The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to stimulate osteogenesis at the Union of bones, improve revascularization of the bone regenerate.

There are many ways of stimulation and optimization of reparative osteogenesis in the treatment of patients with impaired fusion of the bones. The basis of General and local influence on the course of consolidation are chemical, physical and biological factors. The prototype is a method of surgical stimulation of osteogenesis in the fusion of bones in the ECU, based on the execution jelavich channels passing through the line of fracture in the proximal and distal fragments (Gsimage. The invention is aimed at improving the treatment of patients with delayed Union of fractures and false joints of the bones due to local application of high-energy laser irradiation on the ends of the bone fragments. Laser tunnelization ends of fragments contribute to optimized formation of bone regenerate, is a minimally invasive technique and dramatically reduces the possibility of suppuration.
