of 47 women, mean age group was 41.2 years. Diffuse mastopathy was detected in 39 (of 83.4%) patients, nodular form on the background of diffuse - 8 (16,6%). Among the etiological causes of the patients in this group were detected: trauma - 2 case, the previous mastitis - 2 cases, diseases of the ovaries - 3 cases, diseases of thyroid gland 2 cases, the climax in 3 cases, a combination of factors - 22 cases, and in 13 cases the etiology remained undetected.

The control group consisted of 20 women. The average age of the group is 41.4 years. Of them diffuse form of mastitis was detected in 16 cases (80%), and anchor on the background of diffuse - in 4 cases (20%).

All patients complained of painful engorgement before menstruation, pain in the mammary glands.

In the experimental group patients received an infusion of powdered herbal 1 teaspoon per 200 ml of boiling water 2 times a day for 1.5 months.

In the control group patients received other phytotherapeutic means: manolates, functions, collection, also for 1.5 months.

As a result of application of the claimed herbal in all patients of the experimental group (100%) showed a significant improvement in the state: stopped engorgement before menstruation has ceased to disturb pains in mammary glands, palpation was noted slim) is the density of fibrous tissue. Ultrasound monitoring was performed in all cases. This was a decrease of large cyst and fibroadenoma and disappearance of small cysts and fibroadenoma in all patients.

Allergic reactions, side effects, deterioration when using herbal was not found.

In the control group with fibrocystic mastopathy improvement was observed in 14 women (87.5%) and 4 women with fibroadenoma ultrasound dynamics have been noted.

Example. Patient G-VA N.G. 32, the Diagnosis of fibrocystic disease of the breast. When ULTRASOUND was noted multiple cysts in the mammary glands from 5.1 mm to 31.9 mm After applying the specified herbal: horsetail (herb) 10, stinging nettle (herb) 10, plantain (grass) 5, shepherd's-purse common (grass) 10, lungwort (grass) 10, greater celandine (grass) 5, yarrow (herb) 5, calendula officinalis (flowers) 10, shepherd's purse (grass) 10, knotweed (grass) 10, Salvia officinalis (herb) 15, for 1.5 month has seen the disappearance of small cysts and reduce the size of a giant cyst from 31.9 mm to 10.9 mm Subjectively noted significant improvement.

Example. Patient X-VA I.V. 30 years. The diagnosis of fibrocystic breast disease, fibroadenoma of the left breast 9.1 mm 7.5 mm After applying herbal: horsetail (herb) 10, nettle Dugan is I (grass) 5, plantain (grass) 10, shepherd's-purse common (grass) 5, lungwort (grass) 5, greater celandine (grass) 10, chamomile (flowers) 10, calendula officinalis (flowers) 5, meadowsweet (herb) 7, shepherd's purse (grass) 8, Highlander pepper (herb) 15, creeping thyme (herb) 10, according to the results of the ultrasound showed improvement of the structure of the mammary glands, the disappearance of fibroadenoma of the left breast. Subjectively, the disappearance of complaints. In table. 1 and 2 shows comparative data on the effectiveness of known herbal patent No. 1797488 and declared herbal.

The term "incomplete resorption knew decrease seals not less than 50% of initial value.

When compared with known herbal

- demonstrates high efficacy in the treatment of diffuse and nodular forms of mastitis,

- has a high clinical effect regardless of the etiology of the disease,

- environmentally safe.

Method for preparing hepatoprotective and hypocholesterolemic agent involves using common wormwood-leaved ragweed (Ambrosia) as the parent raw gathered in the blooming phase. Raw is milled and extracted with ethanol three times under the definite conditions, extracts are combined, filtered and evaporated under vacuum. An aqueous-alcoholic vat residue is mixed with hot water and heated to the complete removing ethanol and then purified from lipophilic substances. The prepared purified aqueous extract comprising the sum of polyphenolic compounds is divided for two equal parts. One part is evaporated to dryness and dry sum of polyphenolic compounds is prepared - fraction 1; the second part is treated sequentially with solvents being with ether firstly to isolated fraction 2 and then this part is treated with ethyl acetate to isolate fraction 3 followed by treatment with butanol to isolated fraction 4. For each extraction solvents are taken in the definite amount of the aqueous extract volume. Extraction time is 5 min, multiplicity is 5, settling is 5 min followed by removing solvents under vacuum up to dry residue. Method provides preparing an agent from common wormwood-leaved ragweed (Ambrosia) possessing effective hepatoprotective and hypocholesterolemic effect.
