Method for controlling of undesired plants using agent of present invention also is disclosed.

The invention relates to herbicide means on the basis of N-aryl-triazolinones, rather synergistic herbicide tools, including 2-(4-thiocarbamoyl-2-fluoro-5-ethylsulfanyl-phenyl)-4-methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-one, and a method of controlling undesirable plants based on it.

As herbicide-active substances N-aryl-triazoline(t)ons are the subject of a number of patent documents (see patents Germany 3024316, 3514057, 3636318, European patents EP 220952, 370332, 597360, 609734, U.S. patents 4702763, 4806145, 4818275, 4906284, 4909831, 5035740, 5041155, international patent applications WO-A 85/01637, 85/04307, 86/02642, 86/04481, 87/00730, 87/03782, 88/09617, 90/02120, 95/30661, 99/37153). However, the known N-aryl-triazoline(t)ons has several disadvantages.

Currently, it has been unexpectedly found that the number of known biologically active substances from a number of N-aryl-triazoline(ti)ones in a joint application with known herbicide-active compounds exhibit synergistic effects in relation to action against weeds and especially successfully, you can apply them as widely effective combination preparations for the selective control of weeds in crops of useful plants, such as cotton, barley, potatoes, corn, rice, soybean, sunflower, wheat and sugar cane.

taken at a weight ratio of 1:(0,1-2,5).

As biologically active substances of group 1 use the compound 2-(4-thiocarbamoyl-2-fluoro-5-ethylsulfanyl-phenyl)-4-methyl-5-tortor-methyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-one, which is in accordance with Chem. Abstracts should also be named as 4-[4,5-dihydro-4-methyl-5-oxo-(3-Cryptor-methyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl]-2-[(ethylsulfonyl)amino]-5-fluoro-benzacar-thioamide (CAS-reg.-No. 173980-17-1).

It has been unexpectedly found that certain of the above combination of biologically active substances of groups 1 and 2 are particularly high herbicide activity with a very good tolerability of cultivated plants and can be used for selective weed control in R is slichnih cultures, in particular barley, maize, rice and wheat.

Suddenly, herbicide activity of combinations of biologically active substances according to the invention of compounds of the above groups 1 and 2 is significantly higher than the sum of the separate activities of biologically active substances.

Therefore, unpredictable synergistic effect, not only increased activity. New combinations of biologically active compounds are well tolerated by many cultures, and these combinations are well suppressed even usually difficult to suppress weeds. Dicotyledonous crops species: Gossypium, Glycine, Beta, Daucus, Phaseolus, Pisum, Solanum, Linum, Ipomoea, Vicia, Nicotiana, Lycopersicon, Arachis, Brassica, Lactuca, Cucumis, Cuburbita.

Monocotyledonous weeds species: Echinochloa, Setaria, Panicum, Digitaria, Phleum, Poa, Festuca, Eleusine, Brachiaria, Lolium, Bromus, Avena, Cyperus, Sorghum, Agropyron, Cynodon, Monochoria, Fimbristylis, Sagittaria, Eleocharis, Scirpus, Paspalum, Ischaemum, Sphenoclea, Dactyloctenium, Agrostis, Alopecurus, Apera, Phalaris.

Monocots culture species: Oryza, Zea, Triticum, Hordeum, Avena, Secale, Sorghum, Panicum, Saccharum, Ananas, Asparagus, Allium.

However, the use of combinations of biologically active substances according to the invention are in any case not restricted to these species, but equally applies to other plants.

The combination of biologically active substances can be converted to conventional compositions, such as solutions, emulsions, sprayable powders, suspensions, powders, means for dusting, pastes, soluble powders, granules, suspension-emulsion the major concentrates, impregnated with biologically active substances of natural and synthetic materials, as well as micro-capsules in polymeric materials.

These compositions have a known manner, for example, by mixing the biologically active substances with extenders, as well as liquid solvents and/or solid carriers, optionally with the use of surfactants, emulsifiers and/or dispersants and/or foam.

In the case of use as a filler water, as an auxiliary solvent can also be used organic solvents. As liquid solvents, mainly used aromatic hydrocarbons, such as xylene, toluene, or alkylnaphthalenes, chlorinated aromatics and chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons, such as chlorobenzene, chloroethylene or methylene chloride, aliphatic hydrocarbons, such as cyclohexane or paraffins, for example petroleum fractions, mineral and vegetable oils, alcohols, such as butanol or glycol and also their ethers and esters, ketones such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutylketone or cyclohexanone, strongly polar solvents, such as dimethylformamide and dimethylsulfoxide, and water.

The compositions can be used adhesive means, such as carboxymethylcellulose, natural and synthetic powdered, granular, or Latecoere polymers, such as gum Arabic, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, and also natural the phospholipids, such as Catalina and lecithins, and synthetic phospholipids. Additional additives can be mineral and vegetable oils.

It is possible to use colorants such as inorganic pigments, for example iron oxide, titanium oxide, ferrocyanide blue, and organic dyestuffs, such as alizarin dyes, azo dyes and metallophthalocyanine dyes, and trace element additives, such as salts of iron, manganese, boron, copper, cobalt, molybdenum and zinc.

In General, the compositions contain between 0.1 and 95 wt.% biologically active substances, preferably between 0.5 and 90 wt.%.

The combination of biologically active substances according to the invention, in General, are offered in the form of ready-to-use compositions. But biologically active substances contained in the combinations of these substances can be mixed in separate compositions, when applied, that is applied in the form of tank mixes.

New combinations of biologically active substances can be used as such or in their compositions, in addition, also in a mixture with other known herbicides, and again there are ready-to-use composition or the tank mix. It is also possible mixture with other known biologically active substances such as fungicides, insecticides, acaricides, nematicides, protective substances from the Denmark bird, growth substances, plant nutrients and agents, improving the soil structure. For certain purposes, particularly in post-harvest process may be also advantageous to include in the composition as an additional additives portable plants, mineral or vegetable oils (for example, the trademark drug ("Oleo DuPont 11E") or ammonium salts such as, for example, ammonium sulphate or ammonium thiocyanate.

New combinations of biologically active substances can be applied as such, in the form of their compositions or in the form prepared from them by further dilution of forms for applications, such as ready-to-use solutions, suspensions, emulsions, powders, pastes and granules.

The application in the normal way, for example by watering, spraying, splashing, spraying or spilling.

The combination of biologically active substances according to the invention can be applied before or after emergence of the plants, i.e. pre-emergence and post-harvest way. They can also be incorporated into the soil before sowing.

Composition comprises chlorsulfuron as derivative of sulfonylurea and triethanolamine or diethanolamine additionally, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate as a stabilizing agent in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: chlorsulfuron, 18-22; non-ionogenic surface-active substance, 3-5; potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 9-12; triethanolamine or diethanolamine, 9-11; lignosulfonates, 3-10, and highly dispersed amorphous silica, the balance. Method involves mixing components in indicated ratios by steps for 3 stages. At the 1-st stage triethanolamine or diethanolamine is applied on surface of highly dispersed amorphous silica, at the 2-d stage - chlorsulfuron, and at 3-d stage - potassium dihydrogen phosphate, lignosulfonates and non-ionogenic surface-active substance. After keeping for 24 h at the room temperature mixing products from all three stages are combined. Invention provides enhancing stability of chlorsulfuron and biological activity of preparation based on thereof. Invention is designated for applying in agriculture.
