FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves studying reflex phenomena when acting with irritating factors being candidate allergens. A reflex with normal response is selected in advance. The organism contact response to particular allergen being weakened, allergic reaction to this allergen is determined.

EFFECT: wide range of diagnosis means for detecting allergy.

 

The invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical Allergology, and can be used for the diagnosis of hypersensitivity to various allergens.

The known method of electropuncture diagnostics Folla, based on the comparison of bioelectric potentials acupuncture points in the control and test versions [1]. However, this method has the trauma for the patient. Interest in the method of R. Voll due to the opportunity of getting on the principle of bioresonance available bioelectrical information about the peculiarities of the interaction of human biological systems with different environmental factors.

The known method of electropuncture diagnostics allergies, carried out by the integrated application of the method Folla and technology plays traditional skin tests [2]. When examining a patient uses a method of Folla design serial electrical circuit: the patient, the apparatus Folla, the container for the tested allergens. Compare the magnitude of biopotentials acupuncture points at the empty container and in the presence of the tested allergen according to the difference of potentials determine the presence of hypersensitivity to the tested allergen or lack of it. The disadvantage of the method is to create a circuit that includes the apparatus Voll, which is e can always be present in the clinic.

The aim of the invention was to create an inexpensive and non-traumatic way to diagnose allergies.

During many years of work with patients, the author of the present invention noticed that the presence of allergic reactions can be set by reflex response to contact of the body with the irritating factor is a possible allergen. The method is as follows. The doctor examines the reflexes of the patient and records the type of response. The answers can be of three types.

The response of the first type - normal, determines the appropriate response to a stimulus. Characterized by the following features: when the primary effects observed normal response, with additional activity response is not reduced.

The response of the second type is characterized by the following signs: if the primary effect is observed normal response, with additional activity response is reduced.

The response of the third type is characterized by the fact that when the primary and the secondary effect is observed weak reflex response or no.

Rapid diagnosis allows you to take adequate measures to eliminate further exposure to the allergen and the corresponding treatment. The doctor, using this method should have the necessary knowledge and practical experience in the field of neurology.

The proposed method was applied in 125 patients Nizhny Novgorod medical center "Axon".

The proposed method can be illustrated by the following clinical examples.

A patient 34 years, appealed to the medical center in August 2004 with complaints of difficulty in nasal breathing, periodic asthma attacks (1 per quarter). The attacks end with the separation of a large number of mucous sputum. The attacks are removed aminophylline, hormonal drugs in the hospital. Objectively: General condition of moderate severity. There is shortness of breath at rest is up to 30 times in 1 minute heart rate up to 125 in 1 minutes, the Patient was examined by the proposed method. Was revealed a normal response when neurological hammer blow on the tendon of the biceps on the right. This reflex was tested the effect of possible allergens. It was found that the response changes when the contact of the organism with egg white,household dust, citrus fruits. The contact was carried out by placing various objects (food, pollen, house dust, animal dander) to the skin of the left hand on the forearm-free service.

Provided recommendations for addressing the identified food allergens from the diet, and maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment and remove the carpet.

It should be noted that this patient was tested by the method of "skin tests in allergic room, where were found the same allergens.

At the subsequent visit, the patient was found that in strict compliance with these recommendations, the quality of life is significantly improved.

Patient B. a Boy, 3 years. The reception brought mom in September 2004. The diagnosis of Exudative-catarrhal diathesis, has been ill since the age of 3 months. Born overdue, birth through caesarean section, artificial feeding (my mother did not have milk). Live in the village, the child lure from the very beginning of life cow's milk, milk formulas. In three month old on the advice of the neighbors entered in the diet of goat's milk. The disease is clearly manifested in this age. In the study in terms of the regional hospital was identified individual intolerance to goat milk.

On examination, the child has a loose shape. In the cheeks, neck proyavlena the disease, as erosive crusts.

The child was examined by the proposed method. We used deep tendon reflex on the right knee, which was recorded normal response. For convenience of study, the child was located lying on the couch.

When making contact with the skin in the abdominal area with the possibility of irritating factors, it was noted that the reaction to goat's milk coincides with clinical research. Reflex weakened by contact with a drop of goat's milk. The rest of the objects (food, dust, animal dander) the activity of reflex responses did not change.

It was recommended to exclude completely from the child's diet of goat's milk.

When you next visit in three months was marked by the purity of the skin.

The successful application of the proposed method in terms of the medical center "Axon" allows to make a conclusion about the possibility of its use in medical practice. The simplicity, non-invasiveness and lack of expensive equipment make it attractive.

SUBSTANCE: method involves taking photo of patient bearing. The base is rectangular and has width of 40 cm and length of 60 cm. Rulers of different direction are available on upper base surface edges scaled from 56,0 to 0,0 cm and having tick value of 0.1 cm. Individual general projection length norm is calculated for upper and lower jaw using formulas; Lpo=0.39*Σ12 and Lpu=0.35*Σ12, where Lpo and Lpu are the individual general projection length norms of lower and upper jaw, respectively; 0,39 and 0,35 are indices describing relationship binding mean general projection length of lower and upper jaw to mean sum of mesiodistal dimensions of twelve teeth(46-41 and 31-36) of lower dental row in persons having physiological occlusion and permanent teeth dimensions within the limits of mean values, respectively; Σ12 is the sum of mesiodistal dimensions of twelve teeth(46-41 and 31-36) measured on plaster model. Actual projection length values of the anterior segment are additionally determined by taking measurements from upper and lower jaw models, with distance between mesial point on labial approximal surface of incisor in vestibular position and point of intersection of line joining contact points of canine tooth and the first molar on the left and right side to median line of the upper jaw. Distance between contact point of lower central incisors cutting surfaces and point of intersection of line joining contact points of the first and the second premolars on the left and right side to median line of the lower jaw. Individual general projection length norms are calculated for upper and lower jaw anterior segment using formulas: lpo=0.16*Σ12 and lpu=0.17*Σ12, where lpo and lpu are the individual general projection length norms of lower and upper jaw anterior segment, respectively; 0,16 and 0,17 are indices describing relationship binding mean general projection length of lower and upper jaw anterior segment to mean sum of mesiodistal dimensions of twelve teeth(46-41 and 31-36) of lower dental row in persons having physiological occlusion and permanent teeth dimensions within the limits of mean values, respectively; Σ12 is the sum of mesiodistal dimensions of twelve teeth(46-41 and 31-36) measured on plaster model.
