SUBSTANCE: building system comprises building units with fixing members made as extensions and depressions. Building units are formed as sectors arranged in horizontal plane and forming a circle. The sectors may be added in length in vertical direction. Centers of fixing members are located on concentric circle and spaced equal distances one from another. Some sectors facing circle centre form cylindrical cavity for fastening rod receiving during system lengthening.

EFFECT: simplified building unit transportation, reduced material consumption, increased convenience of system installation in confined area.

The present invention relates to the construction industry and, in particular, to the production of construction elements. It can be used to generate a set of construction elements, which are installed in different ways in the formation of the main load-bearing and decorative designs, which have different shape and configuration.

In the sources of information are widely represented construction system of this kind. Known, for example. construction system for a masonry (see RF patent №2023831, E 04 1/00). It is a building block that contains the side walls with the protrusions and recesses on the inner sides interconnected by partitions, the space between which is intended for concreting, and the protrusions and recesses form a spatially periodic lattice type.

Known for building the system described in the patent of Russian Federation №2052038, E 04 2/28 made by assembling polystyrene blocks of the non-removable casing with a filling them with concrete, the walls plates by fastening the tiles dry with probes to blocks for subsequent anchoring when filling the blocks with concrete.

Mentioned construction system allows you to create different sets for installation on walls and inside the premises. However, their Assembly is rather complicated and requires a large consumption of construction materials.

Of all the devices related to the present invention, the closest to the technical essence is the device described in the patent of Russian Federation №2114261, E 04 2/56. The specified technical solution chosen as a prototype for the claimed invention. It is a building system that includes many building blocks and many construction the locking block elements, the locking building blocks together with the formation wall and having two opposite end parts, connected by a neck, and the cross-section of the neck is made in the form of a regular triangle with convex sides, with the execution of the opposite sides of the projections and recesses tapered in order to facilitate their connection and to facilitate the process of entering and manufacturing units. This approach allows to increase the strength of the connection elements.

In practice, the construction work is necessary for the formation of a set of elements in the form of a construction system for building structures in the form of load-bearing and decorative columns and longitudinal parts of the columns in the form of cut halves, thirds, quarters, etc. These parts can be installed in the corners of rooms and in the different places, to have a variety of external solid columns. However, the manufacture of such building systems associated with certain difficulties. For example, in the production of construction works associated with the repair and redevelopment of the premises and making pillars outside the place of their installation, the possible difficulties during transportation of the columns because of their great weight. In the manufacture of the columns on the place of the conventional methods use up large amounts of construction materials, there is no flexibility in the assignment of columns indoors in cramped conditions.

The technical result associated with facilitating the transportation of construction of the system, for example, in the form of columns to place of installation, the decline in the consumption of construction materials, increasing convenience for installation and construction of the system in cramped conditions, cannot be implemented using the technical solutions described in the prototype.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the known construction the system, including building blocks with locking block elements in the form of projections and recesses, the building blocks are made in the form of sectors that are multiples of an integer not less than two, the sectors are arranged in a horizontal plane with the possibility of contact with each other and the education of a circle, the centers of the fixing block the new elements are located on at least one concentric circle formed by the sectors of the circle at equal distances from each other, each sector is made at least a pair of locking block elements, each of which is radially symmetric, the specified pair includes a conformal projection and the recess commensurate with the scope and possibility of introducing and coupling with other similar building blocks, expandable in the vertical direction. In addition, facing the center of the circle part of the sectors made in the form of part of a circle with the possibility of formation of a circle when connecting sectors in the horizontal plane and with the possibility of formation of the fastening rod (frusta) capacity building system in the vertical direction. The outer part of the sectors in the form of grooves with the possibility of the formation of the flutes of the column with the capacity building system in the vertical direction. While the Central part of the fixing block elements in the form of recesses are located at radii forming sectors.

In the process carried out search for sources of scientific, technical and patent information has not been identified sources of information, presenting technical solutions with a set of essential features that coincide with the proposed invention, and providing the same technical result. Thus, we can conclude that the proposed invention is the technical solution is a new, industrially applicable and involves an inventive step.

Building the system contains the building blocks in the shape of sectors 1. These sectors have the locking block elements made in the form of the projections 2 and the depressions 3. Sectors 1 is formed by radii of 4, and the portion facing the center of the circle, made in the form of part of a circle 5. This variant of embodiment is a special case that does not limit the application of other options, does not contradict the essence of the claimed invention. It should also be pointed out that the number of sectors that make up the circle, can be equal to an integer multiple of at least two. The design of these sectors 1 implies that when you connect them in the horizontal plane is formed circle. The centers of the locking block elements in the form of protrusions and recesses are located on concentric circles 7 formed by the sectors of the circle. Here the design of the groove is not exhaustive and serves only to illustrate the present invention. The centers of the locking block elements in the form of the projections 2 and the depressions 3 are located on a concentric circle at an equal distance from each other.

The building construction system of the building blocks in the form of sectors 1 perform the following way.

These sectors 1 is installed in a horizontal plane with the possibility of contact with each other and the formation of the circle 10. Next, produce a capacity building system in the vertical plane with the formation of the shape of the column. With each successive stackable horizontal layer represents the t of a circle, similar in shape to the previous one, but shifted relative to the last on the step size equal to the distance between adjacent centers of the fixing block elements in the form of the protrusion 2 and the depressions 3. Similarly the capacity of the next layer and so on.

In the case of on sectors 1 side in the form of the circle, facing the center of the circle, the set of surfaces such parties forms a cavity for forming the fastening element (frusta). The filling of concrete or other fastening mixture helps to ensure the fastening of the horizontal circles between each other in the vertical direction. As specific examples of the implementation of the technical solution according to the invention, it is possible by making these building elements in the form of concrete or other mixture in a special form in accordance with the multiplicity of sectors (number of sectors) in the circle. As an option of specific performance, it is also possible formation of sectors in the form of ceramic products in terms of brick production. While performing the pass-through cavities in the body of the sector leads to saving building materials, reduced weight building block.

As can be seen from the above, it is the implementation of the claimed invention, which is characterized by a given set of essential features, allows to obtain a technical result, which cannot be achieved in the prototype. This provides the possibility of forming a building system in the form of columns having a bearing or decorative in nature. External flute column receives a variety of forms, and the seams from the formation of columns of individual building blocks with the locking element of the mi can be damaged, making the whole column holistic in nature. Implementation of the proposed invention facilitates the transportation of the blocks stroitelnoi system to the installation site, reduces the consumption of construction material and increases usability in constrained conditions at the installation site.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the sphere of construction and may be employed in brick work of walls of small cellular-concrete blocks performed on thin layer mortar (adhesive mixture) with 1-3 mm seam thickness. Method of masonry that stipulates for binding of construction element adjacent sides by masonry mortar and thus shaping lower horizontal row of wall, further formation of other above-located horizontal rows of wall with bonding by means of construction element adjacent facets binding by masonry mortar from the ones laid in every horizontal row located below, and from other construction elements that form the new horizontal row, with the possibility to form heat accumulating hollows between facets of construction elements of neighboring rows. Besides after formation of every horizontal row of wall, at first rows of strings are placed on this row on top along its length, parallel to erected wall, and masonry mortar is applied in strips above every row of strings, thus forming longitudinal channels parallel to wall on surfaces of horizontal rows from construction elements between rows of strings, and the channels form chambers of heat accumulating cavities inside the wall during masonry mortar hardening between joined surfaces of neighboring horizontal rows of construction elements.

EFFECT: provision of heat-shielding properties of erected wall and masonry manufacturability, reduction of erected wall thickness and lower consumption of masonry mortar.
