SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to construction industry, in particular, to wall construction materials and may be used in production of construction blocks. The technical result of the invention is provision of the high operational properties and expansion of the raw-material base of the mixtures used for production of construction materials due to utilization of the plastic wastes such as waste plastic bottles and containers of household chemical goods. The raw mixture for production of the construction blocks contains cement, sand, a filler and water. As the filler use granules gained by the secondary processing of plastic bottles or other polyethylene packaging materials at the following ratio of components (in mass %): cement - 12-14, sand - 37-41, the indicated granules - 30-34, water - 13-14.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the high operational properties and expansion of the raw-material base of the mixtures used for production of construction blocks.

The invention relates to the construction industry, in particular wall materials and can be used in the manufacture of building blocks for disposal of wastes consisting of plastic bottles and containers of household chemicals.

Building blocks is a common and very popular building material, widely used in low-rise construction. Usually the building blocks used for construction and insulation of houses, garages, gardens and country houses, outbuildings, as well as during the construction of hangars, warehouses and production facilities.

Introduction in the raw mix for the production of building blocks granules allows you to get a good insulating properties of building blocks, to reduce their weight to 10.3 kg (compared with the prototype weight less than 3.2 kg), and also to dispose of harmful products of civilization. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to recycling of rubber wastes and may be used in production of construction materials. Method consists in usage of packaging rubber waste as inertial filler for production of structural heat insulation construction materials and light concretes. Specified technical result is achieved by the fact that proposed method for recycling of packaging porous rubber waste includes operations of introducing filler such as packaging porous rubber filler ground down to 10-15 mm in amount of 50-70% (volume) into concrete mix, mixing in mixer and moulding items according to existing technology.
