The technical field

This invention relates to guide the sliding or guide strip for wire-tube evaporator, the device consisting of the guide bar and the evaporator, and to have this device to the refrigerator.

Disclosure of inventions

The implementation of the invention

Design guide bar will be first described with reference to figures 1 and 2. In the drawings shows elongated flat body 1 of the strap with a smooth top. From one longitudinal edge of the body 1 of the strap are drawn at right angles two bracket 2, the underside of each of which are two facing down the tongue, forming a tubular yoke 3. The cross-section of the holes of the tubular clamps are designed so that they are flush covered the piping of the evaporator with the refrigerant, as will be more said during the discussion of figure 3. Formed with the upper side of each bracket 2 hole 4 between the tabs of the tubular yoke 3, mechanically weakening the bracket 2, on the one hand, facilitates the spread of reeds and, thereby, mounting of the tubular yoke 3 on the tube with refrigerant, and on the other hand, facilitates the molding of the entire guide bar, including facing each other with the protrusions 16 of the reeds, with just two molding tools, which should not have moving parts.

The hook 8 is parallel to the body 1 of the strap free end section 9, which limits the open end of the body 1 of the bar groove for a wire of a wire-tube evaporator. Figure 3 schematically shows a horizontal section of the refrigerator with a wire-tube evaporator 11, which is equipped with three guiding plates 12 in accordance with the invention. Wire-tube evaporator 11 contains the pipeline 13 refrigerant, consisting of six sections 14, extending parallel to the middle line M of the refrigerator from the back wall of the refrigerator to its doorway. The sections of tube 14 is connected between a large number of wires 15, which are oriented perpendicular to the middle line M and giving the structure rigidity.

The location of the pipe 13 with the refrigerant symmetrically relative to the middle is the first line M, so on the middle line M is not one of the parallel sections 14 of the tube. Instead, along the middle line M is one of the three guide bars 12. It is fastened with wire clamp 6 and the hook 8 on the wires 15 in the direction of movement forward and back and fixed tubular clamps 3 in the transverse direction.
