SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with performing anesthesia, slow injection of roentgenocontrast preparation as trasograph pre-diluted with water for 50% with the help of catheter into trachea at the quantity of 10% against poultry body weight, and roentgenoscopy to be carried out 10 min after injection, not later. The innovation provides the chance to study thoracic air sacs without lancing for putting postmortem diagnosis and for research objectives.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of studying.


The invention relates to the morphology and can be used to study normal and pathological anatomy of the air sacs in birds.

There is a method of research air sacs on the corpses of birds through the opening.

However, the analogues we can not accept, because the proposed method is carried out without opening the birds. In the patent search analogues in the prior art is not found.

The aim of the invention is the study of the air sacs in birds without dissection for staging of post-mortem diagnosis of the diseases affecting them, the decisions of the hypothesis of the occurrence of diverticula air sacs in the bones of the skeleton birds and their pneumatization.

The objective is achieved by the fact that the bird performed General anesthesia, slowly introducing the radiopaque agent TRACEGRAPH into the trachea by means of a catheter in the amount of 10% by weight of poultry, pre 50%, mixing them with water drugs is, then x-rays are to be held not later than 10 minutes from the start of injection (this bird, if alive, dies from asphyxia).

The method is as follows.

Bird (in our experience - dove) after 3 days of starvation diet is fixed on the sheet of cardboard with tape, do intramuscularly General anesthesia is injected into the trachea of the catheter, to which attach the syringe to the desired volume and slowly introducing the radiopaque drug - tracegraph in 20 ml, i.e. about 10% by weight of a dove. Then no later than 10 minutes after administration of the drug do x-rays, as tracegraph begins to saturate the surrounding tissue and the picture will turn out dull.

Too rapid introduction of drug tracegraph causes instant death or rupture of the air sacs. In the slow introduction was not found a single case of its penetration into the pneumatic cavities of bones. Consequently, we can state the fact that the pneumatic bags are not associated with pneumopathy bones, i.e. diverticula air sacs part of pneumaturia some bones and partly pneumaticity.

On the image contrast selects all pneumatic bags, visible dark areas on the basis of which a diagnosis can be made on diseases such as aspergillosis, fusariotoxins, candidiasis, tuberculosis, adenov the originate infection influenza, infectious laryngotracheitis, pasteurellosis, respiratory mycoplasmosis, etc.

The method allows to obtain high-quality x-rays, air sacs, to determine their topography and if there is a pathology, to determine the place of its localization in the air sacs.

Thus, the proposed method allows to investigate pneumatic bags in birds without dissection for staging post mortem diagnosis and for research purposes.

The state of every sign should be evaluated in points to be then summed up and at exceeding the sum of points being above "+20" one should predict unfavorable result. At the sum of "-13" prediction should be stated upon as favorable and at "-13" up to "+20" - prediction is considered to be doubtful.
