Protrusions of driving unit are made in the form of flexible members having size exceeding height of apertures to the extent allowing said protrusions to be depressed into said apertures.

EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency by useful utilization of cylindrical space.

The technical field

The invention relates to a kitchen appliance with a motor, in particular to the juicer, with the drive unit and the housing.

The level of technology

From EP V known kitchen appliance driven by an electric motor. There is described a juicer with a drive motor. The speaker of the collector element having the shape of a paraboloid of revolution with ribs, used for squeezing citrus fruits. Together with the tray for catching flowing when squeezing the juice he is imprisoned in the body, which also built the drive unit with a drive motor, belt pulley, timing belt and connected to an element of the driven shaft. Through the pallet passes the drive shaft, which rotates the protruding element together with the receiving vessel.

Disclosure of inventions

The objective of the invention is to provide a simple kitchen device with the drive.

According to the invention this problem is solved by the fact that the kitchen appliance of the above type, the housing has a first cylindrical outer wall with at least two recesses, which recesses are holes, and through holes are protrusions of the drive unit, the shape of which conforms to the shape of the holes. According to the invention the drive unit can be inserted in the housing in the axial direction, and during the introduction of the protrusions p is remediate areas outside the inner side of the outer wall, lying in the axial direction on the same straight line with the holes. Then the tabs are inserted into the holes with rotation. This way, the drive unit is installed in the housing of the kitchen appliance like a bayonet connection.

According to the invention is a kitchen appliance has at least mainly cylindrical shape that does not preclude joining the cylindrical part or continuation of the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical part of the elements having the shape of a cube, rectangular prism, cone or truncated cone. Similarly, on the outer side of the side surface of the cylinder to the cylindrical structure can be rigidly attached other details.

However, the actual cylindrical design due to its simple and compact form has the advantage that it holds as a drive unit with an electric motor and a transmission, and a portion intended for squeezing fruit element, the receiving vessel and the pallet.

The invention provides for economical use of the internal cylindrical space, because the drive unit is located in it with the maximum use of available space. Installing the drive unit in the inner space and its extract are made simply and quickly. Time-consuming threading of the drive unit with the outer casing is not required.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the kitchen appliance protrusions of the drive unit is formed of elastic elements, the size of which is slightly greater than the height of the holes, so that the tabs you need to push into the holes. The use of elastic material reduces vibration and noise.

Especially useful is a kitchen appliance, in which the holes in the region of the recesses are made so that they cover at least part of the cylindrical wall of the recess and part of the wall, passing in the radial direction.

To make the mounting protrusions of the drive unit in the housing of the kitchen appliance is unavailable outside the first outer wall may be surrounded by a second outer wall closely adjacent to the first outer wall.

The implementation of the invention

Juicer (1, 2) has an outer cylindrical wall 1. In this wall there are at least two, but preferably three or more recesses 2, which serve for the fastening of node 3 (figure 3) inside the exterior wall 1.

The recess 2 is formed is shifted relative to the outer wall 1 of the cylindrical wall 4, which is for connection with the outer wall 1 top, bottom and sides surrounded by passing in the radial direction by the wall 5. This latter, as well as the wall 4, the slotted hole 6, which has as part of passing in the radial direction, and the part going in the direction of the wall 4. In the opening 6 of the inserted protrusion 7 of the drive unit 3. The protrusion 7 is formed by the elastic element, made for example of rubber or elastic plastic, worn in turn by a spike 8, which is part of the casing 9 of the drive unit 3.

The protrusion 7 is pushed in the direction of rotation (arrow R) in the opening 6 and is held it is through, moreover, the size of the elastic element is slightly higher than the hole size in the axial direction of the outer wall 1, so that when two or three of the protrusion 7 is pushed into the corresponding holes 6, is provided to secure the drive unit 3 in the housing, i.e. in the outer wall 1.

To the angular position of the drive unit 3 was fixed relative to the outer wall 1, on the inner side of the outer wall 1 is provided extending in the longitudinal, i.e. axial direction of the strap 10. This strip corresponds to a groove in the side wall 9, however, the width of this groove is sufficient to provide a turning movement in the direction of the arrow R.

In order to facilitate the entry of the projections 7 in the holes 6, they are preferably provided bevels 11, 12.

To make the tabs 7 are not available outside of the outer wall 1 covers the second (not illustrated here) of the outer wall.

Thanks to the invention creates an elastic mounting of the drive unit 3 inside surrounded by the outer wall 1 of the housing of the kitchen appliance. The drive unit 3 is elastically suspended in the housing protrusions 7. It is inserted into the body like a bayonet catch. The drive unit 3 includes a motor 13 is driven through the drive shaft 14 lower gear 15, which in turn rotates the element 16 for squeezing citrus fruits, as well as the circuit Board 17 with electr the cooling circuit to control the motor 13.

3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the elastic elements are pinned on the protruding spikes (8) in the housing of the drive unit (3).

The device according to claim 1, characterized in that on the inner side of the outer wall (1) there is established in the axial direction of the bar (10), along which the drive unit (3) is inserted into the housing of the kitchen appliance, and that the diameter of the drive unit (3) is less than the inner diameter of the housing of the kitchen appliance on the thickness of the strap (10).

5. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the holes (6) are in the region of the cylindrical wall (4) of the recesses (2) introductory bevels(11, 12).

Juice extractor intended, in particular, to citrus fruit juicing, contains a rotating around its axis squeezing cone and set above the juice container attached to the squeezing cone screen having an area for juice passing through with a variable cross section of throughput.
