The invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the dehydration of oil.

There is a method of dehydration and desalting of crude oil in the oil fields and refineries. The oil is subjected to hydrodynamic disturbance passing it through pipes made of hydrophobic material, dividing it thus portions of water to move along the channel layers by periodically adding in the initial part of the channel portion of water, and further assert (RF patent No. 2074231, publ. 27.02.1997).

The known method is difficult in hardware performance and not effective enough.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence is a method of preparing oil, including measurement of the volume of the emulsion from wells, gas separation, introduction of demulsifier in the pipeline, diverting the emulsion from the measuring unit to the separator, separating the free formation water from the sump and the oil through the deep dehydration and desalting by adding hot water to the emulsion and dispersing it with subsequent separation and separation of phases. The demulsifier is injected in two stages, half of the standard. The second half is injected into the preparation of the oil in the dispersion of the emulsion creating a circular circulation pump-sump, which also introduce hot water. The invention solves the problem of increasing the degree of dehydration of oil.

The task is solved in that in the method of dehydrating oil, comprising a dispersion of water in oil emulsion inlet in a sump according to the invention as a water use waste water from the same oil reservoir with oil content not more than 60 mg/l and suspended solid particles not more than 50 mg/l in the amount of 8-15% of the volume of produced oil at a temperature of 5-25°C.

Features of the invention are:

1) the dispersion of water in oil emulsion;

5) same with suspended solids is not more than 50 mg/l;

The invention

Dehydrating oil strive to achieve the highest removal of water. Known methods of energy-intensive and expensive, as it requires the use of hot water and demulsifier. The methods are not efficient enough, because there is no way to sufficiently carry out the separation of water from oil.

In the proposed method solves the problem of increasing the degree of dehydration of oil with minimum energy costs. The problem is solved as follows.

Mix oil emulsion wash with water and carry out the dehydration in horizontal tanks. While it is believed that dehydration is only necessary to drain the water. Studies have shown that the degree of dehydration increases, if the wash water use waste water from the same oil field, which has an affinity to oil, good compatibility and high density. In this case, the waste water can accelerate the process of coalescence and separation of water from oil-water emulsion.

For the best combination of waste water and oil-water emulsion, the mixing is carried out in the inlet line in a horizontal settling tanks the dispersion of waste water. The amount of sewage selected optimal 8-15% of the volume of training is pour oil. The process temperature is 5-25°C. the Best results are achieved when using wastewater containing not more than 60 mg/l oil and not more than 50 mg/l suspended solid particles. Application of sewage water prevents the installation of free oxygen, thereby significantly slowing the rate of corrosion of equipment and valves. Can significantly reduce the cost of electricity for pumping to the treatment plant oil as a result of deep dehydration of crude oil to less than 1%. Saves fuel gas and steam used at the facility for heating water-oil emulsion. Specific example

Pilot tests of the method were carried out in NGDU Aznakaevskneft Bonusescom Central collection point sour Romashkinskoye oil field.
