FIELD: plastic working of metals.

SUBSTANCE: method is designed for making locking devices of gas turbine engines having base and boss from sheet. Method comprises steps of preliminarily and finally forming base and boss; cutting out common blank for base and boss; imparting to boss form of rectangle whose large side is equal to final diameter of boss; preliminarily forming cylindrical portion of boss by applying effort normal to its axis; then finally forming ready article by applying effort along axis of boss. Common blank may be cut by electric erosion process.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, increased factor of metal usage, lowered labor consumption for making locking devices of improved quality.

The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for the manufacture of controloc blades of gas turbine engines.

A known method of manufacturing controloc blades of gas turbine engines, providing stamping blanks on the press and the final shaping by mechanical processing, including grinding, milling, lathe machining, drilling, electrochemical, vibroabrasive processing. (See " The manufacturing process of securing the working blades of gas turbine engine", the cipher process 03-05-1592, 1983, NPO "SATURN").

The disadvantages of this method are:

- high complexity manufacturing, due to the large number of machining operations: grinding, milling, turning, fitting, drilling, and others;

- low quality of controloc, due to the fact that machining is the cutting of a fiber preform and the reduction of fatigue strength;

low utilization rate of the metal, due to the large allowance for machining.

Closest to the proposed technical solution is the method of manufacturing controloc, mainly for blades of gas turbine engines, comprising cutting from a sheet billet pramogos the Noi form, its subsequent shaping by bending in a V-shape and the final shape of the base and the boss securing by extrusion, in which a Central part is the education of the cylindrical part extruded products (See. UDC 616.31-089.28/29 "Intensification exhaust production of sheet metal parts", part 3, of the Russian Academy of natural Sciences, Western Ural branch, Moscow-Perm, 1997, str-166) - the nearest equivalent.

Disadvantages closest are:

- high complexity manufacturing, due to the bending of the original piece in the V-shaped form, putting her in a closed cavity, creating end backwater q and deep drawing of a cylindrical portion of the workpiece with the subsequent calibration in detail with flat flange;

limited technological capabilities, due to the fact that the method allows to receive securing only the size of the boss is less than the size of the base;

low utilization rate of the metal caused by the presence of a large allowance for the final operations.

The technical result of the proposed method is the expansion of technological capabilities, increase the utilization of the metal, reducing the complexity of the manufacturing controloc while simultaneously elevated and quality.

The essence of the technical solution consists in that in the method of manufacturing controloc for gas turbine engines having a base and a boss, from a sheet, comprising pre-forming and final shaping of the base and the boss, cut out of a single blank for the base and the boss, the boss is formed into the shape of a rectangle big side of which is equal to the final diameter of the boss, carry out a preliminary shaping of the cylindrical part of the boss by filing efforts, perpendicular to its axis, and then finally form the finished article submission efforts along the axis of the boss, with a single blank cut EDM method.

Conducting cutting a single piece for the base and the boss and giving the boss a square shape, a large side of which is equal to the final diameter of the boss, will bring the blank to the finished part, to increase the utilization rate of the metal, which will reduce the time process, and the preliminary forming of the cylindrical part of the boss by filing efforts perpendicular to its axis and final - by filing efforts along the boss will reduce the number of machining operations and thus reduce the labor required controloc when the same is hinnon improve their quality.

The proposed method of manufacturing controloc, mainly for blades of gas turbine engines, illustrated by drawings, where:

The method is as follows:

Electroerosion machine the electrode wire cut the workpiece, for example, from an alloy HNWT (EI-868), by creating a single procurement for the base 1 and boss 2 (Cm. 1), the boss 2 is obtained in the form of a rectangle big side 3 which is equal to the final diameter of the boss, and then produce a preliminary shaping of the boss 2, for example, the press force of 25 tons, by application of force P1acting perpendicular to the axis of the boss (see figure 2), which is formed cylindrical boss, and then by applying a force along the axis of the boss P2(see figure 3), the workpiece is formed in the final finished product.

EXAMPLE. Electroerosion machine, for example, the model FM the electrode wire diameter of 0.15 mm cut out from a sheet of a thickness of 5.5 billet with boss in the form of a rectangle big side which is 7.3 mm, Then the workpiece is subjected to a preliminary shaping, and the force R1 for example, not more than 2.6 tons from punch stamp (not shown) acts perpendicular to the axis of the boss 2, under which the pre-formed cylindrical boss, with the initial size of 7.3 remains unchanged. Then the blank is formed into the final finished product on a hydraulic press model HVC-2-25, and the force P2acting along the axis of the boss 2 is, for example, 3,4 TC.

The proposed method of manufacturing controloc, mainly for blades of gas turbine engines, high-tech and simple to implement, requires no special equipment, which will enhance technological capabilities, increase the utilization ratio of metal to reduce the complexity of manufacture of the product and to improve its quality.
