SUBSTANCE: proposed PVC base composition designed for filling conductor-to-conductor space of electric cables by extrusion has following ingredients, parts by weight: divinyl-styrene thermal elastomer, 100; high-pressure polyethylene, 40 - 60; mineral oil, 80 - 95; chalk or kaolin, or aluminum hydroxide, 100 - 50.

EFFECT: enhanced fluidity index and frost resistance; ability of retaining cable flexibility at sub-zero temperatures.

The invention relates to the electrical industry, in particular to a cable technique, namely the composition of the aggregates, and can be advantageously used to fill maguilera space electric cables.

Known maidugiri aggregate marks EOIS, representing the PVC compound production Vladimir chemical plant produced according to TU 2246-418-05761784-97 containing composition, parts by weight:

PVC - 100;

the dioctylphthalate (DOP) - 50-150;

lead stabilizer - 3-7;

antimony trioxide - 4-7,5;

the trihydrate of alumina - 10-100;

chalk - 100-500.

The composition of the filler is not easy cutting of cables with PVC insulation in the repair and installation boundaries: outer PVC insulated cable maidugiri filler on the basis of PVC compound - internal insulation of the conductors due to the compatibility of the compositions. The filler on the basis of PVC compound is insufficient frost, which affects the flexibility of the cables operated at low temperatures.

The closest to the destination is maidugiri filler described in the PM of the Russian Federation No. 13847 N 01 13/32 containing the following components in the following ratio (wt. PM):

ethylene-propylene rubber - 100;

paraffin - from 90 to 120;

the dioctylphthalate from 10 to 20;

calcium stearate is from 2 to 100;

zinc oxide is from 10 to 50;

Sevilen from 10 to 50;

chalk is from 700 to 1120.

The disadvantage of this placeholder based on ethylene-propylene rubber is complexity and the complexity of the technological process of obtaining a composition consisting of several operations:

the mixture of ingredients (in a rubber mixer or roll mill);

rolling and calibration rubber mixtures;

cooling and granulating.

Highly filled placeholder-based rubber is not a high flow index (2-5 g/10 min under a load of 2.16 H), which slows the extrusion process when filling maguilera space. Also, a significant disadvantage of this filler is sufficiently high cohesive strength is 2.0 - 5.0 MPa, at a relative elongation - 20-30 %, which does not provide fast cutting cable repair and installation.

Technical resultsthe present invention is achieved by the fact that:

1) the proposed composition maguilera filler has a higher flow index (5-15 g/10 min under a load of 2.16N)that enhances the filling maguilera space during extrusion and improves the performance of the manufacturing process of the cable;

2) the proposed composition of the filler ensures fast cutting of cable strands in the repair and repair the e by the filler consists of the TEP, which does not combine with PVC insulation cable;

3) used in the composition of the filler TEP allows you to increase frost resistance and to maintain the flexibility of the cable at low operating temperatures (not less than minus 60°).

The proposed composition of the filler consists of parts by weight:

definiltely a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) - 100;

high density polyethylene is from 40 to 60;

mineral oil is from 80 to 95;

chalk (or other types of fillers are kaolin, aluminium hydroxide) is from 100 to 150.

The proposed aggregate is manufactured by extrusion in high-performance continuous line, allowing you to get more technologically advanced composition for filling maguilera space cables. The filler has an optimum cohesive strength sufficient to maintain flexibility when twisting and cabling (1.5 to 4.0 MPa with a relative lengthening of 100-150 %), which provides easy access to the conductive veins when cutting cable.

The increased flow index of the composition (5-15 g/10 min) enhances the filling maguilera space during extrusion and allows to increase the productivity of the manufacturing process of the cable.

The use of the placeholder TEP allows you to increase frost resistance and to retain flexibility to the blanching at low operating temperatures (not less than minus 60° C).

An example of a structure of a filler in the manufacture of cable type NYM (wt. h):

mineral oil - 95;

chalk - 150.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and power production, namely, to tight cable entries and can be used for laying cables into tight enclosures at nuclear power stations or other structures. The tight cable entry made up of a metal casing tightened on its both sides by flanges with holes passing insulated electrical conductors representing pigtails with heat resistant mineral insulation in metal sheath is proposed. The said flanges are furnished with bored entries incorporating copper rings soldered therein and passing the cables with mineral insulation, the said cable metal sheath being tightly jointed to the said copper rings by means of the copper-silver solder PSr-72 in a vacuum furnace at 820°C. The proposed method comprises also jointing the said metal flanges to the said cylindrical metal casing after the entries for copper rings have been bored and a copper coating has been deposited.

EFFECT: higher quality and reliability of flange-to-cable sheath, lower labour input in production.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied for conductor insertion to sealed room or space at atomic power stations or other objects. Method of high-frequency sealed cable terminal manufacturing involves connection of flanges to cylindrical metal case and cable placement into flanges, with cable end sealing performed by 22XC oxide ceramic insulators without metal shell ring, blanched at supposed soldering points with CuTi soldering alloy in advance. Soldering is performed in vacuum furnace by eutectic AgCu solution at 850°C, and each five of six conductors around central cable cores are cut off at the level of annular groove in ceramic insulator and then connected to the sixth conductor by AgCu soldering alloy filling annular grooves in the process of soldering thus forming screens which further comprise electric connection to lead-in cable screens. EFFECT: improved quality and reliability of coaxial and symmetrical screened radio frequency cables, simplified construction of end sealings, reduced labour cost of construction manufacturing.
