SUBSTANCE: apparatus has bowl-shaped casing connected with vibrator and attachment rigs. Vibration emitter is formed as inductor with winding. One side of inductor to be contacting with udder is closed with elastic diamagnetic film. Winding is switched to pulse current source.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in massaging and provision for determining and setting of optimal animal massaging modes.

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for massage of the udder of the animal.

The known device for milking animals, containing the bodies of workers, United with the source of vacuum through pulsators, providing oscillations of work items in contact with the udder of the animal with a frequency of 1-25 Hz - see Ed. mon. The USSR №971176, class A 01 J 7/00, 1980. It is also known device to massage the udder of the animal containing the cupped housing associated with the vibrator and mounting snap-in, and located in the housing of the spring-loaded elastic membrane (shell) - see Ed. mon. The USSR №938845, class A 01 J 7/00, 1980. However, as shown by the experience of practical operation, known invention has a number of disadvantages are primarily the low reliability of the vibration system, the difficulty of selecting an optimal mode for frequency and amplitude of oscillations, which, in turn, provides the necessary effectiveness of the massage.

As a prototype we have chosen the invention - ed. mon. The USSR №1127552, class A 01 J 7/00, 1984, bull. No. 45 "Device to massage the udder of the animal.

The device comprises a Cup-shaped housing associated with the vibrator and fixing accessories and is located in the housing of the spring-loaded elastic membrane is provided with an additional vibrator located perpendicular to the main, and e is a partial membrane has on the outer surface of the wedge-shaped protrusions, both vibrator rigidly mounted on the Cup-shaped housing. The known device has significant drawbacks, deterrent, as shown by the experience of the application, its wide practical application. First of all, the use of compressed air in the air vibrators requires a compressor, necessary hoses for connection that causes serious inconvenience in practical use. There are known difficulties with the efficiency of massage due to the limited frequency range (up to 400 Hz) and a high enough air pressure for the operation of the vibrator, about 4-5 MPa (kgf/cm2(see Handbook - Vibration technique, Tom, M.: engineering, 1961, str, section 4. "Centrifugal vibration exciter with pneumatic actuator"). In addition, the frequency and amplitude of vibrations generated in the known device depend only on the velocity of the steel ball, which does not allow to separately choose the best massage modes for frequency and amplitude for each particular site massage.

Technical solution to the problem is to increase the effectiveness of massage by extending the upper limit of the frequency and amplitude of vibrations generated from the simultaneous effect on the udder of a pulsed electromagnetic field.

This object is achieved in that the device for m is ssaga the udder of the animal, containing cupped housing associated with the vibrator and mounting snap-in, characterized in that the emitter of the oscillation is made in the form of inductor winding having one side in contact with the udder, closed elastic diamagnetic material, a winding connected to the source of pulse current. This design decision allows to significantly expand the technical capabilities of the device as by extending the upper limit of the frequency and amplitude of vibrations generated, and due to the effects of pulsed electromagnetic waves directly on the biological object, the udder of the animal.

According to the patent and scientific literature not found a similar set of features that allows to judge about the level of invention proposals.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where figure 1 shows the device in side view, figure 2 is a top view, without elastic diamagnetic film.

The device to massage the udder of the animal contains a rigid casing 1, is associated with the emitter (vibrator) 2, coated on the inner side of the elastic diamagnetic film 3, on which applied a thin layer of diamagnetic metal (e.g. copper, aluminum, stainless iron, and so on), and another side in contact with the udder of the animal. Hard case 1 the application is and fastening snap 4, and the winding of the emitter connected to the source of pulse current 5.

The device operates as follows. The housing 1 is attached to the udder of the animal via a snap-in 4, and the coil of the emitter 2 is connected to the source of pulse current 5.

When turning on the generator emitter 2 starts to operate with one hand as the vibrator due to the fact that from the udder, it is closed by a thin film of, for example fotoplastikon (or from special grades of plastics), covered with a thin layer of diamagnetic metal (e.g. copper, aluminium etc), with the effect observed in the magnetic pulse installations - see, for example, Hawks PP, Smirnov I.P. Electrical equipment. Electrotechnology. M.: Vysshaya SHKOLA, 1987, p.71 - mechanical pressure transmitted to the udder, can be adjusted within very wide limits as amplitude and frequency. On the other hand, since the film 3 is covered with a diamagnetic metal, pulsed electromagnetic effects from the emitter (in this case acts as a radiator of electromagnetic waves) is transmitted to the object, i.e. the udder and has beneficial effects not only on the udder, but also on the body of the animal as a whole, which was repeatedly observed in various scientific and other publications.

The novelty lies in the fact that the object of influence - the udder of the animal is exposed to two FA is tori at the same time, namely, the oscillation of a wide range of frequencies and amplitudes and pulsed electromagnetic fields. The value of the different factors can be easily adjusted by changing the modes of operation of the pulse generator, which in turn allows to determine and set the optimal modes of massage as therapeutic effects and health in General for the animal. Pulse mode operation of the generator is significantly less energy intensive compared with all known structural developments, which can be recommended for practical implementation.
