The invention relates to the production of feed additives for farm animals, in particular poultry.

It is known that fruit and vegetable pomace, fruit seeds - waste canning industry, as well as selected protein isolates are used as feed additives in the diets of farm animals and birds [1-4].

It is known that the use of lipid-protein isolate viburnum in growing broiler chickens has a positive effect on the increase in body weight [5]. However, the content of lipid-protein isolate in the seeds viburnum is 16-18% by weight of raw materials [6], the selection of isolates from seeds using alkali extraction requires careful washing it from alkali, which leads to large quantities of sewage and industrial conditions is undesirable, requires significant financial costs, which ultimately leads to higher production. There is a way to obtain a lipid-protein complex by extraction with water, this method was derived lipid-protein isolate from cotton seeds and milk used for feeding animals [7], but in this case, the extraction at pH 7 does not lead to noticeable removing extractives from the seeds of viburnum that, apparently, is due to the low extraction of proteins under these conditions and weak emulsifying properties of protein components is viburnum seeds.

On the other hand, viburnum seeds in addition to the lipid-protein complex also contain antioxidants necessary component of the feed. The number of pigments in the seeds viburnum comparable with lipids. The presence of antioxidants in the pigments viburnum [6], among other things, has a stabilizing effect during storage and prevents the formation of peroxides.

The task, which directed the claimed technical solution is the expansion of the range of feed supplements and improve the productivity of broiler chickens and laying hens.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that as a feed additive in the diet of broiler chickens and laying hens used viburnum seeds ordinary (Viburnum opulus) is a waste of canning production "Kalina mashed with sugar," THE 56 RF 21-87 (GOST 22371-77. Canned food. Fruits and berries are pureed or crushed. Technical conditions), which previously and now is not used anywhere. The content of this waste is 35% of the raw materials.

Use as a feed additive waste canning production - seeds viburnum ordinary offered for the first time. Table 1 shows the results of the research the nutritional value of waste canning production "Kalina mashed with sugar" - seeds viburnum ordinary.

Studies on the feeding of industrial waste - seeds Calin is conducted on chickens-broilers cross "Smena-2", chosen for analogues in the daily age of 40 animals in each group.

Chickens from the experimental group were fed a complete feed, produced by the firm "Provimi" Bezenchukskaya feed company Samara region with the addition of crushed seeds viburnum dose of 1% by weight of the feed. Control chickens additive to the feed did not. The results of the experiments are shown in tables 2, 3.

Higher rates are characterized and meat quality of chickens from the experimental group: the ratio of edible inedible parts, the output of all the muscles, protein indicator muscle, as well as a tasting broth and meat.

Economic evaluation of effectiveness from the use of crushed waste - viburnum seeds as feed additive per 1000 heads as a result of stimulation of their growth, strengthening immunity, and higher safety and improve the meat quality of young able to get additional meat products in the amount 2196,rubley.

To study the effect of feed supplementation on productive and reproductive quality of laying hens were investigated on chickens cross "Rhodonite". The formation of experimental groups was performed by the method of analogues of laying hens breeder flock at the age of 26 weeks. The bird was collected on body weight uniformity, exterior features 130 animals in each group. The results of the experiments are given in table 4.

Shown, h is about the best productive and reproductive characteristics-laying hens, consumed 1.5% of the waste as part of the main diet. The safety of the birds was higher by 1.5% in comparison with the control. Analysis of egg production showed a slight increase in the hens of the experimental group (1.6%). The highest intensity of egg production throughout the productive period was identified in the experimental group - 79,3 compared to 78.1 in control. From chickens from the experimental group received 195,3 eggs suitable for incubation, which was 5.2% more than in the control group. The best results of incubation were also identified in the experimental group.

Thus, the use of the proposed waste resulting from reprocessing of viburnum common Viburnum Opulus, gives the opportunity to gain valuable feed additive in diets of meat broiler chickens and laying hens, extending and strengthening food supply.
