Control signal acts upon respective device to cause supplying of greater current to engine 2 for actuating rotation of the latter at greater rotational velocity. Such construction allows additional amounts of juice to be extracted from fruit flesh which has already been separated from juiced fruit.

The technical field

The invention relates to a juicer with drive motor, centrally mounted, projecting and tapering upwards element for squeezing fruit, which through the activation of the first switching device driven by an electric motor in rotation with the first speed.

The level of technology

From EP 0 362 058 B1 known this juicer driven by a motor. There the engine through a belt and pulley rotates the shaft at the upper end of which is installed juicer together with the set in the middle of the speakers and narrowing to the top element. Known juicer can operate at speeds in the range of 2,000-2,500 rpm.

The inclusion of well-known juicers drive is or what the user clicks on the button, whereupon the motor starts to rotate, or the fact that the juicer is enabled via associated with juicer lever mechanism and the transmission gear when the user clicks on the element.

Disclosure of inventions

The task of the invention is to make the service extractor even more convenient.

According to the invention this task in the juicer of the above type is solved by the fact that there is a second switching device is creation, providing a rotating element with a second, higher speed.

Using this function, squeezed from a fruit juice with greater speed centrifuged on the side wall of the collection, and the flesh of the fruit is also discarded to the side, resulting from the pulp of the fruit is squeezed out an extra amount of juice, and it allows to increase the yield of juice in the proposed invention the juicer.

The implementation of the invention

Juicer 1 (figure 1) has a drive motor 2. He rotates the drive shaft 3. At one end of the drive shaft 3 is fixed a gear wheel 4, which engages with the toothed wheel 5.

The toothed wheel 5 mounted on the drive shaft 6. At the upper end of the drive shaft 6 is element 7, which, basically, can be made in the form of a paraboloid of rotation, cone, truncated cone or a hemisphere. On the element 7 has edges and located between them deepening for squeezing fruit. Squeezed juice flows into the collector 8, surrounding the ring element 7 and rotating together with the latter on the drive shaft. In the collection there are 8 slots through which the juice flows into a stationary set the tray 9.

From the bottom of the element 7 has a sleeve 10. It is rigidly connected to the drive shaft 6. The sleeve 10 through the compression spring 11 and the sliding disk 12 based on the shaft sleeve 13.

When the element 7 is placed the fruit to squeeze and item 7 under pressure, the latter together with the sleeve 10 and the drive shaft 6 is pressed downward, overcoming the counter healthy lifestyles is the authorized action of the compression spring (11), moreover, the drive shaft 6 is shifted in the direction of the arrow R.

This axial movement of the drive shaft 6 drives the fixed point 14 (2) and rotatable around the axis of the switching lever 15, which presses the microswitch 16. With the closure of the microswitch 16 contact 18 (Fig 3) turns on the electric motor 2 through the drive shaft 3 and 6, the toothed wheels 4 and 5 and the sleeve 10 rotates the element 7 together with a collection of 8 to squeeze out the fruit juice.

The electric motor 2 and the electrical contact 18 are part of the electric circuit, which is powered by a voltage V In the circuit has a microcontroller 20, a receiving clock pulses from the clock generator 19. The microcontroller through the control circuit acts on the triac 22, which controls the electric motor 2. The motor is enabled through a rectifier bridge circuit 23. Choke coils 24, 25 serve to smooth the signal.

In the diagram there is a switch 26, when the circuit which button 27 (figure 4)mounted on the outer wall 28 of the housing, the microcontroller 20 control signal, under the action of which the engine 2 is served more current, so that it begins to rotate at greater speed.

The circuit can be assembled or so, Thu the switch 26 may be activated only when the switch 18, or so that you can activate any of the switches 18, 26 as desired.

The invention provides additional switch 26 for juicers, which increases the speed with which it, i.e., the element 7, which is set to get the fruit rotates. Through the buttons 27 mounted on the outer wall 28 of the housing, the microcontroller 20 control signal, under the action of which the engine 2 is served more current, so that it begins to rotate at greater speed.
