SUBSTANCE: proposed draw-and-coupler gear includes draft pole adapted for connection with towing hook of prime mover by means of coupling loop and equipped with coupling forks for connecting with trailing vehicle. Design peculiarity of device is draft pole made in form of flat truss triangular structure whose load-bearing members are made of tubes with square cross section, and coupling forks are made for displacement along side of draft pole adjoining trailing vehicle with possibility of adjusting space in between. Draft pole is provided with hinge support with support roller arranged in traveling position in horizontal plane of truss and furnished with traveling and operating position stops. Coupline loop of draft pole is furnished with detachable bushing of higher hardness and wear resistance.

EFFECT: improved strength, wear resistance, reliability and safety of device at carrying of special equipment with different distance between coupled units.

The present proposed invention relates to the field of transport engineering, and in particular, to towing devices of vehicles.

Known trailer hitch used for evacuation broken heavy vehicles (cars, buses, trolleys etc) on a rigid coupling to the place of repair (see, e.g., auth. St. USSR №1706898, CL 60 D 1/00, 1990; No. 1759658, CL 60 D 1/00, 1990; No. 1792386, CL 60 D 1/00, 1991; No. 1801851, CL 62 D 53/02, 1990; and RF patent №2126746, CL 60 D 1/00, 1997).

For the prototype of the proposed device can be taken as a rigid coupling is triangular in shape, made according to GOST 25907-89 Devices tow car"entered 01.01.1990, the design of the tug type "triangle" provides for the implementation of its out of round tubes or round rental (see features. 2 specified GOST on page 3).

St. USSR №1801851, CL 62 D 53/02, 1990, Application of the hydraulic drive in these coupling devices makes them difficult and reduces the reliability of their application.

Trailer hitch type "triangle" in ed. St. USSR №1759658, CL 60 D 1/00 does not change width.

In AVT. St. USSR №1706898, CL 60 D 1/00, 1990 provides support wheel with a gear forming part of a tractor equipped with a hydraulic actuator associated with the hydraulic drive of the tractor, which complicates the design.

In the specified Guest 25907-89 not you can change the width of the trailer hitch and does not provide for maintaining the shafts in a horizontal position when the maneuver a tow truck.

Thus, the claimed design is aimed at overcoming these disadvantages and the creation of such a trailer hitch, which design would provide:

- the possibility of transportation of special equipment with different distances between nodes hitch (traction loops or forks);

- appreciation is the reliability and security of the device; analysis and calculations show that the trailer hitch for heavy vehicles very seriously affected by the efforts of the compression that occurs during braking, which can cause stresses in the metal core rod from buckling under braking, which exceed the stress values from stretching, determined traction force (This implies a need to create a trailer hitch in the form of flat farm with high rigidity, with optimization of metal through the use of specialized metal);

- fixing (holding) drawbar in a horizontal position during the maneuver of the truck (tow truck) back it up to vehicles subject to towing to prevent injury to the worker, forced to maintain the shaft in a horizontal position.

The mentioned technical problem is solved due to the fact that the trailer hitch includes a tow hitch adapted for connection with a towing hook towing vehicle using the towing eye and provided with coupling plugs to connect to the transported vehicle. The tow hitch is made in the form of flat farm triangular power elements which are made of tubes with a square cross-section, and coupling plugs made with the possibility of displaced who I am along the side of the tiller, adjacent to tow autocredit, for regulating the distance between them. The ability of the proposed technological solutions is proved using in domestic and foreign practice towing device with a triangular drawbar and hitch plugs for transportation vehicles. Technical characteristics which are distinctive for the inventive device can be implemented using tools used in the transport engineering (the application of planar truss structures, power elements which are made of tubes with a square cross-section, the use of coupling forks, support stands, clamps and so on).

Distinguishing features disclosed in the claims, is necessary and sufficient for its implementation as provide problem solving - enabling the transportation of special equipment with different distances between nodes hitch, improving the reliability and safety of the disorder, the possibility to lock the drawbar in a horizontal position while maneuvering the truck (wrecker), increasing the strength of the trailer hitch as a whole.

The inventive trailer coupling device is designed as a towing drawbar rigid power structure is triangular in shape and includes a longitudinal thrust 1 (figure 1) and the transverse rod 2 of the pipes of square profile, ribs 3, forming a flat farm, and the stiffening elements 4 made of sheet metal. At the apex of the triangle formed by the farm, formed by the coupling loop 5 for connection with the coupling element 6 of the hook of the tow truck. In the transport position, the support stand is fixed with a clamp 16 of a known type, and in the working - pin 17.

Work trailer hitch is as follows.

Thus, the design of the inventive trailer hitch enables transportation of special equipment with different distances between nodes hitch and increases the reliability and safety of the device (through provision of a removable sleeve of ductile material and maintain the hitch in a horizontal position during the maneuver towing reverse), as well as the strength and durability of the device as a whole.

According to proposed method, prior to moving the tractor, pontoon with platform held by wire rope is hinge mounted on tractor tube-manhole and ladder is hinge secured between pontoon and tube-manhole. Rope is fastened on pontoon. Other end of rope is connected with wire rope arranged on tractor. Towing ropes are secured on towing hooks of vehicle, and free ends of towing ropes are connected by ropes with floats. Tractor is moved under water to vehicle. Wire rope is released and pontoon is rigged out. Pontoon remains afloat. Operator passes from tube-manhole along ladder to pontoon, end of wire rope arranged on tractor is pulled out by rope and is secured on pontoon. Tractor is stopped at bogged vehicle. Standing on pontoon, operator pulls out of water the float, rope and end of vehicle towing rope, connects ends of wire ropes of tractor and vehicle and drops connected ends of wire ropes in water, and tractor is moved out of water to bank.
