FIELD: railway transport; construction and repair of rail tracks.

SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, track is set in required position and fixed in this position and, simultaneously with fixing of track, ballast is compacted in zone of intersection of rails and ties by vibration and upsetting forces applied through working member. In process of ballast compacting, depending on value of track raising, amount of compacted ballast is changed by increasing the amount in case of large values of track raising or reducing the amount at small values of raising.

EFFECT: improved efficiency and quality of alignment of rail track.

The invention relates to a method of alignment of the railway track used in the construction and repair of railroad tracks.

There is a method of alignment of the railway track, namely, that raise the path to the required value, hold it in this position and produce compaction of the ballast in the zone of intersection of the rails and sleepers by vibration and pressure transmitted to the working body (SU 865137, E 01 27/17, 15.09.1981 year).

In the known method the bearing rail track set pressure of the working body on the ballast proportional to the value of hoisting the way at every stage.

There is a method of alignment of the railway track, which sets the path to the desired position, lock it in this position and simultaneously with fixation of ways to produce compaction of the ballast in the zone of intersection of the rails and sleepers through vibration and compression transmitted to the working body (SU 1384644, E 01 27/17, 30.03.1988 year).

In this way the bearing railway regulate the speed of hoisting and path compression ballast, providing simultaneous completion.

Typically, when the posture of the railway track work authority (tamper spelaeogriphacea block) seals a constant volume of ballast and for large values of hoisting the way of this ballast not enough on what I education under the sleeper sustainable ballast.

The disadvantage of this method is that it does not ensures complete use of ballast located between adjacent sleepers path (sleeper box), and the change in volume of the sealed ballast depending on values alignment (hoisting) path. Consequently, the working body in the process of compression ballast forms under the sleeper at large values hoisting paths unstable ballast prism (prop under the sleeper)that in the future life path will lead to a rapid "disorder" of the path (the violation of its straightened position) in these zones. In addition, in order to produce lift path for large values required several passes of the machine for alignment the on vipassanaa section of track. Specified reduces the efficiency and the quality of the alignment path.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the efficiency and quality of alignment of the railway track by changing the volume of the sealed ballast in the process of alignment of ways depending on the values of the hoisting path.

To achieve this, the technical result in the way that the alignment of the railway track, which sets the path to the desired position, lock it in this position and simultaneously with fixation of ways to produce compaction of the ballast in the zone of intersection of the rails and sleepers by VI is the radio and compression, transferred to the working body, in the process of compaction of the ballast depending on the values of hoisting the way to change the volume of the sealed ballast, increasing it at higher values hoisting path or decreasing for small values of its hoisting.

The method of alignment of the railway path is implemented using a lining, tamping machines (figure 1). Lining, tamping machine has installed on the undercarriage 1 and 2, the frame 3. On the frame 3 mounted for movement along the side of the power cylinder 4 additional frame 5, on which are mounted spelaeogriphacea blocks 6, device 7 to the bearing rail and the control and measuring device 8. Each block 6 includes a rotary lever 9 carrying tamper 10.

When working lining, tamping machine continuously moves by rail in the direction of the arrow And with a constant operating speed. Machine work can be done in two modes.

The first mode is for lifting rail and tie bars on the small height that does not require the submission of a large amount of ballast on the track (Fig.3-6). Measuring device 8 during operation of the machine or before you work on leveling path measures the position of the path and determines the magnitude of the alignment path, in particular the magnitude of the hoisting path. Rail and tie a lattice path device 7 raised to the desired position by a certain amount. Then the device 7 is fixed path in this position and simultaneously fixing the road blocks 6 produce compaction of the ballast in the zone of intersection of the rails and sleepers through vibration and compression. This tamper 10 blocks 6, divorced by the value of H1 (figure 4), simultaneously lowered into the ballast 11. Then seal the ballast 11 by the vibration transmitted to it from salapatek 10, and the compression of his sporopollenin 10, which after compaction of the ballast is reduced to a value of H2 (figure 5) and move into position (Fig.6). When the machine is in operation according to the second mode for lifting rail-sleeper grid to a considerable height, which requires the submission of a large amount of ballast under the sleeper and the change of volume during operation of the machine, adjacent blocks 6 are (omitted in ballast for his seal) alternately. Then tamper 10 of the second block of 6 with diluted by the value of H3 by sporopollenin 10 also immersed in the ballast 11 and in the process of compaction is reduced to a value of H2. Tamper 10 before immersion in the ballast can be diluted by the value of H4>N, the volume of ballast supplied under the sleeper in the process of hoisting the path increases.

