The technical field to which the invention relates.

The present invention relates to the regulation of the gas flow. In particular, the subject invention is modular, consisting of two parts of the casing for regulating element (controller), which is particularly suitable for use in the piping of the air conditioning system and which provides advantages in manufacture and Assembly. The subject of the invention is also the regulator of the gas stream is established within the specified precast housing.

The level of technology

Regulation of the gas flow in any form is often required in the flues of furnaces, electrical systems, cookers and water heating systems, used for cooking, ventilation hoods and air conditioning systems. In patent document SU 1345023 described the flow of gas from a motor designed for use in the air conditioning system, which can be selected as the closest analogue of the claimed invention.

The invention

Accordingly, the problem to which the present invention is directed, is to eliminate the disadvantages of the known buildings regulators of the gas stream and to create a body with a longitudinal slit parallel to its axis, the housing may be made without the high cost of the form.

Another challenge is the creation of a body, which before Assembly and installation forms a compact unit and can be easily assembled at the installation site without the use of tools.

In accordance with the invention the solution of this problem is achieved by creating a plastic body of the flow regulator to the gas duct, in particular for use in the system is the Mach air conditioning. Figure 1 shows the plastic body 10 of the flow regulator, intended for duct and particularly suitable for use in air conditioning systems.

In the housing 10 is formed by the bearing support 12 to the ends of the shaft 16 pivotally mounted regulating valve 14. Supports 12 allow turning the regulator valve 14 is shown fully closed position to fully open position in which the regulating valve is installed horizontally.
