FIELD: sanitary equipment, particularly toilet system.

SUBSTANCE: toilet system comprises lavatory pan, flushing device to supply flushing water, line connected to the lavatory pan and to sewage pipeline, means to convey pumped-out mass from lavatory pan to the line and sewage pipeline. The means comprise two valves and pressure chamber arranged in-between, wherein the valves and pressure chamber are arranged in line. Reduced pressure is created in pressure chamber to force the mass from lavatory pan and pressure inside pressure chamber is increased to convey the mass to sewage pipeline. Pressure chamber is made as piston cylinder and includes piston connected to drive means. The drive means move the piston to reduce or increase pressure inside the pressure chamber. The system also has electric control means to control the drive means and above valves so that when the mass is forced out of the pressure chamber the piston movement is performed along with bringing both valves in closed state to create reduced pressure inside the chamber. After that the first valve is rapidly opened to provide the mass inflow from lavatory pan into pressure chamber.

The present invention relates to a toilet system toilet according to independent claim 1 of the claims.

The level of technology

From U.S. patent 2865028 known toilet system toilet for mobile homes, in which the pumped mass by means of a piston cylinder is sucked out of the toilet and forced into channel to eliminate waste. Known system, which can be selected as the closest analogue of the invention contains a toilet, a washing device to provide water for flushing; line connected to the toilet and leading into the sewer pipe; means for conveying the pumped mass from the pan into the line and sewer pipe. These tools include line, two valves and a pressure chamber in which to drain pumped the weight of the bowl creates a reduced pressure, and to areas designated pumped mass in the pipe is created excessive pressure. From European application EP 0763633 A1 known suction toilet, which contains a pressure chamber in the drain pipe between the two valves. Due to the vacuum in this chamber when opening the valve on the input side pumped mass from the pan through the drain channel is drawn into this chamber. After switching both of the valves by the pressure of the pumped mass is sent from the camera to the next pipeline. Vacuum chamber is provided an ejector pump, which is driven by compressed air. The folds of the bellows to form a flexible membrane that serve as sealing means and thus should prevent contaminated air from the drain channel to the outside. Disclosure of inventions

The present invention is the creation of a free installation or system above is of the first kind, which with little water flow operates reliably and is durable.

This problem is solved in a free system containing a toilet, a washing device to provide water for flushing; line connected to the toilet and leading into the sewer pipe; means for conveying the pumped mass from the pan into the line and sewer pipe. These tools contain two line valve located between the pressure chamber in which to drain pumped the weight of the bowl creates a reduced pressure, and to areas designated pumped mass in the pipe is created excessive pressure. The pressure chamber is in the form of a piston cylinder and provided with a piston connected to the drive mechanism and driven by the specified mechanism for creating a reduced pressure or excess pressure. In the system according to the ACLs invention underpressure and overpressure (pressure) generated by movement of the piston. This enables a very rapid creation of underpressure, for example, within a fraction of a second. Excess pressure in the pressure chamber, respectively, can also be created very quickly and, in addition, may be higher than 1·105PA, preferably higher than 1.5·105PA, for example, 2·105PA. Another advantage of the toilet system according to the present invention is that an accurate adjustment of the stroke of the piston and, accordingly, the volume of pumped mass. It is also possible to carry out one after another, two or more pumping cycles. It is also possible quality implementation washing with a very small amount of water. The piston inside the cylinder can serve as a sealing means to prevent release of contaminated air to the outside. Thus, the use as a sealer flexible membrane or a similar tool is not necessary.

In a preferred embodiment, the movement of the piston is carried out by means of an electric motor, that is, the piston is actuated electromehanichesky. In combination with a control device that allows precise and accurate control of the process of extraction and, consequently, the release process. In addition, these processes can be regulated and adapted to the toilet.

In the next preferred embodiment, to the output pressure chamber connected to the pressure line, through which the pumped mass is transported in the pipe.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, between the toilet and the piston cylinder is the suction pipe, which is included in the pressure chamber tangentially and/or tilt down. In this case, the pressure chamber in its lower part contains the output is connected to pressure line.

The pressure chamber may also be made integral with the bowl.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention

Free system according to figure 1 and figure 2 contains the toilet seat 5, which is made funnel-shaped and has a bottom exit 5A. This output is made with a relatively small cross-section, for example 30 mm2. To the underside of exit 5A in line 29 is attached the suction pipe 6, which is also made with a small cross-section. The bowl 5 is romihaitza using the washing device 1 and a flushing pipe 3, through which water for flushing enters into the interior of the bowl 5. The washing device 1 can be made in the form of flush tank or other suitable washing device. It is essential that the used amount of water is relatively small, for example, less than one liter. The piston cylinder 8 includes a housing 9 in which the piston 10 is made limitedly movable in the directions of the double arrow 19. The piston 10 divides the housing 9 on the pressure chamber 12 and the upper chamber 13. The piston 10 also seals the two chambers 12 and 13 from each other. For this purpose on the outer side of the piston 10 is located a seal. The piston 10 is driven by the actuator 14, for example made in the form of an electric motor and connected to the piston 10 by means of the piston rod 11, which, as can be seen from the drawing, some of which end protrudes from the housing 9. When the movement of the piston 10 through the valves 22 and 23, the air from the upper chamber 13 is pushed out into the environment and into the chamber 13 starts fresh air from the environment, respectively. The valves 22 and 23 can be made simple butterfly valves. The power supply of the motor 14 is carried out by the electric wire 15. Through this wire also feeds the device 26 controls. The device 26 can be connected to the motor 14.

Pressure chamber 12 contains the output 12A, which is located, as can be seen from the drawing, at the lowest point of the pressure chamber 12 and connected to the pressure line 17. Pressure line 17 may be made in the form of a flexible hose or pipe. Near exit 12A is next valve 16, which is controlled by the control device 26 via the signal wire 25. In one position of the valve 16 the passage to the pressure line 17 is closed and in another position opened. Pressure chamber 12 forms a Plenum chamber and it can be integrated with the bowl 5 and form a single whole with it.

Pressure line 17 has a cross-section that may basically correspond to the cross section of the suction pipe 6. This cross-section, therefore, also relatively small and can be compared, for example, with the same garden hose. Below explains the method of operation of the toilet system according to the invention.
