FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used for coatings. Method involves preparing the composition comprising the following components, wt.-%: low-molecular rubber SKDP-N or PDI-1K or their mixture, 34.7-41.5; glycerol, 1-2; dioctyl phthalate, 4.0-15.5; chalk or talc, 31-37; product of formaldehyde condensation of tert.-butyl-para-cresol, 1.5-2.5; hydrocarbon solvent, up to 100 and above 100% - catalyst, 0.01-1.0% and polyisocyanate, 6-13%. The composition can comprise additionally pigment paste representing mixture of pigment with dioctyl phthalate. The composition can comprise rubber crumb in the amount 25-30 mas. p. p. per 100 mas. p. p. of the composition. Invention provides enhancing stability against atmosphere effect in broad temperature range, reducing viscosity in retention of high physical-mechanical indices. Proposed compositions can be used in making pouring floors, sporting, playing and other landings in opened and closed compartments.

The invention relates to compositions for coatings that can be applied at the device self-leveling floors, sports, games and other sites in the open and closed structures.

Known composition for coatings, including butadienestyrene rubber mol. mass 1200-3200, calcium oxide, chalk, glycerin, polyisocyanate, catalyst and elastic filler - gidrauxilirovaniu rubber crumb [1].

This composition has insufficient dynamic performance.

Known composition for coatings containing low molecular weight rubber, calcium oxide, chalk, glycerin, catalyst, the polyisocyanate and triethylmethylammonium chloride [3]. This invention solves the problem of increasing sedimentation stability.

The composition has high sports performance, but the high content of filler creates a high viscosity, which reduces the workability of the coating composition.

Objective of the claimed invention is a composition for coating on the basis of known low molecular weight rubbers having improved resistance to weathering in a wide temperature range, less than high viscosity while maintaining high physical-mechanical properties.

The problem is solved in that the composition for coatings containing low molecular weight rubber, chalk or talc, glycerin, catalyst, dioctylphthalate, according to the invention as a low-molecular rubber keep the rubber SKDP-N or rubber SOPS-1K or their mixture, and further comprises a formaldehyde condensation product trebuil-paracresol and a hydrocarbon solvent in the following ratio, wt.%:

and in excess of 100% of the catalyst is 0.01-1.0% and the polyisocyanate 6,0-13%.

The composition may additionally contain a pigment paste which is a mixture of pigment with dioctylphthalate.

The composition may further comprise a rubber crumb is based 25-30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the composition.

The composition includes the following components:

As the hydrocarbon solvent: nefras-S/200 (TU 38.1011074-86) or solvent oil GOST 10217-88, or white spirit according to GOST 3134-88.

Low molecular weight rubber SOPS-1K (TU 38.103342-88) is a copolymer of butadiene and isoprene containing isoprene 30%, obtained by anionic oligomerization has the following characteristics: molecular weight 4000-5000, the content of hydroxyl groups of 0.75 to 0.89 wt.%, the viscosity at 25° - 4-5 PA·C, the glass transition temperature minus 60°C.

Low molecular weight rubber SKDP-N (TU 38.103342-82) obtained by radical copolymerization of butadiene and piperylene in the presence of cumene hydroperoxide. It has the following characteristics: srednekislye molecular weight 1200-3200, bulk - 4800-6000, the content of hydroxyl groups of 0.75-1,10%, the mass ratio of butadiene and piperylene 50:50.

As the catalyst used dibutylthiourea tin (TU 6-02-818-78). Can be used by other catalysts, in particular tertiary amines, used in the manufacture of polyurethanes.

Product formaldehyde condensation trebuil-paracresol-Agidol-2 (TU 38.101617-80).

Crumb rubber stamps RD 0,5-2,5 TU 38.108035.

Examples of pigment pastes are presented in table 1.

The composition is prepared as follows:

Prepare two components: part a and part B.

To obtain the composition in the mixer load hinge rubber SKDP-N or EDP-1K or a mixture mass ratio of 1:1, glycerin, dioctylphthalate, dibutyltindilaurate tin and Agidol and stirred for 10 minutes. Immediately prior to use hardener connect with composition A. the Composition is applied by brush, loading, printing method, sputtering. Pigmented composition may be applied to the composition, filled with rubber crumbs, to obtain a two-layer coating. Application and curing of the composition is carried out at a temperature from +10 to +40°C. Utverjdenie coating is non-toxic.

A certain concentration interval included in the components is tov reduce the viscosity of the composition, that improves the processability of the coating and increases the resistance to weathering in a wide temperature range from minus 50°C to +100°). The flowability is improved by 15-23%, elasticity - by 11-15%.

Going beyond the stated concentration increases the viscosity, which makes it difficult to work with composition, as well as reduced elasticity and hardness. The resulting compositions have a high thixotropic properties, which allows to simplify the technological process of formation of a coating of a given thickness, and also provide wide temperature range operation of the coating while maintaining the high mechanical performance of the coating.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: chemical-resistant film-forming paint coat for wood, metal and reinforced concrete structures contains a system of film-forming agents made of urethanised alkyd resin and chlorinated rubber binder, organically modified polysiloxane, chlorinated paraffin wax, a polyamine salt formed by reacting polyamine with a carboxylic acid, titanium dioxide, talc and an organic solvent.

EFFECT: obtaining an elastic, chemical and weather resistant, fast drying paint coat, having high adhesion to wood, reinforced concrete and metal structures.
