The invention relates to a method of manufacturing counterfeit securities and electrochemical indicator of authenticity securities and may find application in the production of excise stamps, bonds, checks, tickets and other types of securities, the authenticity of which is constantly checked.

A known method of manufacturing counterfeit securities, which consists in the introduction to the paper protective chemical color-forming reagent, which forms upon contact with a colorimetric indicator of authenticity securities colored compounds (see RF patent №2203354, class D 21 H 21/40, 27.04.2003 - similar and prototype).

Here described and the indicator of authenticity securities containing accommodated in the housing means for determining the authenticity securities.

The disadvantage of the invention is the low efficiency of protection of securities from a fake because of the simplicity of the decoding protective reagent using a known indicator of authenticity.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the protection of securities and documents from counterfeiting due to the difficulty of decryption and playback of the protection process without increasing the cost of chemical protection securities and increased efficiency in the use of electrochemical indicator.

Achieved is for the way, as a protective color-forming reagent use chemical substances in quantities of 0.1÷1)% by weight of the paper that form due to electrolysis of the electrolyte colored compounds, and as a colorimetric indicator using electrochemical indicator, separated by a core of compacted fibrous filler one relative to the other of the cathode and the anode of which is under the action of electrolysis in contact with the paper form colored compounds due to the happening of different reactions depending on the electrolyte with the formation of the indicator compositions, including "short-lived".

And for electrochemical indicator this is achieved by the fact that the means for determining the authenticity securities contains connected between a constant current source, the rod of fibrous filler impregnated with electrolyte, the regulator of the electrolysis process, the rod of compacted fibrous filler and the electrodes - the anode and cathode, and the electrode is the cathode and the anode are separated one another by the rod of compacted fibrous filler with providing educational opportunities interelectrode space and are installed with the possibility of protrusion at the end of the body, made for example from plastic, while the control mode of electrolysis is connected to the source of the m direct current with electrodes.

The voltage of the constant current source is (1,5÷6) volts. Electrodes - the anode and cathode are made of electrically conductive materials such as metal alloys.

A method of manufacturing counterfeit securities is the introduction to the paper protective chemical color-forming reagent, which forms upon contact with a colorimetric indicator of authenticity securities colored connection.

As a protective color-forming reagent use chemical substances in quantities of 0.1÷1)% of the weight of the paper form upon contact with the products of the electrolysis of the electrolyte colored connection.

As a colorimetric indicator using electrochemical indicator, separated by a core of compacted fibrous filler one relative to the other of the cathode and the anode of which is under the action of electrolysis in contact with the paper form colored compounds due to the happening of different reactions depending on the electrolyte with the formation of the indicator compositions, including "short-lived".

Electrochemical indicator contains placed the body 1 of the tool to determine the authenticity of the securities.

Means for determining the authenticity securities contains a connected source 2 DC, pin 3 of the fibrous filler impregnated with electrolyte, the controller 4 of the electrolysis process, the rod 5 of compacted fibrous filler and the electrodes 6 to the cathode and the anode.

The electrodes 6 to the cathode and anode are separated one another by a rod 5 of compacted fibrous filler with providing educational opportunities interelectrode space and are installed with the possibility of protrusion at the end of the body 1, made for example from plastic, while the controller 4 of the electrolysis process is connected to the constant current source 2 and the electrodes 6.

Functions electrochemical indicator as follows.

Electrolyte specific composition of the impregnated rod 3 is made of a fibrous filler passes through a rod 5 of compacted fibrous filler in the interelectrode space, where under the action of electric current is subjected to electrolysis.

Depending on the electrolyte composition, current, voltage and material of the electrodes 6 on the cathode and the anode there are various is eacli education indicator compositions including "short-lived" (which cannot be found in conventional colorimetric indicator).

Moreover, at the anode the following reactions occur.

In the electrolysis of acidified water formed unstable active hydroxyl radicals HE, interaction of which with one another is formed oxygen (oxidizer).

In the electrolysis of aqueous solutions of salts of inorganic acids are active atoms, for example, chlorine (oxidizing agent) or active anionic radicals by reaction with water to form the corresponding acid.

In the electrolysis of aqueous-alcoholic or alcoholic solutions of organic substances and salts of inorganic acids by oxidative processes in the anode space is formed a series of new organic substances, including oxygen and halogenated organic substances.

In the case of using the anode of the metal alloys of the latter can move in the electrolyte solution in the form of cations from further participation in the color formation reactions.

Reactions taking place at the cathode.

In the electrolysis of acidified water is formed atomic hydrogen (a strong reducing agent).

In the electrolysis of aqueous solutions of alkaline salts of inorganic acids form the corresponding alkali.

In the electrolysis of acidified aqueous-alcoholic or alcoholic is rastvorov organic substances is their recovery, until amines.

Since chemical indicators generated at the cathode and the anode 6, separated by a rod 5 of compacted fibrous filler, they cannot react with one another, and getting on the paper with the appropriate protective chemical form when conducting features on securities (2) two-color imprint (for example, red and blue).

Below examples show the chemical compositions of protective substances introduced in the paper by known techniques in the amount of 0.1÷1)% of its weight, the composition of the electrolyte and electrode materials, as well as the color of the dyed two-tone track electrochemical indicator on paper from the anode and cathode.

Thus, the invention increases the efficiency of protection of securities and documents from counterfeiting due to the difficulty of decryption and playback of the protection process without increasing the cost of chemical protection securities and increases the efficiency in the use of electrochemical indicator.

Industrial applicability.

The invention can be used in the production of securities, protected from forgery.
