The object of the present invention is a device for the distribution of fuel gas and attached to the device with a burner for cooking or for heating.

Device for distributing fuel gas is known from international application PCT WO 97/42446, with each device using multiple cylinders disposable, filled with combustible gas. Such cylinders are of limited size and limited capacity, for example, comprising approximately one quart.

The distribution device has a corresponding container into which you inserted the cylinders, and a lot of connecting elements connected to the collector, through which the valve device provides a flow of gases contained in cylinders, in the direction of the outlet device; each cylinder is connected with the corresponding connecting element, and valve devices provide the possibility or impossibility of one or more of the cylinders with the exhaust channel of the device. After the gas in the cylinder ends, the cylinders are disconnected from the respective fasteners and replace with new cylinders.

The container of the same type has a body of plastic material in which is formed a lot of cylindrical housings are rigidly connected with each other pic is edstam edges and spaced parallel to each other in an ordered series. The present invention is to create a device for the distribution of fuel gas, which includes many of the cylinders, which is structurally simple, economical to manufacture and which is allows easy installation and removal of the cylinders.

The technical result is achieved by a device for the distribution of fuel gas, which is adapted for multiple cylinders full of fuel gas containing a container for the reception of bottles, many of the connecting elements for connecting each of which is adapted appropriate container, the collector, which is connected with connecting elements and provides a supply of gases contained in cylinders through the valve means in the direction of the outlet device, and the container has a hollow body and a base which closes the hollow body, and a hollow housing fixed connecting elements, the manifold and valve means, and the base is made with the possibility of opening it to install the bottles in the container, the manifold is formed from pipes connected to each other, and the valve means includes a valve connected to the exhaust pipe, and the pipe manifold valve body and the exhaust pipe is formed from two connected, complementary shaped parts made of plastic.

Each header pipe is formed from two connected channels of semi-circular cross-section, made respectively in one and the other of the two fittings.

Thus, the channels of one of the two fittings surrounded by the protrusion of the sponding parts, while the channels of the other two fittings surrounded by grooves, which are connected with the projecting parts, and the two fittings contain interactive elements for alignment.

Preferably the connecting elements, the manifold and valve means attached to the upper wall of the hollow body. Moreover, the hollow body is connected to the base by hinges, and provided a means of attaching the hollow body to the base with the possibility of separation.

The fastening means includes at least one hook element, which is pivotally attached to a hollow body and inserted into the notch at the base.

Preferably the hollow body has a handle to move the device.

On the floor of the enclosure can be fitted with a handle connected to the valve means for the regulation of gas distribution.

As shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, the device for which raspredeleniya according to the invention, indicated generally by the reference number 1, includes a container formed hollow body 2 and the base 3, which closes the hollow body 2. As the hollow body 2 and the base 3 is molded from plastic.

The connecting elements 11 are connected to each other by means of a collector consisting of two rows of tubes 12 and 13, which form two separate sections of the collector: the number of pipe 12 connects six with denitely elements 12, while another set of pipe 13 connects the other three connecting elements 11.

Two separate sections of the collector is connected to the input of a multi-way valve 14 controlled by using the outside handle 9, rotating in four predetermined positions.

The reservoir formed by the pipes 12 and 13, the outer body of the valve 14 and the exhaust duct 15 is formed of two complementary parts made from plastic, which are connected by ultrasonic welding.

7 shows part of the structure of these two complementary parts, indicated by the letter a in figure 4, while all the rest have a similar configuration. The design of the collector is formed by complementary shaped profiles 18, 19 made of plastic. By connecting the complementary shaped sections so that the pins are in the correct holes and protruding parts are included in the respective grooves, a pair of semi-circular channels will form the passages for gas in the form of a pipe having a circular cross-section, which connect the various connecting elements 11.

The collector together with connecting elements 11 are attached to the flat top wall 31 of the hollow body 2 by means of screws not shown, which is presented in the aligned apertures of various flanges, such as holes 28, 30 parts shown in Fig.7, and which is screwed into the sleeve 32 provided in the upper wall and made in one piece with it.

As shown in figure 5, based on 3 devices each coupling element 11 has three elastic flexible plate 33, made in one piece with the base, which are located at an angle 120° relative to each other and which are held up, converging to each other.

In the device 1 can be loaded up to nine cylinders with combustible gas. Figs.4, 5 and 6 cylinders shown in phantom lines and designated with the letter S.

