SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic drives of automatic machines for mechanization and automatic of production processes. Proposed pump consists of pressure and vacuum pups, both secured on support plate by means of two posts. Upper wall connects both pumps from top. Pressure and vacuum pumps are provided with lower walls from bottom. Said walls of pumps arranged over perimeter are made of corrugated elastic material. Pressure pump is provided with branch pipe in its lower wall. Measuring stocks are secured to lower walls of pressure and vacuum pumps from side. Said sticks freely get by their middle part into clamps secured to upper wall. Stops with catches are fitted on top of measuring sticks. Capacity or reservoirs both of pressure and vacuum pumps is set by measuring stick and stop. Upper wall is hinge-connected to posts 5 by means of axle. Upper spring is fitted on axle. One end of spring thrust against post, and the other, against upper wall to turn it clockwise. Posts in middle part are connected by bridge on which lower spring is installed. Said spring presses lower walls of pressure and vacuum pumps to their bottoms. Lower walls are moved off by spring from upper wall to stop on measuring stick. Check valve is installed in upper wall at vacuum pump to discharge air from pump space. Vacuum pump branch pipe is secured near. Pressure gauge is installed on upper wall in its middle part to measure pressure and vacuum. Upper wall of pressure pump terminates in pedal. For mechanical milking by pump, mounting place for solenoid motor is provided.

EFFECT: reduced labor input at milking at pasture keeping of cattle and in farms, milking by pedals.

The invention relates to the field of engineering, namely, pneumatic actuators, machines for mechanization and automation of production processes.

Known pneumatic actuator, consisting of diagraming chamber or cylinder of large diameter, a cylinder of small diameter, a work spindle, a spring-loaded piston cylinder large diameter piston of the cylinder of small diameter, a work spindle, a spring-loaded piston cylinder of large diameter, samozakonnogo device (SU # 580364, MKI F 15 3/00, 15.11.1977).

The disadvantage of this invention is that it is very complex, consists of separate parts in the amount of 13 pieces. When many items are in continuous motion, so is a great wear. A large number of components complicates the Assembly and disassembly of the pneumatic-hydraulic actuator. The drive itself is not compact. The design of the drive does not allow you to change the mode of operation. The very shape of the actuator raises doubts about its strength.

Known pneumatic cylinder containing two pistons connected by a rod, two pneumatic chambers communicated with the working lines, and two hydraulic chambers communicated with each other via a throttling hole. In the case of the cylinder placed pistons connected by a rod, holder, plate, screw (SU # 42869, MKI F 15 B 15/22, 05.04.1974).

The disadvantages of this cylinder is the fact that the fluid performs a partial role ballast. It is difficult to differentiate by means of the piston during the movement of the liquid mass from the air. Very complex gland is necessary for conclusion of the screw head from the cylinder. Much energy will it take to overcome the hydraulic shock.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved technical result and adopted by the author for the prototype is milking apparatus containing the pressure and vacuum pumps, which also contains milking cups with Podmoskovye cavities, a device for periodically disconnects Podmoskovya cavity from the vacuum after each step of sucking (SU # 371899, MCI And 01 J 5/10, 17.08.1977).

The main disadvantage is that milking the air takes from the periphery.

The technical result that can be achieved using the present invention is to eliminate these shortcomings, the relief of physical labor while milking animals in pasture condition content and individual farms, replacing manual labor to work using your legs while milking animals.
