The bottom base 1 has a top in the center of the drive shaft 11, which is rotationally driven by a motor (not shown) in the bottom base 1.

On the contrary, the feeder 31 can be aligned with the center of the circular knife 4 and have a larger diameter without increasing the size of the bases 1 and 2.
