SUBSTANCE: device comprises rotary gear with connector provided with pentahedral profile from inner side thereof and cartridge built in the pentahedral profile. The cartridge has upper and lower discs with four clamping means arranged between them in radial direction. The clamping means are made as shuttle mechanisms comprising bodies and jaws with hard-alloy dies. The bodies are built in guiding cartridges and may perform radial movement during rotary gear rotation. Movable pins are built in clamping device body. Projected pin ends mate projections made in cups. The cups are arranged between cartridge discs and provided with spring. Jaw with die is connected with the body by pin so that after pin disconnection the body may be removed from the guiding cartridge.

EFFECT: increased reliability along with increased load-bearing capacity.

The invention relates to the oil industry, namely to the technical equipment of drilling rigs, equipped with keys screwing-unscrewing threaded joints of drill and casing pipes. Known construction trubobetonnykh devices that calusterone mechanisms based on a radial displacement to the center of the clamping pads by turning the lever jaws and jamming them on the tracing of the profile surfaces, usually mounted on the device. Jaw in these mechanisms are mounted on the rotary elements, for example for driving a rotary gears (1-6).

The disadvantages of these structures are:

- availability of labour-intensive manufacturing and Assembly copiers with different profiles absitively surfaces;

- limit the application of such mechanisms for casing and drill pipe, requiring a wide range of gripping diameter;

- the design complexity due to the iterative system of levers of clusterdata and copiers requiring precision manufacturing complex profiles and ideal operating conditions;

- low coefficient of reliability and efficiency of the Chuck due to the presence of a large number of hinge joints and friction surfaces;

- the necessity of equipping the irrational powerful drive for clamping pipes associated with what Preodolenie friction losses in the joints and kinematic distribution of effort;

- increased the complexity of the execution of works on replacement of parts and components during the transition from one size pipe to another, used in the process of drilling wells.

Known design robotizing device for screwing-Rossiniana casing and drill pipe, in which trubine the device is made in the form of bent levers with installed jaws and dies (7) (the unit is adopted for the prototype).

The device includes a housing, placed in it the drive and the working cylinder with capture. The capture is made in the form of three kinematically connected to the drive curved arms with fingers, spring to the arms of the jaws, pins and holes for mounting on pins and spring-loaded to the jaws of dies mounted on the pins. When turning the slave crown drive curved lever with roller support moves along the Cam surface of the ring gear is rotated about an axis fixed with the housing, causes the jaw plate to clamp the pipe, while the jaw with a solid self-aligning in the lever. The prototype has the same disadvantages mentioned above and, in addition to the above, cannot be applied to mounting on the driven gear with the connector, and also in the construction of mechanical keys, which require significant radial movement increased the efforts of the clip.

These problems have stimulated the search for new technical solutions.

The proposed invention is directed to solving problems and creating quick release interchangeable clamping mechanism of the drilling key corresponding to the sizes of strand (decoupling) pipes and while ensuring reliability of the node under increased loads on lock connection pipes. This problem can be solved by simplifying the kinematics of the lift mechanism of the Chuck, the reduction in the number of elements involved in law enforcement contacts with the mating parts and modular execution of a group of clusterdata for applicable types and sizes of pipes with the unification of their installation dimensions and seats. For this purpose, the device for clamping pipes equipped with a rotary drive gear, made with the connector and having an inner profiled surface in the form of a five-sided machining in which the integrated removable connector having a cassette comprising upper and lower discs are placed between the four clamping devices, each of which consists of a housing associated, on the one hand, with the roller bearing, and on the other, with the jaw, with each chassis is built into rails tape and radially move during rotation of the rotary gear, while in the case of the clamping device is built into the wheel pin, the protruding end is coupled with the protrusion of the glass that is installed between the disk cartridge and provided with a return spring die. In turn, the jaw plate is connected to the housing axis, when disconnecting, provides an eat jaw and makes the removal of the pin from contact with the glass and the subsequent withdrawal of the housing with the roller support of the guides of the cassette.

The technical result in the implementation of the invention is the application of the design of the device clamp jaw plates made of hard alloy and blocks with roller bearings while maintaining the position of the cassette in the housing that allows a quick replacement of the dies when they wear, and transition to a different size to the diameter of the downhole pipe.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention are illustrated by the drawings, where:

The device for clamping the tube elements consists of a rotary drive gear 1, is equipped with a connector, and the device 2 made in the form of a removable cartridge having a connector. Rotary gear 1 is equipped with a gear ring 3, whereby the gear 1 is engaged with the pinion gear 4 drive rotation. The device 2 consists of a bottom 6 and top 7 disks, between which at equal distances from each other, circumferentially placed and rigidly connected with the disks 6 and 7 guides 8. The disks 6 and 7 are bonded together by tie-rods 9.

