SUBSTANCE: the suggested composition contains a certain salt of calcium hypochlorite as an oxidizing agent and, additionally, zeolite as an adsorbent at the following ratio of components, weight%: a certain salt of calcium hypochlorite 30.0-70.0, zeolite - the rest. Application of the composition suggested provides neutralization of animal skin under any environmental conditions, both at plus and minus environmental temperature values.

The invention relates to the defense industry, in particular for veterinary-sanitary maintenance of animals, and may find application in agriculture.

Known composition, consisting at present the supply of veterinary services of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation as a personnel funds for treatment of skin of animals, which includes the use of degassing substances - chlorine (TU-IN-091-91).

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a composition that includes bleach. Dry bleach destroys up to 80-90%, and humidified to 100% of the organophosphorous chemical agents. This substance is used for the decontamination of skin and hair of animals. (Animal protection from weapons of mass destruction. Moscow: Military publishing house of the USSR Ministry of defense. 1966. - S. 105).

However, the disadvantage of the prototype (bleach) is that under the influence of external factors quickly moistened loses degassing activity (reduced content of active chlorine), flowability and does not have absorbent properties. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the target product due to the possibility of use in all weather conditions.

This goal is achieved in the composition for disinfection of the skin of animals containing the oxidizing agent and the adsorbent. As the oxidant used durationally salt of calcium hypochlorite, and the adsorbent is zeolite, with the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Dvutretiosnovnaya salt of calcium hypochlorite is used as a disinfectant (A.A. Polyakov Veterinary disinfection. M.: Kolos, 1975. - p.70).

Zeolite (TU 10 RF 1077-92) is used as a feed additive (Shadrin A. M. Natural zeolites Siberia in animal husbandry, veterinary and environmental protection. Novosibirsk, 1998. - 114 S.)

In the patent and scientific literature is not well-known technical solutions containing elements similar to the claimed, i.e. the proposal meets the criterion of "novelty".

All ingredients are produced by the domestic industry, i.e. the sentence "industrially applicable".

We first established that the application as bessara the covering composition durationally salt of calcium hypochlorite and zeolite in certain combinations protects animals from destruction of organophosphorus pesticides, i.e. the proposal meets the criterion of "inventive step".

To establish whether the claimed technical solution the criteria of the invention "significant differences" was held an additional finding, which has not been established what is known to use durationally salt of calcium hypochlorite in conjunction with the zeolite, i.e. on the basis of the above we can conclude that conform to the technical solution of the criteria of the invention "significant differences".

Composition for disinfection of the skin of animals can be obtained as follows.

Example 6. Use of compounds 1-5 in the following way. On the skin of cattle weighing 180-200 kg and dogs weighing 20-60 kg is aesili drops with microspace MS-10 toxic to warm-blooded pinacoline ether methylphosphonous acid or isopropyl ether methylformamide phosphinic acid number of 2.0-2.5 LD 50that exceeds the lethal dose. Then on the skin evenly struck one of the prepared compounds in the number of 900-1000 g or 300-500 g, respectively, cattle or dogs. On the effective application of the composition to be judged by the condition of the animals (destruction of animals under the influence of toxic compounds).

Experiments on animals 1-13 groups was carried out at ambient temperature plus 20-25°With, animal 14-26 groups at a temperature of minus 2-5°C.

The animals of the 1st and 14th groups inflicted toxic to warm-blooded pinacoline ether methylphosphonous acid. Then sprayed composition No. 1.

Animal 2-th and 15-th groups inflicted toxic to warm-blooded pinacoline ether methylphosphonous acid and then the composition No. 2.

Animal 5-th and 18-th groups inflicted toxic to warm-blooded pinacoline ether methylphosphonous acid. Then sprayed composition No. 5.

Animal 6-th and 19-th groups inflicted toxic to warm-blooded isopropyl ether met ftorangidridy phosphinic acid. Then sprayed composition No. 1.

Animal 7-th and 20-th groups inflicted toxic to warm-blooded isopropyl ether methylformamide phosphinic acid and then the composition No. 2.

Animal 8-th and 21-St groups inflicted toxic to warm-blooded isopropyl ether methylformamide phosphinic acid. Then sprayed composition No. 3.

Animals of the 9th and the 22nd groups inflicted toxic to warm-blooded isopropyl ether methylformamide phosphinic acid. Then sprayed composition No. 4.

Thus, the use of the invention allows to obtain a composition for the treatment of the skin of animals with lesions highly toxic to warm-blooded organophosphorus pesticides, consisting of a mixture of durationally salt of calcium hypochlorite and zeolite.

The invention will more effectively implement the decontamination of the skin of animals with lesions of highly toxic organophosphorus pesticides in both fixed and field conditions and to prevent the death of animals as a result of poisoning by these compounds.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing disinfecting agent as derivative of polyhexamethylene guanidine. Method involves thermal polycondensation reaction of hexamethylenediamine and guanidine hydrochloride for two stages. At the first stage hexamethylenediamine is added to guanidine hydrochloride melt up to the molar ratio = 1:1 and mixture is subjected for control thermostatically up to ceasing ammonia evolving. At the second stage hexamethylenediamine excess is added to formed melt of polyhexamethylene guanidine chloride that is taken as measured its molar ratio with guanidine hydrochloride = 2:n wherein n means degree of polymerization that is calculated based on molecular mass of terminal groups of polyhexamethylene guanidine derivative obtained at the first stage by the following formula: n = [%Cl]*Mk/(35.45-[%Cl]*177.678) wherein %Cl means the relative content of chlorine by mass in derivative of polyhexamethylene guanidine; Mk means molecular mass of terminal groups of polyhexamethylene guanidine derivative and at Mk = 17.034 the relative content of Cl is determined in reaction mixture before addition of hexamethylenediamine excess, and at Mk = 215.382 the relative content of Cl is calculated in the composite of polyhexamethylene guanidine derivative formed at the second stage. The end product is prepared as polymer-analog of polyhexamethylene guanidine chloride. Invention provides reducing yield of the end product in water-insoluble fraction and to enhance bactericidal activity of disinfecting agent. Invention can be used in medicine and veterinary science, in treatment of natural and sewage waters, in processes for leather and fur tanning and in industrial and domestic conditions wherein bactericidal preparations are required.
