Method for stimulating embryonic and post-embryonic development in poultry

FIELD: poultry science.

SUBSTANCE: incubation eggs should be once treated with ultraviolet lamp for 20 sec or ozonized, then sprayed with 0.01-0.3%-succinic acid solution at 1.2-1.5 ml/120-150 eggs to increased the brood in chickens, decrease lethality and increase body weight in chickens.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of stimulation.

The invention relates to agriculture and, in particular, to poultry, namely stimulation of embryonic and early postembryonic development of the poultry, in particular chickens.

Known methods of stimulation of embryogenesis poultry by affecting hatching eggs before incubation rays helium-neon laser (Bessarabov B.F. and others, 1981), using chemical mutagens (Shangin-Berezovsky GN. and others, 1976), salts of chloric acid, para-aminobenzoic acid (Shangin-Berezovsky GN. and others, 1991).

There is a method of stimulation of embryonic development of chickens by immersing hatching eggs in an aqueous solution of succinic acid, which is taken as a prototype (Arkow A.A., 1991). This method has several disadvantages. These include: irrational drug use, lack of processing eggs, low quality of the young.

The aim of the present invention is to increase the chick and the improvement of their quality, which is expressed in the best growth and security.

The method is as follows.

1. Succinic acid dissolved in distilled water at a concentration of 0.01 to 0.3%. The resulting solution was applied to the surface of shell eggs by spray or aerosol model from the calculation of 1.2-1.5 ml 120-150 eggs. 2. Processing of hatching eggs described above is carried out after the irradiation of eggs UV lamp once for 20 seconds.

Example 1.

Example 2.

Example 3.

The control were eggs of the same batch, but without treatment of succinic acid. The obtained data are presented in table 3. Conclusion increased by 7.0%, weight at 2 weeks of age experienced broiler chickens was 4.7% higher than the control. Deaths decreased 1.8 times.

Example 4.

Eggs of the cross "Smena", derived from one house and one day the demolition, sorted in trays. 6 hours prior to incubation, the eggs were treated with a solution of succinic acid: one batch of eggs with a solution of 0.01%concentration (experiment 1), the other of 0.2%concentration (experiment 2). Third party served as a control. The obtained data are presented in table 4. Conclusion conforming Chicks in experiment 1 increased by 4.9%, in experiment 2 3.2%. At the age of 52 days experienced broilers weighed 4.8 to 5.8% more than the control at a higher security (0.2 to 2.5%).

Eggs of the cross "Loman-brown, derived from one of the house within two days of collection, sorted in trays. One group of eggs from this party served as a control, the second was treated with 0.3% solution of YAK. The data presented in table 6. In the processing of eggs hatchability of eggs increased by 10%, live weight at the age of 67 days in the experimental Chicks was greater than that of the control, 7.6%, with better preservation.

SUBSTANCE: the method deals with applying dry pantohematogen at 3:1000 dilution rate at the dosage of 0.15-0.25 ml preparation/250-300 g fodder. Preparation should be introduced for male sables since the onset of estrus for 21-28 d, and for female sables - on the 13th - 15th d against the onset of estrus till the 2nd - 4th d after coupling. The method enables to increase the quantity of female sables being in heat by the moment of coupling, decrease the number of inactive male sables among 2-yr-aged ones, increase the load per 1 male sable. The method is simple, cheap and highly available at usage.

SUBSTANCE: one should detect haptoglobin types in cow's blood serum. Animals should be tested at the age of 8-10 mo either before or after the first calving. Animals of Hp 2-2 type should be referred to those with hereditary resistance for ovarian cysts development, and animals of Hp 1-1 type and Hp 2-1 type should be considered to be hereditarily predisposed to pathology under investigation. Application of the present method enables to detect animals with hereditary predisposition to the development of ovarian cysts in earlier period.

Moreover, DNA codes a complement's homologous restriction factor of discordant type and a sequence providing expression of coding DNA in the cells of transgenic animal. Cells isolated in such transgenic animal could be transplanted to animal of the mentioned discordance type without acute detachment. The innovation could be applied to obtain materials for transplantation, as well.

SUBSTANCE: operation of device is based upon determining boundary of media with different electric conductivities. Fat meter can be used for measuring thickness of underskin fat of living animals. Device has skin punch housed in case, measuring probe made in form of hollow needle provided with conductor disposed inside the needle, and electronic circuit provided with autonomous heat source. Needle passes through rest which is connected tightly with comb onto which comb the indication scale is disposed for indicating depth of punch. Indication pointer and guides for displacing comb are made on the top of case. Mechanism of introduction of spring-loaded punch is made in form of eccentric which interacts with case. Release lever for fixing comb at "fat-muscle" boundary is made in form of rocker.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to isolate genomic clone containing locus of CRFR2 gene. Then comes constructing a guide vector where exons 10,11 and 12 of CRFR2 are replaced with a cassette of selective marker gene, and its transfer into embryonic stem cells. Then comes injecting embryonic stem cells into blastocysts to be then transferred for pseudopregnant female mice. Finally, one should obtain homozygous according to destroyed allele CRFR2 gene. Moreover, it is suggested to apply the method for screening compounds that control blood pressure via the way of receptor 2 corticoliberin by applying the obtained transgenic mice. The innovation enables to obtain transgenic mice which do not express protein of receptor 2 corticoliberin in no allele. The innovation could be applied in the field of neurobiology, endocrinology and psychiatry to study anxiety and depression and, also, to obtain preparations for treating these diseases.
