SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing positioned onto surface to be measured, vacuum pipeline, measurement sensors located within casing, and registering unit. Casing is formed as bowl-shaped housing connected through collector to vacuum pipeline. Two working tools are arranged in diametrically opposite relation within housing and connected through distributor and collector to vacuum pipeline. Distributor is made single-chambered and is equipped with atmospheric air admission apertures, which are closed by spring-loaded valve. Collector is made in the form of two paired vacuum regulators, each being formed as needle-type valve mounted in casing for regulating spring compression or extension by means of screw pair for restricting access of vacuum gage pressure or atmospheric pressure. Working tools are formed as bellows with base and cover, to which vacuum funnel is attached by means of equal resistance beam with tensometers. Bellows and vacuum funnel cavities are communicating with one another through elastic branch pipe. Each of working tools is furnished with tensometers for measuring displacement of cover with vacuum funnel relative to base. Signals generated by sensors are delivered through tensoamplifier to automatic recorder.

The present invention relates to the field of study of muscular activity, namely, devices for registration of elasticity of the muscle tissue.

A device for determining the elasticity of the nipple (SU 791345, 30.12.80) [1], containing two planes, joint bracket, the cover bottom, a needle with ball deformator, the measuring device made in the form of beams of equal resistance, on which is pasted a load cell, a screw with a nut.

This device only allows to determine the elasticity clicking on the nipple.

It is also known a device for recording the deformation of the tissues of the shares of the udder (EN 2019783, 15.09.94) [2]was chosen as a prototype, which includes a housing with seal, inside of which is attached radially located in the same plane and joined together by hinges measuring beams, supports, intended for installation on the surface to be measured, the measuring sensors, the pressing mechanism and the registering node.

This device provides for the determination of the deformation of the tissues of the udder under the influence of pressure difference.

The objective of the invention is the creation of a design that allows you to determine the elasticity of tissues share the udder when they are pulling.

This is achieved by a device for determining the elasticity of tissues share the udder when pulling the mass is of Cup-shaped casing with the working bodies, distributor, manifold, gauge, Centocelle and data logger.

Work the body in the form of bellows with base and lid, through which beams of equal resistance with strain gages attached vacuum funnel, and the cavity of the bellows and the cavity vacuum funnel communicated between a flexible pipe, and to the bottom of the cover is attached strain gauge displacement sensors for measuring movement of the cover with the vacuum funnel relative to the base. The dispenser is made of single-chamber with openings for access of atmospheric air, closed spring-loaded valve.

The collector is made in the form of two coaxial vacuum regulators, each of which is a needle valve mounted in the housing with adjustable compression or tension of the spring by means of a screw pair to restrict access vacuum or atmospheric pressure.

The invention will be understood from the following description and the attached drawings.

The cavity of the Cup-shaped casing 1 (Fig 1) through the nipple 7 and further up the chain: the hose 8, the pipes 9 and 10 of the collector 3, the hose 11, the nozzles 12 and 13 of the tee 14, the hose 15, the valve 16 is connected to a vacuum line 17.

In the Cup-shaped casing 1 (Fig 1) diametrically opposite to the established working bodies 18-19, having the opportunity to interact with the shares of the udder (not shown). Working bodies 18-19 hoses 20 and 21 respectively connected to the nozzles 22 and 23 of the distributor 2, the pipe 24 which chain: hose 25, the nozzles 26 and 27 of the collector 3 and then the hose 28 is connected to the pipe 29 tee 14 connected to a vacuum line 17.

The nipple 7 is installed in the technological hole 30 (2)made in the bottom 31 of the Cup-shaped casing 1, and is fixed by a nut 32.

The bottom 31 is also equipped with a safety valve 33, the spring loaded by a spring 34. For regulating the degree of compression of the spring 34 is provided by nut 35. On the top edge of the side wall 36 of the casing 1 is installed resilient gasket 37.

Working bodies 18-19 (figure 2) is made in the form of bellows 38 (figure 3) with a base 39 through which the working bodies 18-19 attached to the bottom 31 of the Cup-shaped casing 1, and a lid 40, which by means of the beam 41 is equal to the resistance of the load cell is mi 42 attached vacuum funnel 43, moreover, the cavity 44 of the bellows 38 and the cavity 45 of the vacuum funnel 43 is communicated between a flexible pipe 46.

Working bodies 18 and 19 are also equipped with strain gauge displacement sensors 47 to measure the movement of the cover 40 with the vacuum funnel 43 relative to the base 39.

The chamber 48 of the distributor 2 (figure 1) is provided with a hole 49 (4)closed by a valve 50 with the spring loaded by a spring 51 and the rod 52.

Collector 3 (figure 1) is made in the form of two coaxial vacuum regulators 53 and 54 (figure 5). The controller 53 is a spring-loaded needle valve 55 (figure 5)mounted in the housing 56 with adjustable compression spring 57 by means of screw 58 to limit access to the vacuum. Vacuum regulator 54 (figure 5) is a spring-loaded needle valve 59 mounted in the housing 60 with adjustable tension spring 61 by means of screw 62 to limit access of the atmosphere.

A device for determining the elasticity of tissues share the udder at procrastination works as follows.

The device is connected to the faucet 16 (1) of vacuumbed 17 through hose 15, while the vacuum pressure at the nozzles 12 and 13 of the tee 14 and further up the chain: the hose 11, the pipes 9 and 10 of the vacuum regulator 53, the hose 8, the nipple 7 is supplied into the cavity of the casing 1 and install it on the udder belly is wow. Simultaneously, the vacuum pressure penetrates through the pipes 13 and 29 of the tee 14, the hose 28 through the pipe 27 to the vacuum regulator 54, which in turn communicated with the atmosphere, and further along the chain: the pipe 26, the hose 25, the nozzles 24, 26 and 27 of the distributor 2, the hoses 20 and 21 enters the working bodies 18 and 19. Then connect to the network tensopril 5 and chart recorder 6 (figure 1).

The unit is ready for operation.

Acting on the spring 61 by a screw pair 62 (figure 5) vacuum regulator 54 changing the flow area, thus limiting the access of the atmosphere, whereupon the vacuum is increased and the nozzle 26 (figure 2), and next in series: hose 25, the pipe 24, the nozzles 22 and 23, hoses 20 and 21, the tube 63 (Fig 3) is fed into the cavity 44 of the working bodies 18-19 and forth through the channels 41 in the cavity 45 of the vacuum funnel 43, thereby locking it on the share of the udder. With increasing vacuum bellows 38 is compressed, the cover 40 together with funnel is moved to the base 39, thereby pulling the share of the udder. The signal from the load cell 42 of the beam 41, as well as from the strain gauge displacement sensor 47 through tensopril 5 is fed to the recorder 6, thereby registering the force of the pulling part of the udder and moving. The magnitude of the vacuum register on the gauge 4.

Then disconnect from the network tensopril 5 and the recorder 6. Acting on the valve 52 the soap is a divisor of 2 (figure 4), tell cavity 44 of the working bodies 18-19 with the atmosphere, and then, acting on the relief valve 33 of the casing 1, remove it from the udder. The use of the invention will more accurately determine the elastic properties of the udder at procrastination for further use of this when designing more physiologically acceptable device to massage the udder.
