SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load-lifting devices with speed-changing gear trains, and it can be used for lifting vehicles. Proposed screw jack has lead screw connected with output shaft of two-speed reduction gear with speed change clutch. According to invention, reduction gear is made in form of differential planetary gear train and two worm pairs whose worms can be connected with input shaft of two-speed reduction gear. First central wheel of differential planetary gear train is connected with screw, and second one, with wheel of second worm pair for rotation in opposite direction relative to first one, and carrier is coupled with wheel of first worm pair. Worm of first worm pair is installed for axial displacement and is connected with clutch member, and clutch second member is installed on input shaft of two-speed reduction gear.

EFFECT: increased load-lifting capacity without increasing motor power owing to reduction of lead screw.

The invention relates to a device for lifting, driven multistage or change speed gears, and can be used as a lifting device movable means.

Known lifting device of the rolling tools (ed. mon. SU 1261891, IPC466 F 3/08, publ. 1986), containing lead screw, kinematically associated with the shaft-gear, and the node switching speed in the form of bagged release.

Such a device is time-consuming to manufacture because of the necessity of making the input drive shaft, the length of which is determined by the stroke reference node lifting device, as well as low reliability switching speed because of the possibility of failure of the calibrated settings of the lock.

Closest to the claimed and accepted as a prototype is the Jack screw (ed. mon. SU 1283517, IPC466 F 3/20, publ. 1987)containing a lead screw connected to the output shaft two-speed gearbox with clutch coupling switching speed.

This device is simpler to manufacture and more reliable. However, its capacity is limited because of the small gear ratio two-speed gearbox. To increase the capacity of the device you want to use the engine more powerful the tee.

The task of the invention is to increase the capacity of the device without increasing engine power.

The problem is solved by improved screw-Jack, containing lead screw connected to the output shaft two-speed gearbox with clutch coupling switching speed.

The improvement is that the two-speed gearbox is made in the form, differential planetary gear and two worm pairs, the worms which have the ability to connect the input shaft two-speed gearbox, while the first Central wheel differential planetary gear is connected with a screw, the second worm wheel of the second pair, with the possibility of rotation opposite to the first led is connected with the worm wheel of the first pair, the worm of which is mounted for axial movement and connected with the coupling coupling coupling, the second coupling which is installed on the input shaft of the speed reducer.

In addition, a worm, a second worm pairs connect the input shaft speed reducer by means of cylindrical gears with odd number of steps.

The connection of the worm, a second worm gear pairs with input shaft speed reducer by means of cylindrical gears with odd number of stages - simple option execute the transmission of motion from the input shaft to the second Central wheel differe the social, planetary gear, providing the required direction of rotation.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows the kinematic diagram of the proposed Jack-screw, figure 2 is a detail view along arrow a in figure 1.

Screw Jack contains lead screw 1 with a base plate 2 which is connected with the output shaft 3 a two-speed gear 4 with coupling, for example a disk, clutch switching speed. The two-speed gearbox is made in the form of a differential planetary gear (two Central wheels 5, 6, two satellites 7, 8 and drove 9) and two worm pairs (worm 10, the wheel 11 and the worm 12, the wheel 13). The screws 10 and 12 have the opportunity to connect with the input shaft 14 of a two-speed gearbox 4. While the first Central wheel 5 differential planetary gear is connected to the screw 1, the second Central wheel 6 - wheel 13 of the second worm gear pair. Drove 9 is connected with the wheel 11 of the first worm gear pair. The worm 10 is installed with the possibility of axial movement and connected to the coupling 15 coupling coupling, the second coupling half 16 which is installed on the input shaft 14 of a two-speed gearbox. In the above embodiment, the worm 12 and the second worm gear pair has the opportunity to connect with the input shaft 14 of the speed reducer by means of, for example, single-stage cylindrical gear (gears 17 and 18).

Screw Jack works as follows.

From the engine 19 I the ne shaft 14 receives the rotation, which is transmitted to the worm 10 that are located in engagement with the wheel 11 and the associated cage 9. From led 9 rotation through satellites 7 and 8 is transmitted to the Central wheel 5 connected with it the shaft 3 driving the screw 1. During the rotation of the lead screw 1 is lowered, the base plate 2. When the coupling halves 15 and 16 are disconnected and, therefore, the gears 17 and 18 remain stationary, i.e. differential planetary gear works as a simple planetary gear set, providing a fast rotation of the lead screw 1 and the accelerated movement of the support plate 2 until it touches the ground. When touch base plate 2 of the soil increases the torque on the associated with the lead screw 1 wheel 11, causing axial movement of the worm 10, which closed the coupling halves 15 and 16. This gear 17 rotates, transmitting rotation from the input shaft 14, the gear 18, the worm 12, the wheel 13 and the associated Central wheel 6. In this case, all-wheel differential planetary gear to rotate, and the rotation direction of the Central wheels 5 and 6 is different. As a result, the number of revolutions of the lead screw 1 (defined by the difference between the frequency of rotation of the Central wheel 5 and 6 of the differential planetary gear) and the moving speed of the base plate 2 will decrease. The decrease in the number of revolutions of the lead screw 1 increases the capacity of b is C increase the power of the engine 19. However due to the fact that the worm gear provide not only a large gear ratio, but the effect is, there is no need to brake the node wheels 5 and 6 of the differential planetary gear set.

Thus, the application of the proposed design of screw Jack allows you to increase its capacity without increasing engine power by reducing the number of revolutions of the lead screw and the moving speed of the support plate touching base plate of the soil.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains pack of three plates on adjacent surfaces of which guide grooves are made for support rollers. According to invention, strip is provided on each end of cage which encloses each row of rollers. Seal made, for instance, of felt overlapping cross section of guide groove for support rollers is secured on said strip by pressure plate and screw. Aperture is made in center of each of three plates of pack. Aperture in upper plate is made in form of hole of diameter corresponding to outer diameter of jack body. Apertures in middle and lower plates are square, with rounded off corners, with size of square side equal to sum of outer diameter of jack body and double value of maximum side displacement of device. Jack body is fitted in apertures of pack of three plates vertically, with blind end face pointed downwards, and slightly lifted over lower support of pack, and by other end face of which support flange is formed it is attached to upper plate of pack. Outer surface of jack body serves as travel limiter of middle and lower plates. Step bearing is installed on support spherical end of jack screw, said step bearing is provided with projection in form of square with narrowing end on support upper end face. Step bearing thrust by its upper end face against mating surface of bracket with load journal and flange for connecting equipment to frame. Square projection of step bearing gets into square socket of bracket. Three-link articulated mechanism is installed between step bearing and upper plate of pack so that axles interconnecting the links and connecting upper plate are parallel, and axle connecting hinge joint with step beating coincides with center of spherical end of jack screw, being orientated square to other axles of articulated three-link mechanism.

Proposed positioner comprises the set of three parts arranged one above the other, their adjacent surfaces being furnished with guide grooves for encaged rollers and unit adjacent parts shift mechanism. Self-braking screw jack comprises electric motor, casing of which is connected to hollow cylindrical post reinforced by radial brackets, screw with non-rotating head, nut, bearings. Electric motor is axial asynchronous single-stator and single-rotor, its housing consists of upper and lower bearing shields, fixed to each other, with the inner end side of lower bearing shield the stator magnetic core is fixed, and the rotor consists of rotor magnetic conductor and base, rigidly connected to each other and forming a circular disk, base of which is coupled with a nut by means of spline joint to allow axial displacement between the ledge and the brake lining.
