The invention relates to medicine, refers to rehabilitation treatment of elderly and senile patients suffering from dyscirculatory and post-stroke encephalopathy stage III with severe cognitive impairments and may be embedded in the practice of neurological hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.

Known methods of treatment of cerebrovascular disease, depending on the disease, its duration, severity of the clinical course and severity of symptoms and syndromes. Rehabilitation therapy is aimed at restoring the disturbed motor and speech functions, psychological and social adaptation of the patient, prevention of post-stroke complications and possible subsequent stroke. Rehabilitation activities include speech therapy, kinesiotherapy, methods, biocontrol, physiotherapy and reflexology, neuropsychological training aimed at the development of preserved cognitive psychotherapy (Dumoulin IV and other circulatory Disorders in the brain and spinal cord. In the book: Diseases of the nervous system: hands-on for doctors: in 2 T. T.1. - M.: Medicine, 2001. - S-292).

Methods of neuropsychological testing is widely used in the practice of neurological, neurosurgical and psychiatric clinics to identify local brain lesions and the extent of the x severity, evaluation of treatment efficacy and psychological correction of higher mental functions. It is recognized that only early correctional and pedagogical work can lead to long-lasting positive results. The disadvantage is that the greatest effect of the recovery observed in patients under the age of 40 years (Sohor-Trotsky (Burlakova) M.K. Strategy and tactics for the recovery of speech. - M.: EKSMO-Press, Century Sekachev, 2001. - 432 S.; Wasserman, Dorofeev S., Meyerson AA Methods of neuropsychological diagnosis. - SPb.: Trailspace, 1997. - 304 S.).

There is a method of memory training in older patients with primary forms of cerebrovascular disease (encephalopathy stage I and II). The disadvantage of this method is that it is not possible to achieve positive results in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy stage III with distinct neuropsychological defect (Shapovalov S., Grigoriev, V.N. Memory training in older patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy. Clinical gerontology, 6, 2002. - P.15-22).

There is a method of treatment of cerebrovascular diseases vasoactive means and neurotropic drugs. The vasodilator, reducing the resistance of cerebral vessels, contribute to a better oxygenation of the brain tissue, nor is the realization of metabolic processes, and improvement in clinical status of patients. Nootropic drugs affecting metabolic and bioenergetic processes in the nerve cell, improving blood supply to the brain, activate higher integrative brain activity, restore impaired memory and cognitive function, disorders of the emotional-volitional sphere (Dumoulin IV and other circulatory Disorders in the brain and spinal cord. In the book: Diseases of the nervous system: hands-on for doctors: in 2 T. T.1. - M.: Medicine, 2001. - S-292; Gusev E.I., V.I. Skvortsova cerebral Ischemia. - M.: Medicine, 2001. - S-327; new races V.I., Mikhailov IN Pharmacotherapy of nervous diseases in adults and children: hands-on for physicians. - SPb: FOLIO, 2002. - S-215).

The problem to which the invention is directed, - improving the efficiency of treatment of patients of elderly and senile age, suffering from dyscirculatory and post-stroke encephalopathy III tbsp. coarse cognitive deficit.

This task is solved in that a patient prescribed drugs that improve cerebral blood flow and neuroprotection - initially in the form of an intravenous infusion for 10 days; then tableted forms of these drugs within 1 month, and at the same time, additionally, as a means aimed at improving mnestic functions, conduct adapted neuropsychological training duration 30 minutes 3 times what Ely in combination with exercises featured as "homework" for self-training.

This set of features allows you to give the object a new property and get a new technical result.

The proposed method was used in the treatment of 25 patients aged 60 to 80 years with dyscirculatory and post-stroke encephalopathy stage III, accompanied by severe neuro-psychiatric disorders.

To estimate the memory status of patients, fatigue, activity attention used the methodology proposed by A.R. Luria (Luria, A.R., fundamentals of neuropsychology. - M.: Academy, 2002. - 384 S.; Wasserman, Dorofeev S., Meyerson AA Methods of neuropsychological diagnosis. - SPb.: Trailspace, 1997. - 304 S.) modified by us variants:

1) Test The Memory. Find out the amount of vocabulary the patient and to test selected words that are needed in everyday life, which investigated could speak. Stimulus material was a series of 10 unrelated simple words from the "Apartment", "Kitchen", "Street", "Shop", "Cleaning", "Clothing", etc. for Example, sofa, bread, radio, Desk, shirt, wood, cash, cloth, telephone, road. In the second experiment showed the patient a pair of words connected in meaning, for example, tea - Cup, wallet, money, phone call, pants, belt, etc.

2) Training on attention with the aid of the completion of forms with simple geometric shapes - circle, oval, triangle, square, diamond, star, etc.

3) Selection of subjects on the General concept for persons older than 70 years with slow processes of attention, thinking and worst assimilation was easier to select 2 images of the 5 proposed. Test "Extra word" start-up was simplified to 3 words, and then expanded to 4-5.

4) To Play stories" used cards with large print, short, simple and clear information was provided about the phraseological speed, easy to paraphrase. For example,

"Water does not pour" - means that people are very friendly, inseparable, always together. Turnover dates back to the custom in Russian villages to water fighting bulls to separate them.

"Wash dirty linen in public" is to tell about the quarrels, the troubles that occur between close friends. In view of the ancient Slavs, litter (trash)made of huts and scattered by the wind, was brought upon the house of troubles. Therefore, the collected litter is not carried out, and burned in the furnace, so that he did not get angry people.

"Chasing two hares" - to do multiple things. "Chasing two hares will draw - you will not catch" says a Russian proverb. The original meaning is clear. To catch two birds with one stone - a hopeless cause. Because rabbits are not only agile and fast, but tricky. And in relation to man, that means: you should not be taken for multiple cases it will give little. Make one, then start another.

