The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the technology of industrial production of fodder.

A method of obtaining a feed additive, where the sorbent to absorb toxic substances, activated carbon is used (I. Petrukhin feeds and Feed additives. M: Rosagropromizdat, 1989. S).

However, the use of this substance as a sorbent to mitigate the toxic effects of feed on the body of the animal is not possible, as the cost of production of activated carbon makes this method is not cost-effective. In veterinary medicine it is used only in case of poisoning by toxins, but not as a preventive measure.

A method of obtaining a feed additive, where the sorbent to absorb toxic substances use bentonite (colloidal clay) (Petrukhin IV Feed and feed additives. M: Rosagropromizdat, 1989. S).

However, the use of this substance as a sorbent for toxins is not possible, as it is used for absorption of gases and liquids at OSTROBRAMSKA infections of animals. In addition, the high moisture content creates additional difficulties for the application of this drug in commercial poultry production.

A method of obtaining a feed additive, where as a sorbent for the ogladania mycotoxins and prevent mycotoxicosis in broiler chickens using zeolite and, in particular, clinoptilolite, enter in the complete forage containing aflatoxin (hooks B.C., Krupin CENTURIES, Cat A.N. The use of clinoptilolite for the prevention of mycotoxicoses//veterinary medicine, 1992. IX-XII. P.28 - prototype).

However, the use of this compound as a sorbent on a large scale is difficult in industrial agricultural production due to the existence of a large number of types of zeolites (more than 40) with different chemical composition. In addition, the composition of the sorbents on the basis of zeolites may include metal particles that may cause undesired processes in animals. Because zeolites are minerals of natural origin, they are salts of heavy metals (mercury, lead, cadmium, and others), which can accumulate in the body and cause poisoning, and ultimately the death of animals. The use of these sorbents can cause an imbalance of microorganisms in the gastrointestinal tract due to the content of heavy metals, as well as the availability of sorption properties may result in the removal of secretions part of the normal microflora along with a sorbent.

Known sorbents do not provide effective protection against mycotoxins and to ensure the normalization of microflora after sorbents.

Technical solution to the problem is increased the e efficiency of adsorption of mycotoxins and the use of sorbent as for more power at the expense of its constituent nutrients, as well as the normalization of the intestinal microflora, leading to increased productivity and livability in poultry.

This object is achieved in that in a method of producing a feed additive for the prevention of abortion, including the use of animal feed with the introduction of a sorbent, which is used prettifications precipitate coated with microorganisms with probiotic properties with title 107-109CL/g) in the following ratios, wt%:

Feed 90-95
Modified sorbent 5-10

The claimed method of obtaining a feed additive for the prevention of abortion differs from prototype sorbent providing adsorption in the composition of the feed mycotoxins and the presence of the sorbent microorganisms with probiotic properties, ensuring the normalization of the intestinal microflora.

These differences allow to draw a conclusion on the conformity of the proposed technical solutions to the criterion "novelty".

Other features distinguishing the claimed technical solution to the prototype and aimed at achieving that goal, not identified, not identified other technical solutions in the study of this and related areas of t the transport and therefore, meet the criterion of "inventive step".

The method of obtaining supplements is implemented as follows.

Example 1. The method of obtaining supplements for prevention of abortion was carried out at the poultry farm "farm novomyshastovskaja" Krasnoarmeysky district of Krasnodar region. Complete forage for feeding laying hens, balanced on all major nutrients, containing a grain basis, affected by mycotoxins, weight 93 kg injected prettifications sediment mass of 7 kg And prettifications sediment mass is crushed and fractionally mixed with the liquid culture of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus Suav. B-4625 volume of 1 liter with title 109cells/ml of the Obtained mixture was left for 12 hours for the adaptation of microorganisms and reproduction, stirring occasionally. To obtain a uniform mixture prettifications precipitate coated lactic acid bacteria enter fractional, ie 7 kg of the additive is mixed with 7 kg of feed mixture. After uniform mixing this mixture with a total weight of 14 kg injected 14 kg of feed, and again mix. Operation is repeated up to the formation of homogeneous mixture weighing 100 lbs. In the sequence results in an even distribution of the sludge feed. This feed mixture is fed to laying hens for the same n is rmam and schemes, as forage without prettifications sediment.

The content of microorganisms in the sorbent should be 107-109cells per gram of sorbent. If the number of microorganisms is less than 107CL/g, the number of the microorganisms will not be sufficient for the effective operation of the proposed additions. If the number of the microorganisms will be more than 109CL/g, the microorganisms will be less viable and the claimed effect of the additive will not show. The optimal concentration of microorganisms is 108KL/year

The ratio between the adsorbent and the feed should be 5-10:90-95, respectively. Because, if you reduce the fraction of sorbent below 5%, the efficiency of absorption of mycotoxins is significantly reduced, and if the content prettifications sludge to increase above 10%, it decreases the nutritional value of the feed. Therefore, the optimal concentration of the sorbent is 7,5%.

The results of experiments on the feeding of feed mixtures containing as an additive prettifications precipitate with a culture of lactic acid bacteria and the standard feed mixtures shown in the table.

Table
Some economic results of the proposed use of the additive in the feeding of laying hens
Indicators Group
control experienced
Egg production,% 71,3 85,7
% of control 100 120,2
Feed consumption, kg per 10 eggs 1,8 1,3
% of control 100 72,2
Safety,% 96,8 99,5
% of control 100 102,8

As can be seen from the data presented in the table, the use of feed mixtures with the addition of modified prettifications sediment increases the productivity of livestock and reduces feed consumption, and the presence of microorganisms increase the safety of laying hens.

Example 2. According to the technology of obtaining a feed additive for the prevention of toxicoses in example 1, as microorganisms with probiotic properties using microbial composition, which is composed of the following strains of Lactobacillus acidophilus Suav. B-4625, Rhuminococcus albus KR and Bacillus subtilus B-8130, which ensure the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract due to the presence of lactic acid bacteria and bacilli that produce antimicrobial substances, but also the presence in the composition of ruminococcus having cellulolytic the activity, contributing to the digestion of substrates with high fiber content.

A method of obtaining a feed additive for the prevention of abortion, including the use of animal feed with the introduction of sorbent, characterized in that the sorbent is used prettifications precipitate coated with microorganisms with probiotic properties with title 107-109CL/g) in the following ratios, wt.%:

Feed 90-95
Modified sorbent 5-10
