The invention relates to a bridge and can be used for mounting lygosominae shell pile on Bush supports of a bridge.

Known lifting device for mounting bridge structures, including columns with end-to-end made with a certain step perforations, nadogradnje and poddomkratit beams with retractable fingers arranged coaxially to the perforations, the hydraulic cylinders with safety supports, based on poddomkratit beams, pump station, control system, tank for oil and belay devices /1/.

A disadvantage of the known lifting devices is the inability of its application for installation lygosominae shell due to the lack of devices to secure it on the pile cluster, slinging devices to capture, as well as working platforms on ndomkrun and poddomkratit beams for maintenance operations by lowering lygosominae shell.

The present invention is intended to solve the technical problem by lowering and installation of multi-ton (400 tons) design lygosominae shell with maximum precision pickups on the bearing axis and with ensuring a guaranteed safety of lifting operations with minimum effort.

The technical problem is solved due to the fact that in gruzopodyemnye the m device, includes support columns, with end-to-end made with a certain step perforations, nadogradnje and poddomkratit beams with retractable fingers arranged coaxially to the perforations, the hydraulic cylinders with safety supports, based on poddomkratit beams, pump station, control system, tank for oil and belay devices, nadogradnje beams provided with supporting devices, clamps which are attached to the upper part lygosominae shell, the supporting columns are aligned to the pile cluster mounted thereon by means of tables and reference frames and interconnected in the upper frame and the lower removable spacer, with nadogradnje and poddomkratit beams made H-shaped, the free ends of which objinst reference columns, and is provided on the circuit working sites closed shape, and the cylinders in pairs hydraulically combined in a battery, and a safety device made in the form of a safety cell, consisting of some of the established on each other elements, and the height of each of them is a multiple of the piston stroke of the hydraulic cylinder.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where:

- figure 1 shows a lifting device, side view;

- figure 2 shows a lifting device, the section a-a;

- figure 3 shows Gruzovaya is a great device, section B-B.

On the pile cluster 1 pre-fixed reference sites 2 and tables 3 reference frames 4. On the supporting platforms 2 mount the pallet 5 and the side shields 6 formwork lygosominae shell 7. Carry out concreting lygosominae shell and after a set of concrete design strength is produced by replublican side panels 6 and their dismantling. On the table 3 with the supporting frame 4 is mounted lifting device 8 and with its help tear lygosominae shell 7 from the tray, then remove the tray 5 and the supporting point 2. Lygosominae shell 7 by means of the lifting device 8 is lowered in the design position and fastened to the pile cluster 1. Then remove the lifting device 8 and removed from the pile hive tables 1 3 and the base frame 4.

Lifting device 8 for mounting and lowering lygosominae shell 7 includes support columns 9, coaxially located the pile cluster 1 (this means that the axis of the support columns are symmetrical and parallel to the vertical axis of the pile cluster) and are made with a certain step of the perforation 10, nadogradnje 11 and poddomkratit 12 beams with retractable fingers 13 arranged coaxially with the perforations 10.

Columns 9 fixed to the Bush piles 1 through table 3 and the supporting frame 4 and connected together at the top by a frame 14, and at the bottom with the bit of the spacer 15. On poddomkratit beams 12 are installed in pairs hydraulically combined in a battery of the cylinders 16, pump station 17, the control system and the tank to drain the oil (not shown). Nadogradnje beam 11 is equipped with a supporting devices 18, the hooks 19 which is attached to the upper part lygosominae shell 7. Nadogradnje 11 and poddomkratit 12 beams made of H-shaped, the free ends of which objinst support columns 9, and is provided on the circuit working sites 20, 21 of the closed shape. Safety cells 22 are located on poddomkratit beams 12 and consist of some of the established on each other removable elements, the height of each removable element is a multiple of the length of stroke of the piston of the hydraulic cylinders 16. To avoid accidents, the cylinders 16 are equipped with safety supports (not shown).

Lifting device operates as follows.

Raised by hydraulic cylinders 16 Nadogradnje beams 11 and removed from the perforations 10 fingers 13. The cylinders 16 to remain in the position reached by means of check valves, pressure relief supports and safety of the cells 22. Then install the fingers 13 in the lower perforation 10 in the height of the stroke of the piston and lower nadogradnje beams 11 and attached lygosominae shell to support the fingers 13, before artelino removing the safety supports and safety of the cells 22. During lowering lygosominae shell 7 by means of the bypass valve control system drain the oil out of the cylinders 16 in a tank for collecting the oil. As lowering lygosominae shell 7 carry out the dismantling of the safety supports and safety elements of the cells 22 to the height of the stroke, and also in the final stage of lowering disassemble removable spacer 15.

With the help of hydraulic cylinders 16 raise poddomkratit beams 12, remove support their fingers 13 and move the fingers 13 in the lower perforations 10 to a height equal to the piston stroke. Then with the help of hydraulic cylinders 16 is lowered poddomkratit beams to support them on the fingers 13. After this, the process of lowering lygosominae shell 7 is repeated until it reaches the design position, and then lygosominae shell 7 is fixed to the Bush piles 1 and remove the lifting device 8 and tables 3 reference frames 4.

Proposed according to this invention lifting device for mounting lygosominae shell will significantly reduce labor costs by eliminating the use of on the expensive installation of floating vehicles, floating cranes heavy-duty and operations of loading and unloading lygosominae shell, whose weight may reach 400 so
