SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for extruding plant materials and it can be used in processing branches of agrarian-industrial complex. Proposed extruder has screw arranged in screw housing, with charging device at beginning and head with die at end. Screw drive is found from side of charging device. Screw is limited by intermediate die, after which second-stage screw is placed in screw housing. Second-stage screw is provided with drive from head side. Intermediate die is made in form of two plates with identical spinnerets. Fixed plate is installed in housing, being fixed by key and provided with pin. Movable plate is installed on pin and is provided with handle fitted in slot. Turning of movable plate relative to fixed plate is effected by means of handle. At least one hole is made in screw housing direct after intermediate die.

The invention relates to equipment for extruding materials of vegetable origin and is intended for use in processing agro-industries.

Known extruder [Twister, Screw presses for plastics, principles of operation, construction and operation. - L.: GNTI chemical literature, 1962. - With 76...77], which includes a screw body and two coaxially of the screw, driven from their own drives. Each auger has its own hopper, and the matrix in the pressure mechanism and one is located in the head, made in the form of pipe between the ends of the augers.

The drawback of this design of the extruder is the inability to provide the specified performance for each screw. During operation of the press the possible surge.

The extruder includes a screw body 1, the screw 2 and the screw of the second stage 3, the loading device 4, the cylinder with the matrix 5 and the intermediate matrix 6. The extruder operates as follows. The product is pre-mixed with water, through the loading device 4 enters the auger housing 1, where the screw 2 produces its pre-processing. The intensity and duration of treatment regulate the rotational speed of the screw 2 and the intermediate matrix with 6 different resistance channels nozzles 17. When this product is mixed and heated. The proposed design of the extruder allows to intensify the process of mixing the product (for example, pasta dough) and to abandon the use of special mixers. Selecting the rotational speed of the augers 2 and 3, it is possible to achieve the appearance of empty space after the intermediate matrix 6. Vacuuming is the space through the opening 10, it is possible to improve the quality of produced pasta.

Ekstradira the pressed material in the auger of the first stage in the hot mode, it is possible to perform sterilization extrudable material with subsequent removal of the resulting vapor and liquid components containing substances that decompose at high temperatures.

The proposed design allows you to add extrudable waste grain brewer or alcohol bard to obtain moisture extrudate with relative humidity up to 70%. Subsequent drying of the extrudate in the air stream can be disposed of nutrients that are included with the bards.

SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding basic products; mixing and extruding resultant mixture. Basic products are buck wheat grains and soya subjected to grinding to particle sizes of from 0.32 to 0.63 mm and mixed in proportion of 6:1, moistened to moisture content of 14-18% and processed on extruder at product temperature of 450-455°K under pressure of 6.5-7.0 MPa in zone before die of extruder. Resultant product is coated with sugar-vitamin additive.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of food industry, in particular, to the equipment for extrusion treatment of food products. The equipment may be used for production of extruded articles of food in different branches of food industry, for example, for production of corn rods, combined fodders for animals, etc. The extruder contains a loading bin, a working chamber with heating elements, a screw, a bearing mount assembly, a mixer and a steaming plant. The steaming plant is located in the loading bin and contains a slope double bottom placed at the angle exceeding the angle of a natural inclination of the processed raw material. In the slope double bottom there are bores for a steam supply, the number of which increases along the raw material traffic route. In the extreme lower part of the slope double bottom there is a tube for a condensate removal. The mixer is linked to the body of the extruder with the help of a mobile flanged coupling. On the outer surface of the body there is a crown gear, and inside the body - a cylindrical sleeve.