In the guides 8 are installed in the housing 10 with one side of the plug 11, in which through the axis 12 is integrated roller bearing 13, and on the other hand machined pad 14 made in the form of a fork in which through axle 15 mounted jaw 16 with the plate 17 made of hard alloy.

Roller bearing 13 is in contact with the planes of the five-sided machining 5.

The housing 10 has a transverse cylindrical bore 18 with a built-in pin 19 and the longitudinal bore 20 is installed in it by the pin 21. The pin 21 is bonded with the pin 19. The disks 6 and 7 have four transverse bores 22, which have built-in guides 8, and between them longitudinal bore 23.

Guide 8 has a window 24 for the passage of pin 19. In the longitudinal bore 23 is set to four cups 25, which is supplied by spring 26 and the protrusion 27.

The disks 6 and 7 are provided with dowels 28, through which a removable cartridge rigidly connected with the housing of the device. Referred to the device in the drawing is not specified.

The jaw 16 with the die 17 has its size for each pipe.

The housing 10 is used for several sizes of pipes.

At trojstvo works as follows.

When switching on the drive of rotation 4 of the rotor pinion 1 is rotated, its five-sided machining 5, turning the effect on the roller bearing 13, and through them on the housing 10, which, moving in the radial direction in the guide 8, remove the jaw 16 with the dies 17 to the pipe 29, hinging on it with force. When this protruding ends of the pins 19 affect the protrusions 27 of the cups 25, move them compressing spring 26. When the drive is off and the return of the rotary gear 1 in the initial position of the spring 26 opens, the moving body 10 together with the roller bearings 13 and dies 17 to its original position, forming a diametrical clearance between the pipe 29 and the dies 17.

In case of transition to a different size pipes or replacement of the die 17, the axle 15 is removed from the housing 10, the jaw 16 with the die 17 is withdrawn from the plug housing 10, allowing access to the pin 21 and when moved in the direction, the pin 19 is withdrawn from the window 24 of the guide 8, ensuring that the housing 10 together with the roller support 13 free conclusion of the guides 8 disks 6 and 7. The installation replaced the housing 10 with the roller support 13, the jaw 16 with the die 17 is in the reverse sequence.

SUBSTANCE: method involves stopping one pipe and rotating another pipe for screwing and unscrewing of above pipes with the use of hydraulic drive and braking system to transmit differently directed torques with the same data along with reactive moment reduction by drive and braking system. Device comprises two coaxial power tongs. Each power tong includes body and pipe squeezing mechanism. The power tongs have common drive including high-speed reducer and differential block kinematically connected one to another. Differential block comprises body with outer and inner toothed crowns, planet carrier with three satellites installed on the carrier, the first tong arranged in body, driven gear kinematically connected to planet carrier and the second tong installed in the body and adapted to cooperate with corresponding gears of pipe squeezing mechanisms. The cylindrical case is additionally provided with two rests. One rest is fixedly connected with cylindrical case and cooperates with two hydraulic cylinders, which are adapted for thread tightening/unfastening. Another rest is connected with cylindrical case by hinged axis and also cooperates with two other hydraulic cylinders, adapted for thread tightening/unfastening, which provides elimination of reverse reaction and increase of pipe squeezing mechanism torque and locking moment.

EFFECT: possibility to demonstrate passed spinning-up stages and pipe assemblage termination due to provision of spaced marks bearing different information.

Torsion torque limiter has torsion torque regulation means and includes resilient rod, clip and cutoff plate. Resilient rod is threadedly secured to box-like head and is off-centered with respect to sucker rod axis. Corner depression is formed at resilient rod end so that the depression is aligned with end thereof along depression radius. Roller secured to clip cooperates with the depression. Clip is installed on handle by means of pin and is spring-loaded towards handle pin as tong is installed in working position. Cutoff plate is installed on head. Cutoff plate has beveled part reverse to the corner depression of resilient rod. In working tong position roller of spring-loaded clip cooperates with the depression. Handle is supported by pin passing in mounting orifice of head and off-centered with respect to resilient rod and sucker rod axes.

EFFECT: improved operational conditions and decreased accident risk due to possibility to break mechanical connection between carrier and tong at predetermined tightening torque.
