Method for cultivation of rice

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, rice cultivation method.

SUBSTANCE: method involves tillage of soil; providing presowing application of mineral fertilizers; treating rice seeds with growth promoter used in an amount of 1-30 ml/t; sowing and irrigating. Method allows dose of nitrous fertilizer applied during presowing period to be reduced by 30% without reducing rice yield.

EFFECT: reduced production costs and decreased influence of agronomical chemicals upon environment owing to reduced technogenic loading thereof.

The invention relates to agriculture and can be used in the cultivation of rice.

There is a method of rice cultivation with application of mineral fertilizers (see, for example, Aleshin, H.E., Konkova VP Quick reference rice farmers. M: Agropromizdat, 1996. P.55-57, 68-89), including pre-sowing tillage, cutting peripheral grooves, fertilizing, seeding and irrigation regime shortened flooding.

The disadvantage of this method is that with increasing dose of nitrogen in the composition of complete fertilizer not only increases the yield of rice, but also increases the negative impact of the insertion of agrochemicals on the environment due to eutrophication. In addition, the application of high doses of fertilizers can have a negative impact on productivity due to the decrease of resistance of rice plants to biotic (diseases, pests)and abiotic (lodging) factors, as well as increasing the sterility of spikelets panicle.

There is a method of rice cultivation with a preplant application of mineral fertilizers and seed treatment of physiologically active substances (see, for example, Aprod A.I., Ptashkin CENTURIES, Glenna CENTURIES Recommendations on cultivation of rice seeds in the Krasnodar region. Krasnodar, Russia: Publishing house of the Soviet Kuban, 1978. - 16 S.), including pre-sowing tillage, fertilization, preparation of seeds for sowing, sowing and irrigation regime.

The disadvantage of this method is neizvjesnosti impact applied physiologically active substances on lower doses of fertilizer. In addition, as physiologically active substances used sulphate, trace elements, frequent use of which may cause environmental pollution gray.

There is a method of rice cultivation (see, for example, saugen AH, Antoshenkov CENTURIES, Bondareva T.N., Sinyagovskiy VI Brassinolide on the rice crops // proc. Dokl. V International. proc. ICCA. M., 1999. S-278), we adopted as the prototype, including soil, preplant fertilizer application, seed treatment of rice growth regulator - brassinolide at a concentration of 0.005%, seeding and irrigation regime. It is established that this treatment increases the utilization of rice mineral nutrients and increases the photosynthetic activity of plants. As a result, the yield of rice increased by 1.4 and 4.8 t/ha depending on the variety.

The disadvantage of this method is neizvjesnosti effects experienced growth regulator to reduce doses of fertilizer and its negligible effect on increasing rice yield.

The proposed method of rice cultivation aims at reducing the costs associated with the use of mineralwarranty, by reducing the doses of applied nitrogen fertilizers while increasing the yield of rice.

The solution of this problem is achieved by conducting pre-sowing seed treatment with growth regulator Emistim dose of 1-30 ml/so

Emistim - liquid derived from the products of metabolism of symbiotic fungus Acremonium lichenicola. Metabolic products contain a complex of growth substances, vitamins, amino acids, polysaccharides, and other physiologically active substances in the form of an aqueous-alcohol solution.

Comparative analysis with the prototype showed that the proposed method differs in that the objective of the research is the goal of reducing the dose of applied nitrogen fertilizer in the pre-sowing period through seed treatment of rice growth regulator. Another distinctive feature of the proposed method is that as a growth regulator used drug Emistim having high physiological activity and effectiveness. Thus, the proposed solution meets the criterion of "novelty".

Comparative analysis with the known solution showed that treatment of rice seeds by epistimon known (Vakulenko CENTURIES, Gashnikov EG, Janina M. the results of the test of Emistim on the cabbage, potatoes, winter Apple varieties, rice and sugar beet // agrarian Russia, 1999. No. 1 (2). On 27-35), however, it was used only for the purpose of increasing the yield. In the proposed method, the reception processing of seeds of rice growth regulator Emistim is used to reduce the dose of nitrogen preplant fertilizer with a simultaneous increase in yield, which allows to make a conclusion about the relevance of the proposed invention, the criterion of "inventive step".

Summary of the invention is illustrated by examples of implementation of the proposed method.

A specific example of the method.

The experiments were conducted on rice irrigation system rice research Institute in the period 2000-2002 as the object of research was used rice estuary, cultivated under the scheme:

1. Without seed treatment with epistimon (control).

2. Treatment of seeds epistimon dose of 1 ml/so

3. Treatment of seeds epistimon at a dose of 5 ml/so

4. Treatment of seeds epistimon in the dose of 10 ml/so

5. Treatment of seeds epistimon at a dose of 30 ml/so

Seed treatment with an aqueous solution of Emistim was carried out by semi-dry method at the rate of 1.5-2.0% of the moisture. Control seeds were treated water that does not contain Emistim.

The effectiveness of the options was estimated on three backgrounds mineral nutrition:

1. The introduction of N60P90To60(kg A.I/ha).

2. The introduction of N90P90To60(kg A.I/ha).

3. The introduction of N120P90To60(kg A.I/ha).

as nitrogen fertilizer used urea (46% A.I), phosphorus - superphosphate simple modified by 19.5% A.I), potassium - potassium chloride (60% D.V.), which was applied to a total dose before sowing of rice.

Analysis of the features distinguishing the claimed technical solution to the prototype, as well as its effectiveness in front of him, giving this method of rice cultivation, the criterion of "novelty", presented in tables 1 and 2.

Seed treatment of rice growth regulator Emistim dose of 1-30 ml/tStimulates germination, the development of more powerful aboveground biomass and assimilation of the surface.Improving the efficiency of fertilizer use, dose reduction of nitrogen preplant fertilizer by 30%, increasing the yield of rice.

The figures in tables 3-6 data suggest that the introduction of the technology of rice cultivation before sowing seed treatment with growth regulator Emistim in doses of 1-30 ml/t increases germinability, and also stimulates the development of more powerful aboveground biomass and assimilation of the surface, which ultimately has a positive effect on yield. Thus, the seed treatment of rice growth regulator Emistim in doses of 1-3 0 ml/t for the background of the introduction of N60P90To60increased on average relative to control: field germination rate of 7.2%, above-ground biomass of 9.2%, leaf area index by 52.0%, photosynthetic potential by 51.2% and the yield of 6.9%. On the background of N90P90To60the increase of the above mentioned indicators in relation to the control was 8.8, 37,1, 32,8, 38.4 and 7.6%, respectively, and N120P90To60- 5,6, 31,8, 33,0, 40,7 and 5.9%. Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the tested doses of Emistim showed that the best dose for predose the Noi processing of seeds is 10 ml/I. The increase of the yield amounted to backgrounds N60P90To60only 9.4%N90P90To60at 10.3%, N120P90To60to 8.3%.

It should also be noted that the use of this application allows you to reduce the dose of nitrogen preplant fertilizer by 30% without reducing yields.
