FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and repair of railway tracks and it can be used as mounted equipment on track machine providing continuous raising of track skeleton. Proposed raising-and lining set of track machine has bar coupled with machine frame through upper parts of raising hydraulic cylinders, grips for each rail of track with grip turning hydraulic cylinders secured by lower parts, lining hydraulic cylinders secured by some ends on machine frame, support members, raising check and control elements. Bar is provided with two trunnions for turning carriages relative to longitudinal axis of machine in vertical plane fitted on support members. Grips are fitted on carriages both from inner and outer sides of track at distance exceeding length of rail fishplate. Upper parts of grip turning hydraulic cylinders are secured on said carriages, as well as lower parts of raising hydraulic cylinders installed on carriages with displacement outwards from vertical axis of rotation of grip rollers, and raising check-and-control elements. Bar is connected with machine frame by levers for turning along radius of curve of rail track.

EFFECT: increased capacity of device, efficiency and quality of work done owing to reliable negotiation of butt joints.

The invention relates to a device for the construction and repair of railroad tracks and can be used as attachments on a track car, carrying out continuous lift the rail and tie bars.

A device containing a beam can be moved in vertical and horizontal planes of the cylinders, the cylinders of straightening the path associated with the beam. On a beam mounted support elements and grippers for each rail route in the form of a roller with flange /1/.

This device is not effective enough because of the unreliability in operation during the passage of butt joints of rails.

A device for lifting rail and tie lattice railway track containing a beam with two grips for rails, comprising levers and pulleys with flanges, connected with a spring. On a beam mounted carriage mounted on the lifting mechanism. The carriage drive can be made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder or a telescopic element /2/.

The disadvantage of this device is the lack of reliability of this device due to the fact that the frictional force of the roller clamps on the rail head may be less than the friction in the roller carriage and the mechanisms of its drive. In this case, the possible failure of the rail with zahvat and failure of the device. Because of the fixed location of the carriage along the beam increase the dimensions of the car on the stroke of the carriage. Because of the location of the longitudinal axis of the beam along the axis of the machine impossible rise of rail-sleeper grid in small radius curves, and this device cannot be used in vehicles for alignment path due to the lack of mechanisms for straightening.

The most famous is the hoisting and pulling device containing a beam having two support element in the form of rollers with flanges, rotating around their horizontal axes. The beam is moved in the vertical and horizontal planes of the cylinders and connected with the frame of the machine. On it are mounted the gripper rail journey made in the form of rotating along the vertical axis of the rollers with ribs having the ability to rotate the cylinders in a vertical plane, and placed on both the inside and the outside of the rail and on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the beam, the control elements and control the lifting rail and tie bars. The disadvantage of this device is that all the working mechanisms (basic elements, roller clamps, cylinders rotate grippers) are mounted on the same beam. When performing the raising of the rail and tie and lattice frame is rotated around a horizontal axis of rotation in a vertical plane, changing the position of its longitudinal axis relative to the plane of the rail and tie bars. This leads to an uneven load on the hooks. Accidental disruption of rail with grip is slack in the relevant part of the rail, and to restore the health status of the host machine stops, lowering the node with the rail and tie bars on the prism ballast, recharge site, and only then you can continue to work. Thus, the application of this device for continuous hoisting rail-sleeper grid is impossible.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the productivity, efficiency and quality of work done by a reliable pass butt joints.

This is achieved by lifting and straightening unit track machine containing the beam associated with the frame of the machine with the upper parts of the cylinders, grippers for each rail of the railway track with hooked on them the lower parts of the cylinders of rotation of the grippers, cylinders straightening, fastened one end to the frame of the machine, the supporting elements, control elements and control the lifting, has a beam with two pins to rotate the carriage about the longitudinal axis of the machine in a vertical plane mounted on the supporting elements, and the grips u is juxtaposed on the carriages as with internal and outer sides of the railway track at a distance greater than the length of the rail pads, and said carriage is fixed to the upper part of the cylinders of rotation of the grippers, the lower part of the cylinders, mounted on the carriage is offset outward from the vertical axis of rotation of the rollers captures the elements of control and recovery, and a beam connected to the frame of the machine tools with the possibility of its spread along the radius of the curve of the track.

Lifting and straightening unit track machine contains a beam 1 with horizontal pins 2 to rotate the carriage 3 along the longitudinal axis of the machine in the vertical plane.

The carriage 3 has at least two supporting elements 4 made in the form of rollers with flange, rotating on horizontal axes and grippers 5 for rails mounted in the arm 6 can be rotated in a vertical plane around a horizontal axis and located both on the inner and outer sides of the railway track.

The grippers 5 for rails made in the form of axis rollers 13 with the flanges 14 for engagement with the underside of the rail head, rotating around a vertical axis.

The device operates as follows.

The car stopped at the beginning of the work and the cylinders 8 of the device is lowered down for installation of the support elements 4 on the rail head rail and tie bars. Items 7 and control the rise of rail-sleeper grid produces a signal on the touch supporting elements 4 of the rails and permit the rotation of the grippers 5 around the horizontal axes of the cylinders 10 of rotation of the grippers. When turning the gripper 5, the rollers 13 are pressed against the rail head and flange 14 go under the rail head. The cylinders 8 lift lift carriage 3 with the rail and tie bars up. When the device is charging lateral movement is effected by hydraulic cylinders 11 straightening. The charging device performs in commissioning mode. After charging the machine goes into automatic control mode and starts moving along the rail and tie bars. Automatic control of the height of hoisting the entire rail-sleeper grid and any of its sides is carried out automatically from the measuring system of the machine (for example, when leveling the railroad tracks). Adjustment in the plan are carried out with the measuring system of the hydraulic cylinders 11 straightening.

When continuous motion machine is possible accidental breakdown of the rails with the wheels 14 of the pair of adjacent grippers 5, and the slack of the corresponding side rail and tie bars. The machine continues to work in automatic mode hoisting rail-sleeper grid, holding her remaining in engagement with the rail head grippers 5 and the retaining rail and tie bars on a given lift height is provided by a hydraulic cylinder 8 rise along the other pair of grippers 5 on the carriage 3.

Item 7 control mounted on the side of the stall, outputs a signal on the breeding of the respective grippers 5 and the switching of the respective lift cylinder 8 of the automatic control system in the mode of descent.