To download cylinders in the device of the hollow body 2 is first opened by removal of the base 3 after it is released through ocalenia hook element 5. As shown in figure 4, in one position of the handle 9, the valve 14 closes off communication between the pipes 12, 13 and the exhaust pipe 15; in the second position of the handle 9, the valve 14 opens the message only between the pipe 12 and outlet pipe 15, providing the possibility of gas supply, located in six cylinders, located to the left of the pipe 15; at the third position of the handle 9, the valve 14 opens the message only between the pipe 13 and the exhaust pipe 15, allowing the gas feed three cylinders on the right side of the pipe 15; at the fourth position of the handle 9, the valve 14 simultaneously opens the message which begins between the pipe 12 and outlet pipe 15 and between the pipe 13 and the exhaust pipe, thereby providing the possibility of gas supply in all cylinders.

As follows from the above, the device 1 is structurally simple and therefore economical to manufacture, while it is the case, in particular, consists of only two parts. In addition, the operation of installing and removing the tanks are fast and easy.

In the formation of a header of two molded parts, it is economical to manufacture and reliable in operation.

On Fig-13 shows the connecting device 100 with an infrared burner to the device 1 for the distribution of fuel gas.

The device 100 with the burner has an outer configuration that is similar to a small box, so that the device with the burner could be based on a flat top wall of the device 1 for distribution, and includes a housing 101, which contains all the devices of the burner, and a removable cover 102 attached to the housing 101 with the desired tightness.

The housing 101 is provided with a handle 103 to move the device with a burner). To the opposite sides of the housing 101 pivotally attached two hook element 104, each of which enters into the slot 105 in the housing and configured to insert into a corresponding one of the two grooves 8 of the device 1 for allocation to ensure durable prisoedinenie the device 100 with the burner to the distribution device, as shown in figures 9-13. On one of the two opposite sides of the body 101 is installed, the handle 106, designed to control the burner. On the side of the body 101 opposite to the side on which the handle 103, there are a number of slots 116.

On Fig and 15 shows the internal arrangement of the infrared burner. Essentially there are two porous matrix 107, 108 of a ceramic material plane of symmetry, to which gas is supplied via two respective pipes 109, 110, connected to the valve 111 is controlled by a handle 106. From the valve 111 also passes additional pipe 112, the output of which is located at the upper part of the porous matrix 107, 108. The valve 111 is connected by a pipe T with the connecting element 17 (figure 4 and 6)located at the output channel of the device 1 for distribution. Outside air enters through the slit 116 to porous matrices 107, 108. Over porous matrices 107, 108 installed grill 113.

As shown in Fig, all of the above devices, including the handle 106, is mounted on a base 114, pivotally attached along one side to the chassis 101 so as to allow rotation of the base in an inclined position. The rod 115 is fixed in a corresponding socket in the housing 101 with the possibility of retrieval.

Therefore, the device 100 with a burner which is connected to the device 1 for the distribution of fuel gas, can be used for cooking by setting the utensils for cooking on the grill 113. Preferably, the respective plate 117, relying on the grill 113 is located between the grill 113 and utensils for cooking.

The device 100 with a burner which is connected to the device 1 for the distribution of fuel gas, can also be preferably used for space heating by transferring the base 114 in an inclined position,as shown in Fig.

The device 100 with the burner is a simple, convenient and efficient.

Obviously, that may provide alternatives and/or additions to what has been described and illustrated.

The shape of the hollow body and the base distribution can be changed in accordance with the requirements.

Configuration elements, which is provided with a hollow body and the base, may also change.

Hollow body and the base can be connected in any way that provides the possibility of opening devices for distribution, although the system of hinges and hook elements shown in the example was simple and practical.

The number of connecting elements for cylinders and, consequently, the number of cylinders that can take the distribution device may change. Can be used for screw connection; however, the bayonet connection elements proposed in the example was quickly fired and quite reliable.

The collector may be formed from a set of pipes connected to each other. However, a constructive solution proposed in the example, is economical to manufacture and reliable.

Plates can be replaced by equivalent means, which ensure the application of elastic axial force to the base BA is lonow. Despite the fact that they are quite preferred for stability lock cylinders in the distribution device, the device may not be provided by such means for attaching elastic axial force.

Means for reducing the pressure may be placed inside the unit for distribution. Flexible pipe can also be placed inside the unit for distribution, when the latter is not used.

The device with the burner may also have a different shape depending on the requirements.

Infrared burner used in the apparatus shown in the example, is efficient and reliable. However, there may be provided other types of burners.

The cover can be attached to the housing by means of a hinged connection.

Any equivalent means may be used to provide support for the base in an inclined position instead of a rod.

In simplified form the basis of the burner is fixed, and therefore, the device with a burner is used only for cooking.

Flexible pipe and means for lowering the pressure can also be connected to a device with a burner instead of connecting them with the distribution device, when they are placed inside the machine with the burner when the latter is not used.
