Receiver is provided with immovable unit for extruding the juice from pulp contained in receiver. This unit consists of at least one blade inclined downward in way of rotation; pulp is pressed between blade and circular surface.

The technical field

The invention relates to a juicer with a rotating set in the middle, projecting and tapering upwards element for squeezing fruits and koltseobrazno surrounding this element and rigidly associated collection with holes to allow the fruit juice.

The level of technology

From DE 1982544 U1 known press for squeezing citrus fruits, in which a bale cone is mechanical pressing device for pulp, separated bale cone from the shell of the fruit. A pressing device has a screw conveyor located under the bale cone on its drive shaft and surrounded by a perforated casing sieve surrounding the bale cone.

From EP 0362058 B1 also known juicer. This juicer has an electric drive motor. The engine is mounted in bearings inside the housing. Using a belt and pulleys he rotates the driven shaft, on which the bearings are installed juicer.

Disclosure of inventions

The task of the invention is to improve the juicer to increase the yield of juice.

According to the invention this task in the juicer of the above type is solved by the fact that in the book there is fixed a means for squeezing juice.

Due to the additionally introduced the WMD means for squeezing juice juice yield increases. Install the tool is stationary, while the collector is rotated. Due to the compression of the pulp, pressed bale cone of the fetus, can be significantly increased, for example doubled, the period of operation of the extractor between cleanings.

Useful refinements of the invention ensue from the dependent claims and from the description.

In a preferred form of execution juicer differs in that the tool has at least one sloping down the blade, whereby during the rotation of the collection of pulp squeezed fruit juice.

In a preferred embodiment, the tool includes an outer ring around the collection.

The ring is preferably made so that there is overlapping the outer wall of the collector and passing downward into the collector of the first wall, on which are fixed, at least one blade. This method formed the vessel simple design around the juicer. The wall also contributes to the fact that the pulp of the fruit does not fall into the cracks to release juice, reaching to the side wall of the collection, and not stuck in them.

Further improvement of the invention, the ring has a side facing outwards, which it relies on the pallet. The result is a comfortable design juicer with located underneath the pallet.

In another pre is respectful embodiment, the ring has a second wall, passing down between the outer wall of the tank and the side wall of the pallet.

The implementation of the invention

Juicer 1 (figure 1) is mounted in the middle of the element 2 has basically the shape of a paraboloid of revolution, hemispheres, powelliphanta or cone and surrounded at the base annular surface 3. On the annular surface 3 heaping fruit juice, formed by the squeezing of the fruit on the element 2. The annular surface 3 is part of the collection 4. Element 2 is made mainly in the form of a hollow body, in the center of which the rotation of the extractor 1, i.e. element 2 and located around it collection 4, installed hollow shaft 7 for connection with the neck of the shaft of a drive motor.

Collection 4 has a circular outer wall 8 and the ring 10 has a wall 9, which runs down along the wall 8. On the inner side wall 9 has two blades 11, leaning down on the management of rotation of the collector, so flesh is separated from the fetus in the process of squeezing, increasingly compressed in the space between the blades 11 and the annular surface 3, and the pulp is pressed or squeezed more juice. In addition, the blades 11 of the pulp of the fruit is compressed so that it does not suck arising when squeezing the juice and remove the juicer 1 from the tray 6 for cleaning is not so often.

The ring 10 (figure 2) is then drawn outward flange 12 by which it rests on the pallet 6, and the wall 13, passing down between the outer wall 8 of the collector 4 and the side wall 14 of the pallet 6.

The result of the invention is the juicer 1 having a rotating, centrally mounted, speaker and narrowing to the top element 2 for squeezing fruit. Element 2 is surrounded by the pallet 6, which passes down the wall 9 of the stationary ring 10. On the wall 9 is a means for compressing the pulp of the fruit, which during the rotation of the drive extractor 1 in the direction of the arrow P presses the pulp of the fruit down. The preferred tool is the blade 11 or more blades 11 mounted on the inner side wall 9.

4. The juicer according to claim 3, characterized in that the ring (10) has a first protruding down into the collection (4) wall (9)overlapping the inner side of the outer wall (8) collector (4).

5. The juicer according to claim 4, characterized in that at least one blade (11) is fixed on the protruding down the wall (9).

6. The juicer according to any one of p 5, characterized in that the ring (10) has a side facing outwards (12), which it relies on the pallet (6).

7. The juicer according to any one of p 5, characterized in that the ring (10) has a second passing down the wall (13), which is located between the outer wall (8) collector (4) and a lateral wall (14) of the pallet (6).

Juice extractor intended, in particular, to citrus fruit juicing, contains a rotating around its axis squeezing cone and set above the juice container attached to the squeezing cone screen having an area for juice passing through with a variable cross section of throughput. Thereat screen has a working surface with the first throughput openings and the second working surface of the screen with the second throughput openings. Changing of mutual positions of the first and the second working surfaces of the screen changes throughput section of the latter.
