Method for stimulation of poultry embryogenesis

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes treatment of incubating egg shell with mitomin in concentration of 0.3-0.5 % and in amount of 2.2-2.5 ml/120-150 eggs.

EFFECT: increased egg hatching, decreased mortality; daily chickens with improved biochemical blood characteristics.

The invention relates to the field of agriculture and in particular poultry.

Mitomin - product, including its composition succinic, ascorbic acid and fructose.

It is known the use of solutions YAK immersion method to stimulate embryonic development [1].

This method, taken as a prototype, is that the incubation of eggs laid in trays, immersed in a 0.05% aqueous solution of the YAK. However, this method has several disadvantages: irrational use of drugs, pollution solution, the complexity of the process, as well as lack of processing eggs.

The purpose of the invention is increasing the hatchability of eggs and output conforming chickens with a high level of natural resistance by a single treatment with a solution of mitaina.

The method is as follows.

Mitomin dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 0.3 to 1.5%. The resulting solution was applied to the surface of shell eggs by sprinklers is based 2,2-2,5 ml 120-150 eggs. The treatment is carried out for 6-12 hours prior to incubation at room temperature 20-22°C.

Example 3. To confirm these data, the eggs of the cross "Hisexs white" with a retention period of 14 days was sorted into trays. Example 5. In day-old Chicks hatched from eggs treated with 0.5%aqueous solution of mitaina (example 1), improved some biochemical parameters of blood serum. Thus, increased glucose 1.5 times, albumin 19.7% and total protein 6.7% compared with the control (table 5).

Preparation should be introduced for male sables since the onset of estrus for 21-28 d, and for female sables - on the 13th - 15th d against the onset of estrus till the 2nd - 4th d after coupling. The method enables to increase the quantity of female sables being in heat by the moment of coupling, decrease the number of inactive male sables among 2-yr-aged ones, increase the load per 1 male sable. The method is simple, cheap and highly available at usage.
