SUBSTANCE: covering synthetic material is three-layer polyethylene film. Two layers define hermetically sealed cylindrical cavities secured with each other along generatrix lines. Third flat layer is attached to cylinders along tangent generatrix lines. Return valve is built into each of said cylinders for filling, retaining and relieving of air.
