FIELD: processing of textile products, may be also used for sealing of joint between viewing window of charging hole or charging door and wall of domestic appliance.

SUBSTANCE: sealing apparatus is provided between viewing window formed as illuminator of charging door and wall of casing of washing machine or cloth drying machine. Sealing apparatus has continuous sealing collar made substantially annular in shape. Viewing window has flange substantially extending in parallel with surface of charging door. Sealing apparatus has on its end facing viewing window head portion, which abuts with its protrusion against edge of casing wall defining door aperture. Sealing apparatus has low sensitivity with regard to allowable deviations.

The technical field

The present invention relates to a sealing device for sealing the connection between the sight glass loading door or the boot door and the wall of the housing household appliances, in particular washing machines or machines for drying clothes.

The level of technology

In washing machines front loading or machines for drying clothes loading door often consists of a sight glass in the shape of a porthole, which the convex side is directed inside the machine to eliminate dead space between the drum and the outer side of the device, in which the wash linen could stay without movement. A sight glass in the shape of a porthole in its outer part connected to the door frame by a hinge and lock in a known manner. Between the respective wall section of the housing and the boot door seals must be installed a suitable sealing device. Usually this is done using essentially annular sealing cuff to the head part which is pressed a sight glass at the closed loading door and, thus, closes the internal space to provide the necessary tightness.

From patent document DE-GM 6751908 known sealing device for sealing the connection between the viewing stack the om in the form of a window on the boot door and the wall of the housing washing machines, which is, essentially, the annular gasket. When closing the boot door sight glass is pressed conical surface, essentially in the radial direction of the flat-shaped head section of the sealing lip.

The disadvantage of this known sealing device is that it is sensitive to tolerances in two degrees of freedom. Loading door when closing first performs a rotation motion that the meeting place with the sealing device has an impact as inward axial movement.

Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention
