FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with disinfecting sanitary-technical equipment, means for taking care of patients, articles of medicinal indication and, also, for pre-sterilization purification and disinfection of medicinal equipment. The suggested disinfectant contains the mixture of quaternary salts of ammonium and tertiary amines at the ratio ranged 10:1 to 1:10, correspondingly. The preparation is active in area of pH being 4-9. Concentration of working solutions - 0.05-0.1% for gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms and 0.5-1% for microbacteria of tuberculosis and viruses including viruses of hepatitis and HIV-infection. The innovation provides increased activity referring to gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, tuberculosis microorganisms among them, being of high virucidal activity.

The invention relates to the field of disinfection and can be used at the enterprises of the health, food, dairy, beverage and other industries, as well as in medical, children's institutions, utilities and public catering enterprises. The invention can be applied for disinfection of premises, sanitary-technical equipment, patient-care items, medical products, dining area and glassware, as well as for sterilization and disinfection of medical devices.

Known cleaning compositions containing Quaternary ammonium salt, and pine oil with a high content of terpene alcohols (for example, US 5591708, 7.01.1997; US 5983819, 16.11.1999). Salts of Quaternary ammonium disinfectants are properties that promote dissolution of pine oil, provide a cleaning effect. Famous songs have a bactericidal effect and can be used for cleaning hard surfaces.

A disadvantage of the known compounds is low disinfecting ability, which does not meet the strict sanitary and medical requirements. Therefore, they cannot be used in medicine and food industry.

Known disinfectant compositions containing as an active ingredient ALD the guides. The mixture is diluted in the ratio 1:5 80%ethanol. As essential oils are used anise, lemon, pine, thyme, mint, lavender oil. The active components of these oils are oxygenated monoterpenoid compounds, in particular of monoterpenic alcohols With10H16HE (geraniol, linalool, terpineol and so on). The disadvantages of this structure are low activity (working solution 2%) and the insolubility means in the water. In addition, all of these oils, with the exception of pine, are expensive and difficult to access.

Known disinfectant (US 4293809, 23.06.1988)containing a mixture of two salts of Quaternary ammonium (0,05-3,0% alkyldimethylbenzylammonium bromide) and 0.5 to 70% glutaraldehyde. The tool further comprises 0.1 to 3.0 percent lower alcohol, 0,05-2,0% anticorrosive additives (NaNO2That COP About or2S2O5), 0,1-3,0% surfactant (polyhydroxyalkane), 0-0,015% complexone (salt or ester EDTU). The disadvantage of this structure are insufficient activity and increased toxicity due to the presence of glutaraldehyde.

Known disinfectant (US 2666009, 5.09.1950 and US 2666010, 5.09.1950) on the basis of Quaternary ammonium salts containing as a synergistic additive (promoter) pine oil or tert-antiferromagnetically ether or tert-acetylpenicillamine ether or fatty amine (laurylamine). According to this work the greatest sinergicheski effect is achieved in the presence of pine oil, and the lowest in the presence of a fatty amine.

Known disinfectant containing 1-15% pine oil with a share of alcohols of at least 70%, 5-20% of Quaternary ammonium salts (alkildimethylbenzilammonium chloride), 1-15% of isobutylacetate, 10-20% surfactant (ethoxylated alcohols or ALKYLPHENOLS) and 5-10% lower alcohol (ethanol and isopropanol), water - the rest (application EN 2000113057, 20.04.2002, A, 2/16, abstract). This solution is the closest to the claimed invention. Active components (means) are the salt of the Quaternary ammonium (N-alkyl-N,N-dimethyl, N-benzylammonium chloride), Sosnovaya and isobutylacetate. Lack of funds is the need to use it in high enough concentrations to achieve reliable disinfection, and the use of pine oil. This component are synthetically from sulfate turpentine. For this reason, pine oil contains sulfur compounds, giving it an unpleasant smell. In addition, because of the unpleasant smell and strong fixing this disinfectant unsuitable for sterilization and disinfection of medical devices.

