SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear has ball head consisting of upper and lower parts intercoupled by means of boss and recess made on head parts and provided with vertical coaxial holes in which cylindrical connecting pin is fitted by round slot with lock in lower part of ball head whose upper part is arranged in drawbar body. Vertical hole in lower part of ball head is provided with longitudinal slot changing at end into round slot. Connecting pin in this section is provided with projection of shape identical to said slot and at other side, semispherical cavity for lock. Cross slot is found in upper end face part of connecting pin, and drawbar body in zone of slot is provided with cylindrical hole.

The present invention relates to the field of trackless vehicles and can be used in the construction of various combinations consisting of passenger cars and trailers.

You know trailer hitch trailer described in the book Melik-Sarkisyants A.S., Vinokurov, Y.M. Trailers for passenger cars. - M., Transport, 1979, where p.51, 41, p.52, RIS and so on shows such devices, and on p.64, RIS and RIS and RIS, p.65 shows the locking device to them. Such traction device consists of a ball that ends drawbar curved interconnected hemispherical head is available at the drawbar of the trailer. It is also known trailer hitch trailer described in patent RU 2230675 C1. Such a device the ball coupling consists of two parts, connected across the ledge and depression, performed on the mating surfaces, said parts ball heads have aligned openings in which is located a fixed finger with ball retainer. Despite its simpler design in comparison with analogue and reliability of such a device also has a significant disadvantage in that during the operation of trains in heavy traffic conditions, under the action of dynamic loads in the vertical plane of the ball coupling, the potential failure of the latch, and then rescap will be possible that will lead to the creation of emergency situations.

Therefore, the aim of the invention is to improve the reliability trailer hitch-trailer trucks in service.

This objective is achieved in that the vertical hole of the bottom part of the ball head is made with a longitudinal groove, passing at its end into a circular groove, and the connecting finger on the same plot has on one side a ledge that can be freely moved in the longitudinal groove to provide in the same direction of movement of the connecting finger when the tripping device, and a hemispherical cavity under fixator, and in the upper end part of the connecting finger provided with a transverse groove, and the body of the tiller in his area has a cylindrical hole.

Figure 1 show the General view of the trailer hitch with its longitudinal slit, as in figure 2, its cross section AA and BB.

Trailer hitch trailer consists of a body 1 of the drawbar within which is movably upper part 2 ball head, provided with a cylindrical cavity 3, interconnected with mating protrusion 4, made on the lower part 5 ball head is rigidly fixed to the bracket 6. The upper part 2 and lower part 5 ball head provided with a vertical hole 7 is provided with a longitudinal groove 8, ending in a circular groove 9. In the hole 7 is a cylindrical finger 10, in the lower part of the protrusion 11 and the hemispherical cavity 12 and the latter placed the ball 13, the spring-loaded by a compression spring 14, kontaktirate with the screw 15. In the upper part of the cylindrical finger 10 is provided with a transverse groove 16, and the housing 1 tiller made the hole 17 placed in it by the plug 18.

Once that happens, the driver of the train manually moves the housing 1 of the tiller in the direction of arrow D, and the protrusion 11, freely moving in the groove 8, provides in the same direction as the movement of the connecting finger 10 together with the upper part 2 ball head. As a result, rescap parts train is provided. For the hitch of the vehicle and the trailer body 1 drawbar together with the upper part 2 of the ball coupling and connecting finger 10 is moved in the direction opposite to the arrow D, so that the protrusion 11 has entered into a longitudinal groove 8, is made in the opening 7 of the lower part 5 ball head. As soon as the connecting finger 10 will reach the end of the hole 7 of the bottom part 5 ball head and will sink the ball 13 in the direction of the arrow E, and will also pair the depression 3, tab 4, located on the contact surfaces of the parts of the ball head with a screwdriver inserted in the transverse groove 16 turn connecting the finger 10 in the direction of the AI, opposite to the arrow C, whereupon the mating parts of the device will occupy the position shown in figure 1 and figure 2 (C). The coupling parts train is completed.

Feasibility advantage of the proposed technical solutions in comparison with the known obvious, since it eliminates samarasam car and trailer in operating conditions and, therefore, increases the reliability and safety of movement of trains.

Proposed trailer-train coupling gear contains ball support with retainer pressed to support and arranged in housing. said coupling gear is provided with locking mechanism which cuts in piston and locks found in vertically arranged axial space of ball support. Locks are fitted in holes whose axes are arranged in one plane and plane of their arrangement coincides with diameter plane of ball support. Upper part of piston is made in form of conical surface. Locks are spring-loaded relative to ball support and are made for engagement by some ends with relatively perpendicular slots found on inner surface of lock housing and on surface of retainer. Device is furnished with hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, piston-pusher with smaller diameter section in upper part to act onto said piston. Underpiston space of piston-pusher is connected with main line of prime-mover brake system. Device is provided with bracket of ball support to move support in direction of longitudinal axis of prime-mover with action of lower part of ball support onto hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, with possibility of displacement of hydraulic cylinder rod and action of liquid pressure built, in said hydraulic onto piston to move the piston.

EFFECT: improved stability of trailer-train at application of brakes and prevention of jack-knifing of trailer in case of delayed operation or failure of main line connecting brake system of prime-mover and locking mechanism.

Proposed draw-and-coupling gear, mainly of passenger car, includes ball head consisting of two parts-lower one made integral with bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear and upper one, installed for movement in pole body and locked relative to each other. Bracket of draw-and-coupling gear of car is provided with mating channels, longitudinal one in which rod is fitted for movement being hinge-connected with bell crank with cam on end arranged in vertical channel and engaging with slot made on rod of upper part of ball head. Other end of said rod is connected with like bell crank installed inside body of car, being locked relative to car body. Mating surfaces of cam and slot have curvilinear and straight-line surfaces arranged in vertical longitudinal plane of bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear.
