Solution for treatment of incubation eggs of farm poultry and method for utilizing the same

FIELD: poultry farming.

SUBSTANCE: incubation eggs are treated with aqueous solution of edible salt, with sea salt being additionally introduced, said components being used in the following ratio, g/l: NaCl 2.5-3.5; sea salt 0.3-0.5. Method involves preparing aqueous solution of edible salt by double distillation of sodium chloride solution and adding sea salt during repeated distillation procedure; treating incubation eggs by aerosol applying process, with following exposing for 30-60 min.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in treatment of eggs.

The invention relates to agriculture, namely the industrial poultry, and can be used for disinfection of hatching eggs.

Known for such disinfection of hatching eggs as hydrogen peroxide, ozone, chlorine-based disinfectants (chloramine, chlorine, lime, and other hexachlorophene) [1, 2, 3].

The disadvantages of these disinfectants is that they represent a danger to health maintenance shop incubation of staff, in addition, methods of processing data disinfecting tools is very time consuming.

The closest in technical essence, selected as a prototype, is a saline water solution (aqueous solution of NaCl or KCl concentration from 0.3-0.9%)produced in the cathode and anode zones of the diaphragm electrolyzer (patent SU # 1752401 A1 "Method of handling eggs poultry").

However, when processing of hatching eggs known disinfectant has no stimulating effect on the embryo.

To improve the disinfecting effect and obtain a stimulating influence on the development of the chicken embryo during incubation, we offer a solution for handling eggs containing the ANDES (anolyte neutral double) and sea salt.

Prepare the ANDES double distillation of saline solution concentration of 2.5-3.5 g/l using installation the STEL.

In its composition the ANDES contains hydroperoxides, ozone, singlet oxygen, oxygen compounds of chlorine (HClO, ClO2O3BUT-, HO2-O2About-).

To achieve a stimulating effect in the second distillation of the solution add sea salt. Sea salt contains a complex of minerals, which, being subjected to electrochemical activation, go to an active state in the anolyte solution, thereby exerting a stimulating effect on the developing embryo.

The concentration of sodium chloride NaCl in the initial solution should not exceed 2.5-3.5 g/l (water), because in this range the solution obtained is neutral, the concentration of free chlorine is 500 mg/l, which provides secure the effect of anolyte on the embryo in combination with disinfectant properties.

The content of sea salt in the solution is 0.3-0.5 g/l (forthcoming anolyte solution), because in this range of mineral substances from the components of salt have a stimulating effect on the embryo and do not alter the physicochemical properties of the analyte.

The proposed disinfectant meets all the requirements for means of rehabilitation. During a follow-up study found that the anolyte solution ANDES after the second distillation has a high bactericidal, sporicidal, Viru is echidnas and fungicidal activity and retains its properties within 3-5 days. Bacteriological quality control disinfection of hatching eggs was considered positive. The addition of the second distillation of sea salt at the rate of 0.3-0.5 g/l had a favorable effect on increasing output chickens.

The known method of disinfection of eggs (patent SU # 1752401 A1 "Method of handling eggs poultry"), comprising preparing a liquid for treatment of saline water in the cathode and anode zones of the diaphragm electrolyzer, pre-treated before the preparation of the eggs is performed by immersing them in the catholyte for 1-3 minutes, and deep disinfection is performed by immersion of eggs in the anolyte 0.6-1.5 minutes.

The known method includes two stages of processing and, therefore, very cumbersome. Additionally, the solutions of the analyte and Catolica only provide disinfecting effect.

To simplify the method and more stimulating effect, proposes a method of processing of hatching eggs, including the preparation of neutral anolyte by double distillation of an aqueous solution of sodium chloride NaCl with the addition of the second distillation of sea salt and handling of eggs obtained solution spray method with subsequent exposure time 30 - 60 minutes.

An example of performing the method.

Were placed control experiments comparing our ways is and disinfection with known. Performance comparative tests served data rate output and the safety of youngsters in the first days of life, and the body weight of day-old Chicks.

Example 1. Were selected eggs for incubation from one poultry, 10 thousand each. The first batch was treated with anolyte solution of the ANDES, the aerosol method, the exposure time is 30 minutes; second, ozone, method of aeration, exposure time is 60 minutes; the third, 3%hydrogen peroxide solution, the immersion time in the solution for 3 minutes, and a quarter - 4%solution of bleach, by dipping, with a treatment duration of 5 minutes.

The results of the experiment are presented in table. No. 1.

The table shows that the percentage of chick was above all in the party inkubiruemykh eggs, processed disinfectant ANDES. The average weight of young animals and livestock safety were the highest in this study batch of eggs. Less than a high rate of output, and weight of Chicks and livability were parties inkubiruemykh eggs treated with ozone. Was worse in the analyzed indicators chickens from a batch of eggs treated by immersion in solutions of hydrogen peroxide and chloramine.

Thus, we can conclude that the processing of hatching eggs the anolyte solution of the ANDES is the most effective. Preincubation disinfectant is ND has a stimulating effect on embryogenesis, as well as on the development of the Chicks in the postembryonic period. Therefore, this disinfectant can be recommended for use on farms, in shops incubation of eggs of poultry.