The aim of the present invention to provide a disinfectant with increased activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the high virucidal activity.

Another aim of the invention is the provision of opportunities for sterilization and disinfection of medical devices.

Objectives of the invention are achieved by the fact that instead of terpene compounds (pine oil, isobutylacetate and others) in disinfectant enter tertiary amine, i.e. the active substance (ADV) means is a mixture of Quaternary ammonium salts and tertiary amine.

Example 1.

Preparation of the disinfectant of the present invention are produced is by mixing the components in the desired proportions. The process is carried out in a reactor with stirrer and reflux condenser.

Charged to the reactor the estimated amount of the aqueous solution of the salt or mixture of salts of Quaternary ammonium and forth the estimated amount of the tertiary amine or a mixture of tertiary amines. Auxiliary components of the disinfectant virtually no effect on its bactericidal activity, but substantially altering its specific properties such as surface tension, foaming, wetting, anti-static and corrosion properties, ability, odor and color.

As a salt or mixture of salts of Quaternary ammonium is used widely known bactericides, such as N-alkyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-benzylammonium chloride, N-alkyl-N,N,N-trimethyl who many chloride, N-alkyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-ethylbenzylamine chloride, N,N-dialkyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride and others, where the alkyl is a hydrocarbon with 7-18 carbon atoms.

As tertiary amines or a mixture of tertiary amines according to the present invention using amines having limited solubility in water, such as:

N-alkyl-N,N-dimethylamine,

N-alkyl-N,N-diethylamine,

N-alkyl-N-methyl-N-ethylamine,

N-alkyl-N,N-dihydroxyethylene, where

alkyl is a hydrocarbon or mixture of hydrocarbons having 7-18 carbon atoms, and amines of the type:

N-alkylbenzene-N,N-dimethylamine,

N-alkylbenzene-N,N-diethylamine,

N-alkylbenzene-N-methyl-N-ethylamine,

N-alkylbenzene-N,N-dihydroxyethylene,

where the alkyl is a hydrocarbon or mixture of hydrocarbons with 2 to 12 carbon atoms. Many of these amines are intermediates in the synthesis of the above Quaternary ammonium salts. If there is insufficient solubility of the amine in water, it partially or fully transferred to the salt by treatment with hydrochloric, citric or phosphoric acid (Example 1) or enter nonionic surfactants-solubilizer. The type of the used acid has virtually no effect on the bactericidal disinfectant, for this reason amine (mixture of amines) preferably used in the form of hydrochloride.

Examples of the disinfectant compositions of the present invention is shown in ABL.

Example 2.

Disinfectant activity funds was determined by standard methods (Coll. "Methods of testing disinfectants to assess their safety and effectiveness." M., The Ministry Of Health, 1998). For the experiments we used strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Esherichia coli M-17 and Staphylococeus aureus p-209 or # 4. However, due to the limited solubility of the tertiary amines in water (working solutions moutput) preferred neutral or weakly acidic region of pH (4-8). Moreover, the type of acid used to neutralize the amine (table 1, 2, examples 2, 7, 8) has virtually no effect on the bactericidal activity of disinfectants.

d) Bactericidal activity of the proposed disinfectants according to the present invention is manifested in the range of mass ratio of the Quaternary ammonium salt - tertiary amine from 10:1 to 1:10 (table 1, 2, examples 1-5). The greatest activity for a mixture of N-alkyl-N,N-dimethyl-N-benzylammonium chloride hydrochloride, N-alkyl-N,N-dimethylamine is observed when the mass ratio of the Quaternary ammonium salt - tertiary amine from 4:1 to 1:1 (table 1, 2, examples 2, 3).

The disinfectant has high bactericidal activity (concentration of the working solution of 0.1% drug), including against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and viruses, including HIV infection (the concentration of the working solution of 0.8% in PR the staff). Method involves thermal polycondensation reaction of hexamethylenediamine and guanidine hydrochloride for two stages.
