The invention relates to medicine, namely to Microbiology, and can be used as antibacterial agents.

Known preparations containing bacterial cells of the normal microflora of the human body (eubiotics or probiotics), in particular colibacterin containing a culture of Escherichia coli (E. coli). The drug is a microbial mass of live bacteria Escherichia coli M17, lyophilised in the environment of the cultivation with the addition of Saharsa-gelatos-gelatin medium. Disadvantages: low clinical efficacy.

The invention is aimed at solving problems: increasing efficiency, expanding the range of antimicrobial agents.

This task is achieved by using a culture of Flavobacterium odoratum, isolated from samples of drinking mineral water (CEM) "Ust-Kutchinsky 1/99" as antibacterial agents.

The culture of Flavobacterium odoratum was first isolated from samples of drinking mineral water "Ust-Kutchinsky 1/99" fermentation method (by planting different amounts of water on glucosidation environment with subsequent reseeding on Wednesday Endo, isolation of pure cool the tours and its identification with a set of "Neverlast" firm LaChema (Czech Republic). To preserve the culture it was perseval in a test tube with a beveled nutrient agar.

Ust-Kutchinsky water wells 1/99, depth 47,0 m with a total mineralization of 8.2-8.6 g/DM3refers to moderately mineralized sulphate-chloride-calcium-sodium waters (Cl 57-60, SO438-43, Na 65-72, CA 21-22 mgecw %). Largest mineralization and the ratio of basic macro-it is close Ergeninsky type (GOST 13273-88, group XVII).

In the literature data on the use of culture of Flavobacterium odoratum, isolated from CEM "Ust-Kutchinsky 1/99", as antimicrobial agent not found.

EXAMPLES of antimicrobial activity of culture of Flavobacterium odoratum

Example 1

The method used for deferred antagonism. The culture of Flavobacterium odoratum, selected from mineral drinking water "Ust-Kutchinsky 1/99", cropped striped Cup with nutrient agar. Incubation of plates at 37°and was continued for 7 days, after that on the surface of the medium perpendicular strokes to the growth of Flavobacterium odoratum caused the suspension of daily test cultures of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus). After incubation for 24 hours was observed inhibition of growth of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria near a zone of growth of the culture of Flavobacterium odoratum. The measured dimensions of the zone of inhibition of growth of bacteria is lnyh cultures, which accounted for Escherichia coli 8-10 mm for Staphylococcus aureus - 7-8 mm.

Thus, the culture of Flavobacterium odoratum has an antagonistic activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Example 2

The culture of Flavobacterium odoratum were grown on minimal glucose-salt medium for 7-10 days. A suspension of the daily culture of yeast-like fungi Candida albicans planted grass on the surface of nutrient agar, and then immediately on the surface of the medium caused a drop of the culture of Flavobacterium odoratum volume of 5-10 μl. After incubation for 36-48 hours at the place of deposition of droplets is observed weakening of the growth of the fungal culture. The diameter of zones of inhibition of fungal culture was 5-8 mm

Thus, the culture of Flavobacterium odoratum has an antagonistic activity against yeast-like fungi.

The use of the culture of Flavobacterium odoratum CEM "Ust-Kutchinsky 1/99 allows you to expand the range of effective antimicrobial agents.