4) When sensory, sensorimotor, and other types of aphasia patients were offered for independent learning Proverbs, sayings, small stories (for example, on topics: "What I did today at home...", "What I saw during a walk...", "What is the weather today...") and short rhymes, invented by us (for example,

Here's the pan, that's a spoon,

Next to them ladle.

We plate take,

From the pan with a ladle

In her soup will add...

Or

This is my room:

A sofa, an armchair, a chair and a table,

TV, telephone.

Here is the window

Behind the balcony.

The door opened into the corridor...

The training exercises were aimed at the improvement is most significant for patients household skills associated with remembering names, important dates, medicines, location of household items, etc. as you progress - achievements ill success, the job was complicated.

A comparison group of 25 people was identical to the primary by gender, age, neurological defect and severity of the disease (p>0,05). In the comparative test were 50 patients with dyscirculatory and post-stroke encephalopathy stage III, including 29 men and 21 women.

Patients in both groups received basic therapy, including vasoactive the drug pentoxifylline and nootropilum as solutions for intravenous infusion and tablets.

Treatment effectiveness was assessed by 3 samples - "Long-term memory, Short term memory", "Correction test".

FIELD: psychotherapeutical methods.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for correcting weight of the human body. When analyzing anamnesis and performing questioning, disorders of eating behavior associated with emotional discomfort are revealed. After conclusion of contract, three psychotherapeutical sessions are performed comprising rational psychotherapy making patient realize the problem. Active positive, socially significant motivation to achieve final effect is formed, namely decrease of the weight by predetermined number of kilos over a given period of time according to a diet agenda. In the first psychotherapeutical session, patient is immersed into trans state and suggestion session is carried out. Second psychotherapeutical session is carried out using neurolinguistic program. Governed by psychotherapist, patent imagine "a part of personality". After that, psychotherapist comes into communication with this "part of personality", activates patient's attention on desired result, and fixes arising physiological reactions by means of tactile contact. Further, relationship with some physical sensations corresponding to negative or positive response and their appearance in the "part of personality" is outlined when tactile contact is fulfilled. Patient is given proposal to choose new behavior ways and physician receives agreement from the "part of personality" to be responsible for this function, which agreement is tracked by physician after physiological manifestations and fixed by a conventional tactile contact. Physician proposes then to patient new ways of reacting in stress situations. Patient analyses them and chooses at least three most reliably achievable ways and "part of personality" assumes responsibility for automatic realization of these new ways of eating behavior in the further patient's life. Positive response from the "part of personality" concludes the second physiotherapy session. In the third session, "anchor" technique of neurolinguistic programming is used involving formation of indifferent, neutral, and calm attitude to food upon stress.

EFFECT: achieved stable long-term decrease of the weight by way of forming new rational eating behavior stereotype.

FIELD: psychotherapeutical methods.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for correcting weight of the human body. When analyzing anamnesis and performing questioning, disorders of eating behavior associated with strengthened response to external stimuli are revealed: a kind of food, advertising of foodstuff, and kind of the person accepting food. When disorders are revealed, rational psychotherapy is performed in order to make patient realize the problem. Active positive emotional and voluntary motivation to achieve final effect is formed, namely decrease of the weight by predetermined number of kilos over a given period of time. Principal representative information perception system (visual, aural, kinesthetic) in patient is determined. Thereafter, formula of change in eating behavior stereotype in waking state is composed in order to normalize eating behavior. Patient is then immersed into trans state and first session of indirectly imposed suggestions is carried out involving repetition of composed formula comprising categories of visual objects, aural impressions, and tactile sensation. 50% of the session time is devoted to principal representative information perception system and other 50% to secondary representative systems. In the second session, patient is immersed into trans state and suggestion of stimulation of early satiation to prevent overeating is performed. Treatment course comprises 3-4 sessions carried out with 3-5-day intervals and additional supporting treatment over a 3-month period including 1 session weekly repeating the first session. Method allows achievement of stable decrease of the weight for a long period of time by way of forming new rational eating behavior stereotype depending on type of eating behavior disorder. Effect is further enhanced owing to use of categories of predominantly representative information perception system in patient.

EFFECT: enhanced weight loss efficiency.

FIELD: medicine, psychotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: one should analyze anamnesis, perform rational psychotherapy and curative psychotherapeutic impact in patient's active state. Moreover, one should diagnose individual disadaptive cognitive-behavioral style of patient's psychological reactions to negative factors, with the help of which the patient process these negative factors, and, also, accompanying mimics and pantomimics. At the first stage of curative psychotherapeutic impact one should develop adaptive patient's integrative reactions to negative factors being contrast against disadaptive and being ahead by time of appearance with the help of a card, in the left side of which there is a text containing information on detected disadaptive cognitive-behavioral style, and in its right-hand part - text that contains opposite information about adaptive cognitive-behavioral style. Moreover, left-hand part should be deleted, patient should repeat it impressively, in one's mind, by imaging negative images along with mimics and pantomimics of disgust, and right-hand part should be spoken expressively loudly by strengthening it with positive images and combining it with adequate pronounced mimics and pantomimics. After learning the text one should cut the left-hand part of the card ff and throw and keep the right-hand part. At the second stage one should neutralize disadaptive cognitive-behavioral style with physical exercises, manipulations and pharmacological preparations that lead to negative feelings. At the third stage it is necessary to prepare a patient to apply developed adaptive integrative reactions under conditions of modeling the contact with negative factors with the help of successively performed visualization and role trainings. Therapy course consists of 7-10 seances of 1-2 h duration.