Thus, in the process of hoisting the railway track, depending on its value change volume to be sealed under the sleeper ballast, increasing it (this volume ballast) for large values of hoisting path or decreasing with small values of hoisting path.

In accordance with the specified job description lining, tamping machine, the method of alignment of the railway track is that measure the position of the railway track, determine the magnitude of his alignment (the magnitude of the shift and/or hoisting path)produce a bearing rail way set (shift and/or raise) the path (rail and tie bars the way) to the desired floor is laid, for example raise the rail and tie bars the way to a certain amount. The measurement provisions of the railway track and the definition of the values of its alignment (values shift and/or hoisting the way) might not be in the process of alignment of the railway track and in advance.

Thus, in the inventive method, the alignment of the railway track due to a change in volume of the sealed ballast depending on the values of hoisting the way while fixing it in position and sealing the ballast under the sleepers is provided bearing a railway track on large values in a single working process of working bodies, while ensuring the preservation of the straightened position of the path in the course of its operation, that is, by using the proposed method can improve the efficiency and quality of the alignment path.

The method of alignment of the railway track, which sets the path to the desired item is the situation, fix it in this position and simultaneously with fixation of ways to produce compaction of the ballast in the zone of intersection of the rails and sleepers through vibration and compression transmitted to the working body, characterized in that in the process of compaction of the ballast depending on the values of hoisting the way to change the volume of the sealed ballast, increasing it at higher values hoisting path or decreasing for small values of its hoisting.

The proposed liner-tamper-planisher incorporates a lifter-planisher unit made up of a frame mounted on the aforesaid machine driven in a vertical and horizontal planes and rod-jointed to the machine. The lifter-planisher unit frame accommodates the lifter-planisher device and track branch lifting device, its telescopic beam being arranged inside the unit frame guides. The track branch lifting device is mounted to turn about a horizontal axle linking it to the lifter-planisher unit.

In compliance with second version, vertical load for said rail track lowering is applied, in tamping zone, to tamped tie in interval between starting tamping tool to lift and moving it to another tie. Vertical load of rail track compaction varies from 35 t to 100 t and reaches maximum tolerable train load. SUBSTANCE: surfacing and tamping machine comprises the main frame that rests on carriages, additional frame mounted on the main frame with the possibility of displacement with drive along it and with one end resting onto wheel set, track-packing working element installed on additional frame, surfacing working element, roller supports and hydraulic cylinders of rail track lift. Main frame is equipped with two guide beams connected to each other by transverse beams installed in roller supports fixed on the main frame. SUBSTANCE: sleeper packing machine for packing rail track sleepers according to the first version of realisation is characterised by the fact that a drive with acceleration is equipped with an additional stop element at the end of a hydraulic cylinder body, for its connection to the internal frame of the machine or with the frame for aggregates, and is installed in guides with the possibility of its axial displacement. The sleeper packing machine for packing rail track sleepers according to the second version of realisation is characterised by the fact that a drive with acceleration is made as a tandem hydraulic cylinder with two hydraulic cylinders and two pistons with stems and is installed in guides with the possibility of its axial displacement, a stop element is installed at each stem for its connection to the internal frame of the machine or with the frame for aggregates.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway sleeper tamping machines, namely to a sleeper tamping system using a controlled sleeper tamping machine that follows after a lead sleeper tamping machine. The controlled sleeper tamping machine (100) has control system (126) to use data on location of sleepers for installation of spindle head (50, 60) of the controlled sleeper tamping machine at least above some part of the corresponding sleeper. The control system of the controlled sleeper tamping machine is also designed for bringing into action of the spindle head of the controlled sleeper tamping machine. The controlled sleeper tamping machine can be controlled with the control system of the controlled sleeper tamping machine connected preferably via wireless communication to the lead sleeper tamping machine (20) and control system (26) of the lead sleeper tamping machine. The control system of the lead sleeper tamping machine and the control system of the controlled sleeper tamping machine are designed for support of communication to each other, with that, the control system of the lead sleeper tamping machine transfers sleeper location data to the control system of the controlled sleeper tamping machine.
