Fodder for broiler chickens

FIELD: agriculture, poultry science.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with feeding technique in poultry. The fodder has been suggested that includes combined feedstuffs at decreased portion of food grain, millet, MEK-SH-3 at the quantity of 1 kg/t. The innovation enables to increase body weight gain and decrease fodder expenses per a body weight gain unit.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of feeding.

The invention relates to the field of agriculture, and in particular for feeding poultry.

It is established that the basis of rations for poultry should be corn feed 55-75% (Recommendations for feeding poultry/breeding; Ed. - Viginia, S.A. Imankulov, I.A. Egorova. - Sergiev Posad. - 2002. - 67 C.). However, world prices for corn, wheat, i.e. cereals, in which the grain part of the feed occupy the highest proportion, continuously grow. In addition, the cases appear in the market parties these feeds affected by toxins.

Known feed for poultry, in which instead of corn and wheat include grain sorghum in the amount of 40% for broiler chickens and 30% for laying hens (Egorov I.A., Pankov P.N., Lenkova so-CALLED. Grain sorghum is a valuable food for birds//Feeds. - 2002. No. 5. - P.45-46).

Known other feed for poultry with the participation they oat, which is used in the rearing of chickens in the amount of 40% from 1 to 8 week and 50% from 9 to 17 week (Dadashko Century, A. Romashko They oat in the diets of chickens//Feeds. - 2002. No. 4. - P.44).

As the prototype was taken as feed for poultry with low levels of wheat and substitution of grain Paisy (20%) with the use of enzyme preparations (RF Patent No. 2151522).

About them with the claimed food is the decline in the share of wheat in the diet and the introduction of enzyme preparations.

The basis of the invention the task is to improve feed for poultry.

The technical result consists in increasing the gain in live weight of broiler chickens and reducing the cost of feed per unit of gain in live weight at the expense of putting in feed grain millet.

Millet is one of the traditionally grown cereal crops in Russia. The millet seeds depending on variety contains 10-12% crude protein, 2-5% fat, 8-9% crude fiber. It can be noted that the content of crude protein in millet is higher than in corn (11.1-33.3 per cent). Millet naselesele superior to corn on the content of amino acids such as methionine, cystine, tryptophan, isoleucine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, and valine at 12,5; 9,09; 87,5; 19,44; 15,56; 2,7; 13,04% respectively; while husked millet superior to corn on the number of methionine, cystine, tryptophan, arginine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, threonine and valine to 100; 9,09; 87,5; 4,76; 11,67; 36,1; 37,78; 24,32; 24,32; 43,75; 32,61% respectively (Advice on feeding poultry/breeding; Ed. - Viginia, Shaimarova, Iagora. - Sergiev Posad. - 2002. - 67 C.).

The task is achieved by using a feed for poultry, including balanced feed with a reduced share of food grains (maize and wheat) and enzyme pre is Arata, characterized in that the feed as a source of essential amino acids, carbohydrates and energy further comprises millet in the amount of 30% by weight of the feed.

A specific example. The work was carried out on chickens-broilers cross "Competitor-2" in vivarium experimental farms breeding in 2002-2003

According to the recommendations, feeding broiler chickens divided into two periods: initial (1-4 weeks) and finish (5-7 weeks). Feeding broiler chickens used diets with 310 kcal metabolizable energy for the first growing period (1-4 weeks) and 320 kcal for the second (5-7 weeks). As you know, cereals are the main source of easily digestive and legkoperevarivaemye carbohydrates. In our work as such a source was studied millet.

In the first experiment, the control diet contained 40% corn (table 1)and the second 40% of wheat (table 2). Analyzed the same grain (millet) was a substitute for expensive feed (corn and wheat) in experimental groups of 20, 30 and 40%. The purpose of the third experience was the efficiency of the diet with millet due to the introduction of new native enzyme preparation IEC-SH-3. Here the control diet contained 30% millet, and had experienced the same composition, but with the addition of enzyme preparation in quantities of 1 kg/ton of feed (table is 3). All diets were prepared according to the recommendations of breeding for feeding poultry, 2002

Table 4 shows the main indicators of the effectiveness of the studied feed. All experiments were carried out on the birds of the same cross (Competitor 2) daily up to 49 days of age. Groups were formed on the principle of analogues of the same origin, age, sex, body weight, General development (Methodology for scientific and industrial research for feeding poultry/breeding; Ed. - Viginia, Shaimarova. - Sergiev Posad. - 2000. - 33 S.). Each group was 40 broiler chickens during the entire cultivation period.

The data of the first experiment suggest that the best results differed broilers fed in the diet to 30% millet (group 3). They had the highest live weight at 49 days of age (2265,26 g), which 3,83% exceeded this figure in chickens of the control group treated corn fodder, and 8,03 and 0.41%, respectively Chicks 2 (20%millet) and 4-Oh groups (40% millet). And the cost of feed per 1 kg increase in live weight in the 3rd group (1,96 kg) was slightly lower than in the control (1.97 kg).

In the second experiment replacing wheat millet was also effective in 30%addition of millet (group 3). Here the live weight of broilers at 7 weeks of age was 4,77% more than in the control, and was 2302,11 g, she was also higher 3.51 and 3,84%) than in broilers 2 (20% millet) and 4 (40% millet) groups. The cost of feed as per 1 kg increase in group 3 decreased by 4% compared to the control and were the lowest in this experience (1,92 kg per 1 kg increase).

The third experience show that the most efficient use millet diets (30% millet) is achieved by adding the enzyme preparation IEC-SH-3. The live weight of the experimental chickens was higher control on 6,27% and amounted 2289, And the cost of feed per 1 kg gain was reduced significantly on 6,45% (2.17 in control, 2.03 in the experience).

In General we can say that the positive results were growing due to better use of chickens nutrients millet fodder.
