The invention relates to the field of measurement technology, in particular to the manufacture of devices of control of the level of conductive filler (liquid and granular) materials.

A known method of manufacturing a sensor (EN 2210063 C2) by pressing node glass electrodes with simultaneous registration between the electrodes of the insulator by filing a molded plastic into the cavity which is formed by the mating surfaces of the electrodes.

The disadvantage is the unreliability of the sealing of the sensor.

The present invention is to improve the reliability of sealing.

This task is solved in that the inner electrode has a limiter, and the sealing of the sensor provided by the contraction of the insulator on all joints with electrodes using a limiter, such as nuts.

The technical result, which can be obtained by carrying out the invention, is that the proposed method allows to:

to ensure reliable sealing of the cheap and simple way to solve the problem of compensation of the inevitable shrinkage;

- molded plastic.

The drawing shows the design of the sensor, manufactured by the proposed method.

The method is as follows.

The internal electrode 2 at the ends has limiters 4. The internal electrode 2 is set is t inside the external electrode 1, so get a reinforced node electrodes 1 and 2, with the mating surfaces form a cavity for the registration of the insulator 3 between the electrodes 1 and 2. In the cavity of a molding plastic serves in the process of pressing the reinforced node with simultaneous registration of the insulator. The sealing of the sensor provided by the contraction of the insulator on all joints with electrodes using a limiter, such as nuts.

FIELD: electric measurement engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for measurement of electrical parameters of two-terminal networks used as detectors of physical processes (temperature, pressure, level of liquid and loose maters et cetera) at industrial installations, transportation vehicles and in systems for measuring level of setting-up of rocket-space equipment. Sinusoidal voltage is formed in capacitive level gauge and complex current is measured which passes through dry capacitive level gauge as well as through filled-in capacitive level gauge. Equivalent circuit of capacitive level gauge is specified which circuit consists of electric capacitance and active resistance. Sinusoidal voltage is formed in capacitive detector at two frequencies. After it complex current is measured through dry level detector and through reference detector for any of those frequencies. Results of measurement are registered, electric capacitance of capacitive level gauge is measured and registered and increment in electric capacitance of capacitive level gauge is measured and registered when submerging gauge into dielectric matter completely. Subsequent measurement and registration of complex current is carried out through capacitive level gauge filled with dielectric matter and through reference gauge for any of mentioned frequencies. For any periodical measurement the electric capacitance of capacitive level gauge is measured and registered. Relative filling of capacitive level gauge with dielectric matter is measured as difference of values of electric capacitance of dry capacitive level gauge and electric capacitance of filled-up capacitive level gauge related to increment in electric capacitance of capacitive level gauge submerged into liquid totally.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement; improved adaptability to manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: first measurement of level of liquid is performed from value of measured electric capacitance C1 of first radio-frequency detector. Density of gaseous phase is determined on the base of value of electric capacitance C3 of corresponding radio-frequency detector. SUBSTANCE: method can be also used in chemical and food industry for measuring variable level of liquid with unknown density in containers working as under condition of vacuum rarefaction and under high pressure. Two hydrostatic pressure transducers are used for realization. The transducers are disposed one above the other at known distance. According to the method, only readings of lower transducer are used at the moment of transition of gas-liquid boundary through upper transducer but not the difference in readings of both transducers. Moment of transition is defined as moment of equality to zero of difference in corresponding integral conversions from signals of lower and upper transducers. After moment of transition is defined, density and level of liquid is estimated on the base of equations of σ=Dk/gH0 and H=H0D1/Dk, where σ is density of liquid, H is current value of level, H0 is known distance between transducers, D1 is current readings of lower pressure transducer, Dk is readings f lower pressure transducer at the moment of transition of boundary level through upper transducer, g is free fall acceleration.

FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for measuring level of liquid and loose materials as well as for measuring distances. Difference frequency spectrum is calculated and its shape is compared with shape of reference spectrum. Reference spectrum consists of permanent and variable parts which are achieved during calibration at working place. Parameters of permanent part of reference spectrum are defined by design of reservoir and kept permanent during process of measurement. Parameters of variable part of reference spectrum are subject to change till achieving minimum of difference measure for measured and reference spectra and are used for calculating distances. Reference spectrum can be formed by means of two ways. According to the first way reference spectrum is calculated from formed reference signal which has to be the sum of partial signals with parameters corresponding to reflections from members of constructions and from measured signal level. Parameters of signals that correspond to reflection from measured level are changed when conducting measurements till achieving minimum of difference measure. According to the second way during process of calibration the permanent and variable parts of spectrum of measured signal are memorized and the measured signal is used as a reference one. Value of measured frequency is the frequency at which difference measure is minimal. For both variants of forming reference spectrum the permanent and variable parts of reference spectrum do not come into interaction.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement at the presence of background.
