SUBSTANCE: instrument comprises base vertically mounted on poles, said base being adapted for receiving of teat liner to be tested. Finger with measuring ruler in its upper part is inserted into teat liner. Weight hanging hook is disposed in lower part of finger. Two stops positioned under weight have beveled top and U-shaped slot defining inclined supporting surface therein.

EFFECT: increased precision in measuring of teat liner in milking units and increased efficiency.

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for quality control of liners (sokovich stocking) milking machines.

A known device for determining the stiffness of the liner (Recommendations for the operation and maintenance of milking machines. M: Rosselchozizdat, 1970, p.21). The device includes a bracket on the rack in a sleeve which is inserted into the liner tube. The rod is placed inside the tube, hang the cargo and the caliper mounted on the rack, fix the elongation resulting from the 6-second exposure of the cargo.

The disadvantage of the described device are:

1. The inability of the instrument to the liner with the milk pipe.

2. Low precision, since it is difficult to simultaneously and instantly produce the fixation time on the stopwatch and measuring the elongation of rubber with a caliper. In addition, with increasing time measurements of rubber under the influence of cargo continues to stretch, which increases the measurement error and want them to repeat.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved technical result is a device for checking the elongation of the liner (the Rational use of milking machines. Recommendations, Krasnodar, 1986, p.32). The base of the device having the ring on the head liner and the gauge, mounted vertically on the uprights, made in the form of a tripod.

Inside the liner is skipped finger head having at one end a hole for suspension of cargo. Disadvantages are the low accuracy and productivity for the same reasons as in the above-described device.

The objective of the invention is the improvement of measurement accuracy and increase productivity.

The objective of the invention is solved in that the device for controlling the stiffness of the liner, comprising a vertically mounted on upright supporting element for the liner, the gauge, the finger on the head for load suspension, gauges attached to the finger through the nozzle with threaded connections, the length of which is greater than 30 mm, and under hanging from a finger cargo set stops with beveled top with V-neck, the width of which is less than the diameter of the cargo. Racks are removable and height-adjustable by means of threaded connections.

The invention consists in that due to the design of the instrument at the time of measuring nipple tube is in a static state, since the movement of cargo discontinued that provides accuracy and convenience.

Device for controlling rigidity of the liner consists of a base 1, for example, in the form of cut off at the bottom of the teat Cup liner with bracket 2 mounted vertically on a pivot in attachment 2 of the base legs 3, standing on the base plate 4. In the lower part of the finger 6 are of the hook 10 (slot) for the load 11 in the form of a cylindrical weights. On the base plate 4 is placed free on her travel two stops 12, made for example of wood, with a beveled top 13 and U-shaped cutout 14, the width of which is larger than the diameter of the load 11, the support surface 15 with an angle of inclination greater than the angle of the beveled top 13.

The device operates as follows. The apparatus is installed on a horizontal support plate 4 by adjusting screwed into the base 1 legs 3 so that the base 1 was placed vertically. In the base 1 is installed liner rubber 5, made with the joint with milk pipe, for example, DD AND, with the length of the active part 115-130 mm it is inserted finger 6 a length of 400 mm and a diameter of 6 mm, which is the thickening 7 rests in the milk pipe and its lower end with a hook 10 extends beyond the milk pipe. On the top of the finger 6 is screwed on the threaded connection nozzle 8 with a measuring line 9 80 mm long so that its zero mark was at the level of the output of the liner 5. Then with one hand hung on a hook 10 load 11 weighing 6 kg and simultaneously the other hand include a stopwatch. During the specified time occurred elongation of the liner 5, the size of which is determined by the scale line 9, degraded together with the finger 6. Then remove the load, pushing into the side lugs lugs 12, remove the finger 6 of the liner 5 and the rubber 5 of the base 1. The instrument is ready to measure the stiffness of the next sample tube liners.
