Threaded tap body seat is coaxial to annular shoulder. Guiding pipe is temporary secured to tap body seat having flat outer end surface transversal to inner cylindrical surface thereof. Spindle is arranged inside the guiding pipe and may perform predetermined axial movement and reversible rotation. Cylindrical surfaces of spindle and guiding pipe brought into contact are coaxial to threaded seat and annular shoulder. Metal-cutting head diameter exceeds outer diameter of annular shoulder. End surface of metal-cutting surface extends transversely to cylindrical spindle part.

EFFECT: increased quality of acting water tap usage and repair, elimination of water leakage and increased service life of the tap.

The invention relates to high-efficiency plumbing repair and maintenance tools, equipment for water supply systems of residential and other buildings.

Water leaks at shut-off sites taps and valves water pipes in water supply systems is an acute problem such as, in particular, consequences, such as:

The author conducted the PRA is the critical test of the effectiveness of the described inventions, used the following design taps, tools and devices:
